多径衰落信道下OFDM系统的符号同步方法研究

由于在正交频分复用（OFDM）的系统中存在符号时间同步误差，为了消除这种误差，提出了工作在多径衰落信道的符号时间频移（STO）估计方法，即基于CP的符号时间偏移估计和基于训练符号的符号时间偏移估计，通过仿真对基于循环序列（CP）估计技术的最大似然法（ML）和基于训练符号的最小均方差异法（Classen）两类性能比较分析，在无载波频移条件下，ML算法精确度更高，当存在载波频移时，Classen算法精确度更高。     

广州地铁刚性接触网槽钢底座爆裂原因及应对措施

在日常检修过程中,检修人员多次发现广州地铁2号线新线部分刚性接触网槽钢底座出现爆裂.通过对列车运行过程中受电弓与汇流排的相互作用力进行分析,根据分析找出导致该问题的主要原因是槽钢底座受到的作用力过大及制作材料存在缺陷,并给出了避免或减缓该问题出现的相关应对措施,以确保地铁供电设备安全.     

5个竹种林下土壤营养元素含量比较

[目的]比较不同竹种林下土壤的营养元素含量。[方法]在福建农林大学百竹园内选取大明竹、牡竹、角竹、花巨竹和大木竹5个竹种,分别于春、夏、秋、冬4个季节对其林下土壤进行"S"型多点采样,对其氮、磷、钾含量进行测定。[结果]大明竹、牡竹、角竹、花巨竹和大木竹5个竹种林下土壤的营养元素含量皆较高,但各竹种之间的营养元素含量有显著差异,且各竹种在不同季节的营养元素含量也有明显差异。其中大明竹林下土壤的营养元素含量最高,且最为稳定,牡竹相对较差。[结论]在福建地区,大明竹对营养元素的产生及维系稳定具有良好的能力,可成为该地区城市观赏用竹及发展林下经济的优良竹种。     

施钾量对超高产早稻品种产量和稻米品质的影响

以超高产水稻品种陆两优996和淦鑫203为材料,在大田条件下研究了不同施钾量对其产量和稻米品质的影响。结果表明,施钾显著提高双季早稻有效穗数、每穗粒数和产量,增加生物产量、促进茎鞘物质运转,提高抽穗期剑叶的气-叶温差和颖花伤流量,降低抽穗后的根系活力衰退值。施钾量与倒1节间大维管束数、茎秆抗折力和稻米蛋白质含量显著正相关。施钾提高了陆两优996的垩白粒率和垩白度,但降低了淦鑫203的垩白粒率和垩白度。在本试验条件下,最适施钾量为180 kg/hm2。     

Synergism between potassium sorbate dips and brief exposure to high CO2 or O2 at curing temperature for the control of citrus postharvest green and blue molds

Synergistic effects and very effective control of citrus postharvest green and blue molds, caused by Penicillium digitatum and Penicillium italicum, respectively, were observed on artificially inoculated ‘Valencia’ oranges and ‘Clemenules’ and ‘Ortanique’ mandarins after a potassium sorbate (PS) treatment was followed by 2 days of storage in atmospheres of elevated CO₂ or O₂ at a curing temperature. A combined treatment consisting of 60-s dips in aqueous solutions of 3% PS heated to 62 °C was followed by 48-h exposure to air, 15 kPa CO₂ or 30 kPa O₂ at 33 °C. Control treatment was a 60-s water dip at 20 °C followed by 24-h exposure to air at 20 °C. Synergism was observed on citrus fruit either incubated at 20 °C for up to 22 days, simulating direct commercialization, or stored at 5 °C for up to 45 days, simulating commercial cold storage. This research offers potential new tools to the citrus industry for implementation of nonpolluting integrated postharvest disease management programs, especially devoted to high added value organic markets or export markets with zero residue tolerance.     

A novel mutation of the CLCN1 gene associated with myotonia hereditaria in an Australian cattle dog

BACKGROUND: Heritable myotonia is a genetic muscle disorder characterized by slow relaxation of skeletal muscles. The main clinical signs are skeletal muscle stiffness, especially after vigorous contraction, and muscle hypertrophy. Muscle stiffness may be enhanced by inactivity, and often is relieved by exercise. Myotonia can be inherited in an autosomal dominant or recessive manner (Thomsen- or Becker-type myotonia, respectively). In mice, goats, Miniature Schnauzer dogs, and most affected humans, the disorder is caused by mutations in CLCN1, which encodes the skeletal muscle voltage-gated chloride channel, Cl1C-1. HYPOTHESIS: We hypothesized that an Australian Cattle Dog with generalized muscle stiffness and hypertrophy examined at the Ontario Veterinary College would have a mutation in the CLCN1 gene. ANIMALS: A pure-bred Australian Cattle Dog from Ontario, Canada, was used. METHODS: Based on clinical signs and electromyographic test results, a diagnosis of myotonia hereditaria was made, and a muscle biopsy was collected for genetic analysis. RESULTS: Sequence data obtained from the affected dog confirmed that it was homozygous for a single base insertion in the CLCN1 coding sequence. This mutation would result in a truncated ClC-1 protein being expressed, which, based on molecular evidence from other studies, would result in functionally compromised chloride conduction in the skeletal muscles of the animal. CONCLUSIONS AND CLINICAL IMPORTANCE: To the authors' knowledge, this report describes the Ist case of myotonia in an Australian Cattle Dog and represents the 1st non-Schnauzer canine myotonia to be genetically characterized. In addition, we developed a polymerase chain reaction-based genetic screen to detect heterozygotes with this mutation in the at-large Australian Cattle Dog population.     

Ananlysis on the Liability Financing in Leverage Buyouts

This article briefly introduces the principle and the character of the leverage buyouts since the rate of finance lever and the risk is high in the LBO, this article gives a game-theory analysis on the financing process between the purchaser and the investor in LBO by using the ROSS model. It is expected that some beneficial proposal to either side can be put forward by parting the equilibrium.in the last, it poses that LBO can be a way of broadening the financing channel on the annexation between the enterprises in our country.     

Controlling Techniques of Channel Sharing in HFC Network

The techniques of sharing a channel in HFC are original with regard to those of Ethernet and Ring. In this paper, the analysis is stressed on the method of the upstream bandwidth allocation, the collision resolving, and the relationship among them, beginning with MAP management message. The MAP is a complex frame, in which the messages of ranging opportunity needed by the CM at the access beginning, bandwidth allocation contention, bandwidth allocation and collision detection are included. The access way for a user is explained after the frame format and functions of a MAP are illustrated. Finally, upstream bandwidth allocation, the cause of collision, algorithm and the process to solve the collision and so on are studied.
