Comparative morphology of the digestive system of 19 species of Southern African myomorph rodents in relation to diet and evolution

Trends in digestive system-morphology have been examined in 19 species of Southern African myomorph rodents. Structure was related to function, diet, and evolution. Characters related to an ancestral proteinaceous diet, and specialized characters associated with herbivory, were recognized. All stomachs were of the unilocular hemiglandular type with increasing degrees of cornification of the corpus, although the stomach of Saccostomus compestris approached the bilocular discoglandular condition. Those of Thallomys paedulcus and Mystromys albicaudatus were highly modified in containing numerous papillae in the corpus, possibly associated with gastric fermentation. The most complex caeca, of the herbivorous Otomyids, possessed numerous haustra and internal papillae probably associated with caecal microbial fermentation.     

液压升降折叠宽幅喷杆喷架的结构设计

针对目前植保机械中所使用的喷杆喷架稳定性差、折叠伸展需要人工辅助等问题,设计出了一种液压升降折叠宽幅喷杆喷架。对喷杆喷架的升降装置、90°液压油缸折叠机构、180°液压油缸折叠机构和整体宽幅喷架进行了理论分析和结构设计,并建立了关键部件的三维模型。通过田间试验验证了该装置设计方案的合理性,为研发先进适用、具有自主知识产权的液压升降折叠宽幅喷杆喷架奠定了基础。     

Calculating the Hollowing-center Grounding Device Resistance Based on the Surface Charge Simulation Method

An equivalent model for hollowing-center grounding device is proposed, the hollowing-center grounding device resistance is calculated with the surface charge simulation method and the computer programme is programmed based on this model. The accuracy of the model and method is validated by experimentation.     

联合收割机风筛式清选装置中气流场的仿真研究

为了改善联合收割机风筛式清选装置的清选质量,对其筛面气流场进行了研究,阐述了ANSYS(Analysis System)软件中的流体动力学仿真分析方法,具体讨论了其实现过程,包括仿真模型的建立以及仿真分析结果的处理等.以联合收割机风筛式清选装置中气流场的流动仿真分析为例,得到了理想的气流场分布状态,说明了这种仿真分析方法的有效性及其优越性.     

玉米免耕破茬室内试验装置的研究设计

通过对国内外玉米免耕播种机破茬防堵部件的对比研究,确定采用滚动式破茬犁刀研制出本试验装置,并进行了室内土槽中的实验。该装置测量准确、方便,为研制出适合我国北方垄作玉米免耕破茬防堵部件提供了技术数据。

建立了装栽机工作装置横梁安装可行域ＣＡＤ（计算机辅助设计）数学模型，编制了相应的绘图程序，绘图结果为实际设计提供了理论依据。     

玉米收获机拉茎辊的改进设计

针对摘穗板-拉茎辊组合式摘穗装置在玉米收获过程中存在的问题,对拉茎辊进行改进设计。改进后的拉茎辊叶片轴采用无缝钢管经模具拉伸成型,整个叶片轴是一体的,叶片棱面为圆弧结构,并且将叶片轴后端与销轴连接的卡槽尺寸加大,加装金属耐磨套。该改进方案解决了传统拉茎辊易开焊、振动大、寿命短等问题。利用Solid Works软件对改进后拉茎辊进行有限元分析得知:应力和最大应变主要分布在拉茎辊后端的U型槽内,最大位移分布在叶片棱上,都在材料的变化范围内,改进方案合理。
