对从国内外引进的15份甘蓝细胞质不育材料进行分子鉴定,并通过多代连续回交转育,研究转育后代花器官形态对核背景的响应。结果发现,15份不育材料中有14份为萝卜胞质不育(Ogu CMS),仅1份为甘蓝型油菜胞质不育(Nap CMS)。细胞质不育材料花器官对核背景的响应,Nap型主要表现3种类型,第1类与原材料相近或呈负响应,第2类表现为正响应,第3类花器官不同部位响应不一,呈现正或负响应;Ogu型主要表现为不变化或较弱的正响应。不同来源胞质材料的花器形态对同一核背景的响应,因自交系不同而异,对于自交系K1、N4,不同来源胞质材料对其响应趋于一致,对自交系37、F1、G7的响应,在不同来源胞质材料间存在差异。  相似文献

研究了温度和光照对金边瑞香花芽分化的影响,温度是影响金边瑞香花芽分化的主要因子,20 ~ 25 ℃金边瑞香植株可以完成花芽分化的各个过程,10 ~ 18 ℃植株一直处于营养生长状态而未进行花芽分化。金边瑞香花芽分化对光周期不敏感,但散射光比直射光更有利于其花芽分化。  相似文献

The fading of flower color in bluish purple and reddish purple cultivars of Iris ensata and the in vitro stability of malvidin 3RGac5Gand petunidin 3RGac5G due to copigmentation with isovetixin under different pH conditions were examined. The bluish purple cultivars exhibited higher flower color stability than the reddish purple cultivars 2 days after anthesis. In the absence of isovitexin, malvidin 3RGac5G and petunidin 3RGac5G were not able to maintain color stability except at low pH. However, the color stability of malvidin 3RGac5G and petunidin 3RGac5G was increased by copigmentation with isovitexin under all pH conditions tested. Most remarkable was the stabilization of both anthocyanins due to the copigmentation at pH 4.2–6.2. Therefore, it can be concluded that the stability of flower color in the bluish purple cultivars of malvidin 3RGac5Gand petunidin 3RGac5G type of I. ensata is caused at least in part by the copigmentation between these anthocyanins and isovitexin. The tepals of 28 Chilean species of Alstroemeria and 183 interspecific hybrids were analysed for anthocyanin content by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The anthocyanins were identified as 3-rutinosides of 6-hydroxydelphinidin, 6-hydroxyeyanidin, cyanidin, and delphinidin and 3-glyeosides of cyanidin and delphinidin, some of which were acylated with malonic acid. Comparisons of the anthocyanin contents in parents and offspring showed that no anthocyanidin or acylation pattern was dominant, and that offspring values were close to mid-parent values for the percentage of malonated anthocyanins, whereas the inheritance of cyanidin, 6-hydroxycyanidin, and delphinidin seems more complicated. Flower colour, hue, and intensity were measured by CIELab in fresh tepals and compared with their anthocyanin content and the estimated flavonoid concentrations. Colour intensity was positively correlated with anthocyanin concentration. Compared with flowers containing exclusively cyanidin 3-glycosides, the hues of flowers with delphinidin 3-glycosides were bluer and with 6-hydroxycyanidin 3-glycosides redder, respectively. Both malonation of anthocyanin and co-pigmentation with flavonoids caused a shift to bluish hues, irrespective of the anthocyanidins. By quantifying both chemical and colorimetric characteristics a model for the effect of anthocyanin on Alstroemeria flower colour was established. Breeding of new cultivars of Alstroemeria is discussed.  相似文献

内蒙古桦木沟林场地形地貌类型广泛,野花资源丰富,尚未得到有效开发。为了解野生花卉资源习性和生物学特征,开发利用野花资源,在路径调查的基础上,采用典型样地调查法,调查分析了其野花资源分布。共调查野花资源177种,隶属于40科129属,菊科、豆科、毛茛科等种类和种群数量较丰富。不同地貌Margalef丰富度指数1.35~8.28,Shannon-Wiener指数变异范围1.42~2.59,Simpson指数为0.59~0.96,湿地草甸、疏林草地物种多样性丰富,沙地多样性最低。湿度、光照等是影响野花多样性分布的重要因素。林场分布着丰富而有较大开发价值的喜光、耐荫、耐涝、喜湿、耐旱等不同生态型野生花卉。部分野生花卉资源濒危,亟需保护。  相似文献

