Anatid herpesvirus 1 CH virulent strain induces syncytium and apoptosis in duck embryo fibroblast cultures

Anatid herpesvirus 1 (AHV-1) CH virulent strain was first isolated from an infected duck and it was found that this virus strain could induce cytopathic effect (CPE) in duck embryo fibroblast (DEF). Following AHV-1 infection, DEF showed morphological changes such as cell rounding, improved refractivity and detachment from the culture surface. However, its pathological characteristics were not adequately known. Related studies were performed and the results showed that syncytium formation could be observed as the other type of CPE in AHV-1 infection. Hematoxylin-eosin staining and 4’, 6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI) staining of infected DEF were each used to visualize the shape and distribution of chromatin within nuclei and nuclear fragmentation was observed. Chromatin condensation and margination, as well as formation of apoptotic bodies were observed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). DNA ladder formation was detected in AHV-1 infected cells and apoptosis of the infected DEF was also detected by flow cytometry analysis of Annexin V-FITC/PI staining method. Therefore, it was suggested that AHV-1 virulent strain can induce syncytium and apoptosis in DEF. Syncytium formation and apoptosis observed in this study may contribute to the elucidation of AHV-1 pathogenesis.     

Chemical changes of kenaf core binderless boards during hot pressing (I): influence of the pressing temperature condition

Self-bonding is the main factor of the performance expression of binderless boards, and therefore its clarification is considered to be an important issue. For this purpose, a series of chemical analyses were conducted on kenaf core binderless boards and their chemical changes during the hot-pressing process are discussed in this article. First of all, binderless boards were prepared from kenaf core powder at different pressing temperatures (without steam-explosion process) and were used for chemical analyses after they were reduced into powders and extracted with methanol. To investigate their chemical changes, lignin, holocellulose, and neutral sugar contents were determined, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectra were recorded, and the nitrobenzene oxidation procedure was applied. As a result, it was found that parts of lignin and hemicelullose were decomposed during the hot-pressing process; however, the contribution of the resulting fractions to selfbonding was not observed. In addition, progress of condensation reactions in lignin and the formation of chemical bonds by low molecular weight conjugated carbonyl compounds in methanol extractives were observed. Thermal softening of lignin is also suggested to play an important role in the expression of board performance.

八个竹种海涂引种试验报告

本文从土壤含盐量着手对八个竹种在引种成活率、新竹抽发数及其质量、角竹笋产量等方面进行了较系统的研究。结果表明,土壤盐分影响竹子的生长发育,此影响一般随含盐量的增加而增加;不同竹种对土壤盐分的适应能力不同;角竹笋能获得高产,单产达20800kg/ha。参照产地母竹和引种地新竹的生长情况,我们建议:海涂地区发展竹子时可选用角竹、桂竹和红竹。     

基于键合图理论的动力稳定装置轮轨间动态特性分析

考虑动力稳定装置的轮轨非线性接触、轮轨间的间隙传动、夹钳油缸和水平油缸的等效刚度建立了动力稳定装置动态特性键合图模型.使用分段函数表达式实现了轮轨间的间隙传动.针对不同夹持力对于能量的传递效率与作业效果进行了深入分析与探究,确定了所需最小的水平油缸的推力.     

Statistical Model on the Time and Time Difference Error of Arrival in TDOA Location Estimation

Additional time delay of arrival resulted from non-line of sight(NLOS)propagation and muti-path effect in(cellular) environment is the dominant factor resulting in TDOA location error,study on the statistical property of TDOA error is useful for improving the accuracy of TDOA location.Based on the exponential distribution property of NLOS propagation delay,and considering the system error resulted from the signal detection,the authors establish a statistical model of arrival time and a model of TDOA error distribution by statistics when non-light of sight and multi-path propagation exist.The models reflect the statistical property of arrival time and TDOA error in cell network,the simulation shows that the proposed models have a good accuracy and a satisfactory behavior.     

丽水市责任山产权登记现状分析与探讨

通过对浙江省丽水市责任山产权登记现状的调查,分析各县、市、区存在登记差异的原因,并提出了解决问题的建议。     

马关县草果种植地的施肥效果试验

在马关县仁和镇的4年生草果种植地开展了施用不同量的农家肥、钾肥、普钙和复合肥促进草果植株开花结实效果的试验。结果表明:对该地的草果种植地进行合理的施肥能有效促进草果植株叶芽、花芽的分化,提高其结实率及结实量。各施肥处理的草果植株在叶芽数量、花芽数量、结实率及结实量等4个指标上均优于不施肥的对照,分别比对照提高了24.4%~204.9%、22%~97.6%、5.4%~36.9%和72.4%~442.3%。各施肥处理的草果植株在叶芽数量及结实量2个指标上存在极显著的差异,而在花芽数量及结实率2个指标上无显著差异。综合各施肥处理的草果植株结实量及结实率,在马关县及其土壤状况相似的草果种植地较佳的施肥肥种为钾肥或复合肥,其施肥量为钾肥200 g/株(丛)或复合肥400 g/株(丛),前者草果植株单株(丛)的结实量达8.46 kg,比不施肥的对照高442.3%,后者草果植株单株(丛)结实量达7.82 kg,比不施肥对照高401.3%。     

亲环素基因在烟草不同器官及叶片不同发育时期的表达规律研究

通过对烟草中3个亲环素家族基因（CyPl、CyP2、CyP40）表达模式的研究,结果显示：在不同发育时期中,CyPI在烟草移栽后40、50、60d时表达量较高,CyP2则是在移栽后30、40、60d表达量较高,而CyP40只在移栽后60d表达量较高。在不同组织部位及器官的表达中,3个亲环素家族基因在中部叶和下部叶中表达均较强。在烟草根中主要表达CyPl和CyP40基因,CyP40还在花中表达较高,而CyP2基因的主要表达器官为叶片。     

夏玉米田作物蒸腾与棵间土壤蒸发模拟计算方法研究

本文依据能量平衡原理和质量守恒定律，提出了作物蒸腾与棵间土壤蒸发的估算模式，并对参数的估算做了详细的分析和讨论。最后利用试验区实测资料，通过田间水热耦合运移的数值模拟，对夏玉米田作物蒸腾棵间土壤蒸发模型及其模拟计算方法进行了验证，结果表明，本文提出的模型和模拟计算方法是有效而实用的。
