Cryopreservation, a technique of high potential for culture collections, might offer a solution for reliable supply of microalgae in aquaculture units. Marine microalgae used in aquaculture were cryopreserved under 4, −20 and −80 °C using common cryoprotectants (methanol, dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO), propylene glycol and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP)) with promising results for Chlorella minutissima, Chlorella stigmatophora, Isochrysis galbana and Dunaliella tertiolecta. As cryoprotectants usually are toxic above certain concentrations and exposure time, and assuming that low amounts of cryoprotectants will remain in regenerated cultures, an experimental scheme was employed to explore the lower limits of safety for these algae and their primary consumers in hatchery food chains. Results showed that methanol was well tolerated by C. stigmatophora and D. tertiolecta up to a concentration of 1.6% (v/v) while I. galbana could not survive in culture at any concentration and C. minutissima exhibited some 30% of the control's yield at 0.2%. DMSO was highly tolerated up to 1.0% by all strains with the Chlorella strains surviving well up to 2%. Propylene glycol was not only tolerated up to 8% by Dunaliella but induced mixotrophic growth as well, while for Isochrysis it was lethal at any concentration. Among zooplanktonic consumers, brine shrimp Artemia nauplii could tolerate very high concentrations of the tested cryoprotectants, the rotifer Brachionus plicatilis was found sensitive to low amounts of PVP, while the nauplii of the shrimp Penaeus japonicus and the crab Eriocheir sinensis were in general very sensitive to all cryoprotectants and in several cases to much lower amounts than 1%. However, as long as the residues of cryoprotectants are kept below 1% in the regenerated cultures, there will be no problem with the animal consumers.  相似文献

几种杀虫剂对豆大蓟马的毒力测定及复配增效作用   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
豆大蓟马是海南冬种豇豆的重要害虫,严重影响豇豆产品质量和商品价值。本文采用离心管药膜法,测定了毒死蜱、阿维菌素、高效氯氰菊酯、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、吡虫啉和啶虫脒等6种杀虫剂对豆大蓟马的毒力,并测定了甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐与其它5种杀虫剂复配的增效作用及最佳配比。结果表明:供试药剂对豆大蓟马毒力(LC50)大小顺序为:甲维盐(0.000 5 g/L)阿维菌素(0.056 1 g/L)毒死蜱(0.125 3 g/L)高效氯氰菊酯(0.165 4 g/L)啶虫脒(0.228 3 g/L)吡虫啉(19.803 5 g/L);以甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐与毒死蜱复配的共毒系数为776;甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐与毒死蜱配比为1∶9时的共毒系数为1 733。本研究为开发豆大蓟马防治药剂和田间化学防治提供了基本资料。  相似文献

[Objective]This study was conducted to obtain a new high-efficiency acaricide mixture.[Method]The synergism acaricidal of diafenthiuron and fenbutatin-oxide against carmine spider mite was investigated,and the optimal ratio of both acaricides were determined by means of co-toxicity factors and co-toxicity coefficients(CTC).[Result]At 24 h post-treatment,the LC50values of diafenthiuron and fenbutatin-oxide against T.cinnabarinus female adults were 154.67 and 93.26 mg/L,respectively,and the synergistic mass ratios of diafenthiuron and fenbutatin-oxide ranged from 1:0.06 to 1:0.87,and the optimal diafenthiuron-to-fenbutatin-oxide ratio was 1:0.39 with the LC50and CTC of 67.87 mg/L and 188.93(CTC significantly above 100 strongly indicated synergism),respectively,and the toxicity relative to diafenthiuron and fenbutatin-oxide was 2.28 and 1.37 times,respectively.[Conclusion]The joint acaricidal action of diafenthiuron and fenbutatin-oxide strongly indicates synergism.These findings proved scientific theoretical basis for mixing diafenthiuron and fenbutatin-oxide to control spider mites and developing a new synergisic acaricide.  相似文献

[目的]探讨NiL1 (ClO4)2和NiL3(ClO4)2对多刺裸腹蚤的毒性.[方法]利用不同浓度的NiL1(ClO4)2和NiL3(ClO4)2处理多刺裸腹蚤,测定其半数致死量,并分析其对环境的影响.[结果] NiL3 (ClO4)2和NiL1(ClO4)2对多刺裸腹蚤的半数致死量(LD50)分别为8.625和14.755 mg/L,说明NiL3(ClO4)2的毒性要大于NiL1 (ClO4)2.推测2种化合物本身带有的苯环和甲基基团可能对细胞毒性有一定的影响.[结论]该研究为进一步研究大环类化合物污染对多刺裸腹蚤的生理生化影响提供基础资料,并为淡水水体质量评价和防治提供参考依据.  相似文献

