马尾松不同苗木类型与整地方式造林早期效果的研究

通过对不同苗木类型和整地方式的马尾松幼林的造林成活率、生长状况、生物量和根系特征进行测定，结果表明：容器苗可明显提高造林成活率、当年抽梢高和生物量；整地方式对造林当年的马尾松幼林有一定影响，而在第３年则对幼林树高和抽梢高起着明显促进作用。     

阔叶次生林抚育改造初探

安远县国营林场根据生态学原理,对阔叶次生林进行改造,把天然更新和人工改造更新有机的结合起来。通过改造可很快的形成多树种的混交林,林木材积生长提高115％～219％,土壤物理性比杉木纯林好,土壤贮水量比杉木纯林提高57％～92％,有良好的生态经济效益。实践证明,次生林改造是次生林经营的重要措施,是加速培育森林资源的好途径。     

Effect of sodium nitrite and sodium chloride on growth of lactic acid bacteria.

The effect of NaNO2 and NaCl on the growth of 24 lactic acid bacteria strains isolated from vacuum-packed cooked ring sausages were examined by analyzing different growth parameters with Bioscreen. NaNO2 had a very limited effect on the growth of lactic acid bacteria at 50 and 100 mg/l but at 400 mg/l a more pronounced inhibitory effect was found. Bacterial growth was enhanced by 1-2% (w/v) of added NaCl, while NaCl concentrations above 3% (w/v) had a clear inhibitory effect. Leuconostoc isolates seemed to be more sensitive to sodium nitrite and sodium chloride than homofermentative lactobacilli strains. Among homofermentative lactobacilli, the strains resembling Lactobacillus curvatus were more sensitive to NaCl than those resembling Lactobacillus sake.     

Physiological Analysis of Yield Variation in Mungbean (Vigna radiata [Roxb.] Wilczek)

Two mungbean varieties, Guj-1 and PIMS-1 differing in their productivity potential, were examined to investigate their photosynthetic system at various stages of growth in relation to yield with two different dates of sowing. Vertical leaves were found to be beneficial. On the other hand, excessive leaf area during the later stages of growth may be detrimental to yield. Lower LAD at seedling stage and overall high NAR values may be reflected in higher grain yield. NAR declined as season progressed and this, in turn, may be related with increase in LAI. The grain yield was considerably more at the first date of sowing as compared to second date of sowing, the effect was being more pronounced in var. PIMS-1 . Various environmental factors recorded at two different dates of sowing and at various stages of growth indicated that these factors may have influenced the yield potential at two different dates of sowing.

对非生物生态因子———水、光照、温度、溶氧、降水等和生物生态因子———食物、流行病和群体密度等对乌鳢生长发育的影响及流行病的防治进行了综述。     

寡果糖对断奶仔猪生长、代谢和免疫的影响

在基础日粮中添加寡果糖 ,研究其对断奶仔猪生长、代谢和免疫的影响。试验将 32头杜大二断奶仔猪分为 2组 ,基础日粮为对照组 ,基础日粮添加 0 1 7%寡果糖为试验组 ,预试期 4d ,正式试验期 2 8d。结果表明 :试验组较对照组仔猪日增重提高 3 88% (P >0 0 5) ,料重比下降4 67% ;仔猪血液尿素氮含量显著升高 (P<0 0 1 ) ,甲状腺素 (T4)和白细胞介素 2 (IL 2 )含量也显著升高 (P<0 0 5) ,血糖和T3含量有升高趋势 ,但不显著     

人工种植沙拐枣生长发育特性及营养动态的研究

沙拐枣属蓼科沙拐枣属多年生灌木，主要分布在我国的西北地区,本文就沙拐枣人工种植后的出苗状况，生长发育特性及不同生育期营养成分变化动态等进行了研究，为我国西部大开发生态治理工程中沙拐枣的大面积推广种植提供了指导。     

Structure,function and signal transduction of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2

Angiogenesis, or the formation of new blood vessels out of pre-existing capillaries, is very important in many physiologic and pathologic processes, such as embryonic development, cancer, retinopathies, etc. Vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2 (VEGFR-2) plays a key role in angiogenesis. In this review, we discussed the structure, function and signal transduction of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2. Understanding these should provide important insights into how new strategies can be devised to interfere in the physiologic and pathologic processes involved in angiogensis.     

Expression and modulation of connective tissue growth factor in renal interstitial fibrosis

CTGF, a member of the CCN family of immediate early genes, is a recently discovered profibrotic growth factor, which is involved in many pathophysiologic procedures. CTGF acts as a downstream effector of TGF-β acting on interstitial cells to enhance the progression of fibrotic renal diseases. It has been shown that CTGF gene expression can be induced or blocked by some kinds of cytokine and drugs. It is an interesting candidate target for future intervention strategies of renal interstitial fibrosis.
