台湾生态工程材料之应用与评估

 对目前台湾地区所使用生态工程施作地点及应用材料等进行调查汇整、研究及分析,并就符合多样性生物栖息环境之生态工程材料进行开发研究,包括现地调查,岛内外资料搜集与资料分类整理,将已汇整的材料表格化。材料组件分为生物材料与非生物材料,而工法组合材料则分为木材工法类、地工材料类、土石材料类、植生工程类和再生材料类。工法所用材料之评估,分别就其功能性、生态栖地特性、经济性和材料再生特性进行综合指数评估。将材料整合评析,如种类、适用范围、使用条件、生命周期及各阶段对环境之兼容性等,进而归纳出生态工程应用材料的规划设计原则。     

基于熵权法的中国玉米产业系统安全度的模糊估算与分析

为了对中国玉米产业安全进行动态评价与变化趋势分析,采用基于熵权法和模糊综合评价法建立玉米产业系统安全综合评价模型,利用历史及预测数据对1999—2017 年玉米系统安全度进行估算,据此对中国玉米产业系统安全状态进行总体评价。结果表明：近年来中国玉米产业安全形势不容乐观,2007—2017 年中国玉米产业的安全状态波动加剧,玉米及其副产品进口量大幅增加,进口依赖性增强,国际资本对中国玉米产业股权控制加强则是影响玉米安全的主要因素。据此提出积极应对玉米产业外资进入、降低玉米进口国别依存度、努力掌握玉米贸易定价权等对策。     

食物安全的内涵、指标与评价方法综述

食物安全问题一直是国内外研究的热点。目前,全球食物安全面临严重挑战,前景并不乐观。作为世界上人口和食物消费最大的国家,中国的食物安全面临更大挑战,但对其认识学术界还存在争论。为了准确把握食物安全的内涵,科学评价中国食物安全的状况,首先分析了食物安全概念的演变,然后总结了评价食物安全状况的供需平衡指标、消费指标、营养指标、综合指标,以及评价粮食安全状况的常用指标。随着人民生活水平的提高,中国的食物结构发生了根本的改变,因此,今后食物安全的研究应由单纯的粮食安全转向包括所有食物种类的食物安全,内容应更注重食物综合保障能力及营养安全。     

Determination and Evaluation of Saccharides Content in Extract of Herba Spirodelae Seu Lemnae Polysaccharides

In the course of searching immunodulators from natural herbal sources,the polysaccharide has been isolated from the water extract of duckweed(Herba Spirodelae seu Lemnae).The authors aim at investigating the methods that determine the content of total saccharides in the mixture,accordingly,to be used as a quality control in the procedure of producing polysaccharides from duckweed.The contents of saccharides in the extraction were mensurated by spertrophotometry of sulphuric acid-phenol and sulphuric acid-anthrone.And the validitiy of methods was evaluated through some indexes such as linearity and range,precision,stability,and accuracy.The results reveal the methods are convenient,rapid,accurate,and high sensitive,thereby leading to a wide and effective use in determining the saccharides contents in polysaccharides extraction from Herba Spirodelae seu Lemnae.     

液压桩锤性能评价体系及其试验方法的研究

在总结新型液压桩锤样机设计、制造、试验和试运行工作的基础上,参照柴油锤技术条件与试验方法国家标准,借鉴国外同类产品的样本、论文、技术说明书等文献资料,根据液压桩锤的结构组成和运行机理,对该种产品提出性能评价的指标体系和出厂台架试验方法。为技术成果的产业化提供技术依据。     

中国可持续农业发展中的农林复合系统评价

中国是一个具有生物地理多样性和复杂社会经济条件的大国，其农林业资源的可持续性正在受到变化的自然和社会经济环境的严峻挑战。分析表明，多样化的农林复合系统（Ａｇｒｏｆｏｒｅｓｔｒｙｓｙｓｔｅｍｓ）在中国各主要区域可持续农业发展中起着十分重要的作用。然而，适用于多样化的农林复合系统综合评价方法的缺陷，使农林复合系统具有的优势难以得到真实的反映。文章从单一目标评价、多目标评价、风险评价和社会经济评价四个方面，分析了其在中国农林复合系统评价中的应用。分析显示中国农林复合系统的评价主要局限于财务效益方法。从农业可持续发展的宏观背景出发，这显然是不够的。文章接着探讨了在人类生态学理论的基本框架中，农业生态系统分析方法、农业系统分析方法及农林复合系统设计与诊断方法在农林复合系统评价中综合运用的可能性。并指出模型方法，特别是多目标规划方法，由于其与农林复合系统多功能特性一致，具有很大应用潜力。文章最后给出了农林复合系统综合评价的理论构架，指出农林复合系统是个特殊的具有多层次、多功能和多效益特征的农业生态系统。农林复合系统的综合评价必须从可持续发展的观点出发，设计和选择包括生态、经济和社会文化方面的多目标标准体系，并在不同层次     

Advance of Management Performance Evaluation in Petrochemical Engineering Construction Project

Toward the characteristics of petrochemical engineering construction project and the need of project management performance evaluation, this paper analyzed the status of project management performance evaluation study and the status of project management performance evaluation study in petrochemical engineering construction project. This paper suggested the direction of project management performance evaluation study in petrochemical engineering construction project, which is to establish the performance evaluation index system of petrochemical engineering construction project management and performance evaluation method, to establish process performance evaluation system of petrochemical engineering construction project management, to develop performance evaluation software of petrochemical engineering construction project management.     

Evaluation method of the ecological benefits of urban green spaces and application conditions

The importance of ecological benefit analyses about green space systems has been widely discussed on the basis of a per-ceived bias towards the landscaping effect of green spaces to be built in urban areas as opposed to the perception of comprehensive ecological benefits of designed plant communities. Given the basic principle of ecological benefit analyses and evaluation methods widely applied today, the methodology to calculate ecological benefits and to model the expansion of urban green spaces by CITY-green 5.0 and its conditions for application were explored. We propose that aerial images can be substituted by AutoCAD graphics of a green space containing detailed information of plant dispositions by digitizing the key features during the working process in order to evaluate the ecological benefits quickly and to offer proper guidance to the establishment of small scale green spaces in urban areas. The theoretical foundation, potential application range and prospects for extension of the method are introduced by using the analysis of ecological benefits of the green spaces on the campus of Southwest Forestry College, Kunming, as an example.     

The evaluation of superior Hordeum bulbosum L. genotypes for use in a doubled haploid barley breeding programme

Summary Eight Hordeum bulbosum selections were produced from a cross between Cb 2920/4 and Cb 2929/1, two genotypes widely used in doubled haploid breeding programmes. The selections were hybridized with barley to evaluate their ability to produce high proportions of well-differentiated haploid embryos compared with Cb 2929/1 as control. We report here an initial small-scale investigation followed by a larger-scale test in two different environments to assess seed setting, haploid embryo differentiation rates and VB hybrid formation. These VB embryos contain both parental sets of chromosomes and occur more frequently in the glasshouse during the winter. Two of the eight selections were identified as combining the desirable characteristics of both parents, namely high seed setting on cv. Vada which is partially incompatible with H. bulbosum, large numbers of well-differentiated haploid embryos and a low incidence of VB hybrids.