为筛选出防治绿盲蝽的有效药剂,指导田间施药,采用试管药膜法,测定了6种杀虫剂对绿盲蝽3龄若虫的室内毒力。结果表明:阿维菌素、氟氯氰菊酯、吡虫啉、啶虫脒、螺虫乙酯和高效氯氰菊酯对绿盲蝽3龄若虫的LC50值,药剂处理24 h后,分别为8.19、10.39、19.96、25.30、25.77、28.17 mg/L;药剂处理48 h后,分别为3.64、5.86、10.39、17.57、15.93、12.21 mg/L。可见,阿维菌素对绿盲蝽毒力最高,氟氯氰菊酯次之,吡虫啉、啶虫脒、高效氯氰菊酯和螺虫乙酯毒力较低。  相似文献

采用菌丝生长速率法在室内测定了6种杀菌剂对甘薯黑斑病菌(Ceratocystis fimbriata Ellis et Halsted)的毒力,结果表明,1%枯草芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂和2%宁南霉素对甘薯黑斑病菌菌丝生长的抑制效果居前2位,其中后者对该病菌的EC50值为0.30μg/mL。探讨了7种药剂对甘薯苗期黑斑病的防治效果,结果显示:以50%甲基托布津可湿性粉剂800倍液对苗期黑斑病的防治效果最佳,防效达100%。  相似文献

Insect pest management is facing the economic and ecological challenge worldwide due to the human and environmental hazards caused by majority of the synthetic pesticide chemicals. Identification of novel effective insecticidal compounds is essential to combat increasing resistance rates. Botanicals containing active insecticidal phytochemicals appear to be promising to address some of these problems. Therefore, there is a continuous need to explore new active molecules with different mechanisms of action. Secondary metabolites present in plants apparently function as defense (toxic), which inhibits reproduction and other processes. The phytochemical biomolecules could be used for maximizing the effectiveness and specificity in future insecticide design with specific or multiple target sites, while ensuring the economic and ecological sustainability. In this article, the current state of knowledge on phytochemical sources and insecticidal activity, their mechanism of action in insects, resistance, and promising advances made in phytochemical research are reviewed.  相似文献

小鼠在正常状况下仅有撕咬垫料行为,在饥饿状态下少量嚼食薄草垫料,但不引起小鼠中毒。急性毒性试验表明,蒲草的水浸出物,醇浸出物,醚浸出物的LD50分别大于蒲草22.4、15.7、19.6g/kg体重,灌胃后小鼠行为、反应正常,无中毒症状。4日后处死剖检结果,脏器亦无病变。大鼠经皮肤涂抹浸出物(每次剂量分别相当于蒲草76.0、53.3、66.7mg/cm2,重复3次)后,无全身中毒症状,涂抹部位无临床上肉眼可见病变。兔滴眼试验(每次剂量分别相当于蒲草128.5、90.2、112.7mg/kg体重,重复3次)证明,眼无临床上肉眼可见病变。大鼠经口及兔经皮试验亦得到相同结果。说明蒲草垫料的三种浸出物对动物无毒害作用。  相似文献

The pharmacokinetics of doxorubicinol, a cytotoxic metabolite of the anticancer drug, doxorubicin, were studied in four healthy sulphur-crested cockatoos (Cacatua galerita) after a 20 min intravenous infusion of 2 mg/kg. Plasma doxorubicinol concentrations were measured by HPLC. The pharmacokinetic parameters were estimated using a non-compartmental method. The mean (+/- SD) peak concentration was 8341 +/- 3132 microg/L at 17.5 +/- 5.0 min after the start of the infusion, and doxorubicinol concentrations declined biexponentially to 154.3 +/- 34.5 microg/L, 40 min after the end of the infusion. Systemic clearance was 0.940 +/- 0.473 L/h/kg, mean residence time was 0.165 +/- 0.133 h, and steady-state volume of distribution was 0.123 +/- 0.0526 L/kg. The terminal half-life was 0.660 +/- 0.611 h. Detectible but unquantifiable concentrations of doxorubicinol were present in the plasma ultrafiltrate of two birds during the infusion, indicating very extensive plasma protein binding. Physiological, haematological and biochemical monitoring over 3 weeks showed that doxorubicinol at a single infused dose of 2 mg/kg caused no toxicities of major concern.  相似文献