采用紫外分光光度法和高效液相色谱法测定杜仲雄花茶中总黄酮、绿原酸及京尼平苷含量,探讨不同原料生产的杜仲雄花茶活性成分含量差异。结果表明,杜仲雄花茶中总黄酮、绿原酸及京尼平苷含量分别为1.89%~6.22%、0.06%~2.81%、0.06%~2.09%;不同类型杜仲雄花茶中各类活性成分含量有所差异,以花朵为原料生产的杜仲雄花茶中总黄酮含量和绿原酸含量均为最高,以花蕊为原料生产的杜仲雄花茶中京尼平苷含量最高,发酵杜仲雄花茶中各类活性成分含量均偏低。本研究可为开发不同保健功能杜仲雄花茶提供理论依据,有利于进一步推动杜仲雄花资源的开发利用。  相似文献

A spontaneous mutant with apetalous flowers was obtained from a hybrid progeny in Brassica napus. The result of genetic analysis showed that the apetalous character was controlled by only one gene locus, petalous flower exhibited incomplete dominance over apetalous flower and that its expression was not affected by cytoplasmic factors. Sixteen agronomically important characteristics of the apetalous line Apet33-10 were compared with those of its petalled near-isogenic line Pet33-10. Results from 4 years of tests indicated that there was no difference between Apet33-10 and Pet33-10 in all tested agronomic characteristics, except for the pod number of main inflorescence and second-order branches at low sclerotinia disease incidence. The Sclerotinia sclerotiorum disease severity index of Apet33-10 was significantly lower than that of Pet33-10, and correspondingly, the plot yield of Apet33-10 was increased obviously in comparison to that of Pet33-10 if sclerotinia disease was serious. The pod number of main inflorescence of Apet33-10 was significantly lower than that of Pet33-10. On the other hand, the pod number of second-order branches of Apet33-10 was significantly higher than that of Pet33-10, hence no overage difference of the pod number per plant was observed between the two lines.  相似文献

Vernonia galamensis is a potential new industrial crop growing wild in Ethiopia. The seed oil is rich in vernolic acid, an epoxy fatty acid, which is of interest for oleochemical uses. Basic information on the reproductive system of Vernonia is still very limited. The amount of natural outcrossing was estimated at two locations in Ethiopia (Alemaya and Babile) using flower colour as a marker. Single plants with white flowers, which is a monogenic recessive trait, were planted in plots with normal pink flowers and the outcrossing rate was estimated from the frequency of pink‐flowered plants in the progeny of the white‐flowered plants. Estimates of the natural outcrossing rate ranged between individual plants from 3.5 to 16% at Alemaya and 2.5 to 12% at Babile. Vernonia galamensis can be classified as a mainly self‐pollinated species.  相似文献

Five parents of common vetch (Vicia sativa L.) having orange/beige cotyledon colour, brown/white testa colour, purple/green seedling colour and purple/white flower colour were crossed as a full diallele set. The inheritance patterns of cotyledon, testa or seed coat colour, flower and seedling colour, were studied by analyzing their F1, F2, BC1 and BC2 generations. The segregation pattern in F2, BC1 and BC2, showed that cotyledon colour was governed by a single gene with incomplete dominance and it is proposed that cotyledon colour is controlled by two allelic genes, which have been designated Ct1 and Ct2. Testa colour was governed by a single gene with the brown allele dominant and the recessive allele white. This gene has been given the symbol H. Two complementary genes governed both flower and seedling colours. These flower and seedling colour genes are pleiotropic and the two genes have been given the symbols S and F.  相似文献

Transgene introgression from transgenic rapeseed (Brassica napus) to different varieties of Bjuncea was assessed in this study. Crossability between a transgenic rapeseed line Z7B10 (pollen donor) and 80 cultivars of 16 Bjuncea varieties (including two wild accessions) was estimated by artificial pollination in a greenhouse. As a result, interspecific crossability between the transgenic Z7B10 line and the 80 B. juncea cultivars varied considerably, with seeds per flower from 0.00–10.67. Seed germination rates of the interspecific F1 hybrids ranged from 49.0%–89.3%. The estimated frequencies of natural gene flow from the transgenic Z7B10 line to 10 B. juncea cultivars with different uses in the experiment field varied from 0.08% to 0.93%. The natural F1 hybrids were highly sterile, with seeds per silique ranging from 0.27 to 1.03. In addition, seeds per flower of hybrid descendants varied from 0.02 to 0.22 when F1 hybrids were self‐pollinated, and those ranged from 0.03 to 0.30 when F1 hybrids were backcrossed with their corresponding B. juncea parents. Results of this study suggest a low level of transgene introgression from transgenic rapeseed to different B. juncea varieties, which provides a sound scientific basis for the safety management of coexisting transgenic B. napus and B. juncea varieties in China.  相似文献
