本文报道了海岛棉(Gossypium barbadense,(AD)_2)、与瑟伯氏棉(C.thurberi,D_1)、辣根棉(G.armourianum,D_(2-1))、裂片棉(C.lobatum,D_7)和松散棉(C.laxum,D_8)等4个D染色体组的杂种三倍体F_1主要形态遗传变异及其花粉母细胞减数分裂中期Ⅰ染色体配对的研究结果。这4个种间杂种F_1,有的表型象海岛棉,有的象野生二倍体棉,有的表现为中间型。每细胞染色体平均构型依次为:12.83Ⅱ+13.27Ⅰ+0.024Ⅲ;12.10Ⅱ+14.84Ⅰ;12.44Ⅱ+14.24Ⅰ+0.02Ⅲ和12.70Ⅱ+13.40Ⅰ+0.025Ⅲ+0.033Ⅳ;完全配对成13Ⅱ和13Ⅰ的细胞,其比例分别为60.3%、19.9%、42.2%和45.9%。这表明:在这4个D染色体组棉种中,以瑟伯氏棉与海岛棉的关系最为密切,其次为松散棉、裂片棉,而辣根棉的关系最远。本文还讨论了这4个D染色体组种与海岛棉的亲缘关系。  相似文献

Analysis of 50 Cucumber Accessions by RAPD Markers   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
Genetic diversity of 50 cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) accessions from American, Holland,Japan and China was detected and evaluated using RAPD markers. 25 selected primers produced 215 scorable polymorphic RAPD bands and the ratio of polymorphism is 86.98%. Four main groups of cucumber accessions could be distinguished from UPGMA analysis: Occidental cucumber, South-China cucumber, North-China cucumber and Xishuangbanna cucumber. Our result confirmed that cucumber is a narrow-based germplasm, nevertheless RAPD analysis was still useful in cucumber genotypic differentiation. More significantly, Xishuangbanna cucumber (Cucumis sativus L. Var Xishuangbannanesis Qi et Yuan), a mutation of cucumber, was clustered together to a special group in the study, which imlalied its special status in cucumber germplasm.  相似文献

人工落叶松与天然水曲柳混交林中树种关系的定量分析   总被引:5,自引:1,他引:5  
以东北林业大学帽儿山实验林场老爷岭生态站11林班次生林区撂荒地上人工栽植的落叶松与天然侵入的水曲柳混交林为研究对象,在所设置的固定标准地内,分别以落叶松、水曲柳和其它阔叶树为目的树,调查半径1~6m内树木的株数和胸径;并以每株树为圆心测定最近8株树之间的距离、胸径和冠幅,获得基本数据。应用Alemdag模型计算竞争指数,并用方差分析和数量化模型方法进行了分析。结果表明,落叶松的种内竞争大于种间竞争,且落叶松与水曲柳之间的竞争相对最小。就试验地的条件而言,在20~30年生时每公顷保留2800株左右,落叶松与水曲柳混交比以2∶1为宜,这样不仅可以改善林地条件,而且可以提高林分生产力。  相似文献

The hybridization of fourteen plant populations belonging to seven Epimedium species native to China was studied by self-cross, infra-population cross, inter-population cross within species, and interspecific cross. Self-pollination studies on nine populations indicated high incompatibility; capsule-set rates were higher than zero in only three (4.61–6.76%). Interspecific cross-pollinations demonstrated high crossabilities in most cross combination (15.38–92.44% capsule-set rate), and the F1 seeds possessed high germination rates (>20%). The F1 hybrids of three interspecific cross combinations were raised to maturity. The morphology, karyomorphology of somatic cells, and pollen mother cell (PMC) meiosis of these F1 plants revealed that they were all highly fertile (>76.10% in pollen viability), that there were few structural differences in chromosomes among species, and that most PMCs had 6 bivalents at MI. Abnormal chromosomal behaviors occurred in a minority, including chromosome bridges, unequal segregation of chromosome number, lagging chromosomes, and micronuclei. A series of experimental crosses provided strong evidence for an outbreeding system and a weak internal barrier to hybridizations in the taxa studied.  相似文献

Both plants and microbes influence soil nutrient cycling. However, the links between plants, microbes and nutrient cycling are poorly understood. In this study, we investigated how plant identity and interspecific competition influence soil nitrogen cycling and attempted to link plant identity and interspecific competition to community structures of bacterial and archaeal ammonia oxidizers based on terminal restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis (T-RFLP) of bacterial and archaeal ammonia monooxygenase (amoA) genes. Faba bean and maize monocultures and a faba bean/maize mixture were planted with two nitrogen levels (0 and 100 mg N kg−1 soil as urea). Soil mineral nitrogen, ammonia oxidizer function (potential nitrification activity, PNA) and community structures were measured 28 and 54 days after plant emergence. Faba bean and maize substantially differed in their influences on mineral nitrogen concentrations and PNA in rhizosphere soils. Soil mineral nitrogen and PNA in the rhizosphere soils of the faba bean/maize mixture were closer to those of the maize monoculture than to those of the faba bean monoculture. T-RFLP with restriction enzymes BsaJI and Hpy8I distinguished variations in bacterial and archaeal ammonia oxidizers community structure, respectively, and detected both between-cluster and within-cluster variations in bacterial ammonia oxidizers. T-RFLP data showed that nitrogen addition favored part of a Nitrosospira cluster 3b sequence type and suppressed part of a cluster Nitrosospira 3a sequence type of bacterial ammonia oxidizers, while it had no influence on the archaeal ammonia oxidizer community structure. Although multivariate analysis showed that the function and community structure of bacterial ammonia oxidizers were significantly correlated, plant species and interspecific competition did not significantly change the community structure of bacterial and archaeal ammonia oxidizers. These results indicate that plant species and interspecific competition regulate soil nitrogen cycling via a mechanism of other than alteration in the community structure of ammonia oxidizers as investigated by DNA based methods.  相似文献

利用ITS rDNA序列对我国杨树溃疡病的葡萄座腔菌科病原真菌进行系统发育学分析,共得到4种葡萄座腔菌科病原真菌:Botryosphaeria dothidea,Neofusicoccum parvum,Diplodia seriata和D.mutila。它们与相应的无性型或有性型一一对应。其中,D.seriata在我国是第一次报道为杨树的病原。研究了试验菌株与国内外已报道菌株间的系统发育学关系,分析了它们与环境间的联系。结果表明B.dothidea具有高度的种内遗传多样性。这些结果对葡萄座腔菌科真菌在全球的分布作了必要的补充,也为杨树溃疡病的研究和防治提供进一步的理论基础。  相似文献

应用SSR分子标记对苜蓿新品系Dy-2006等6个苜蓿品种(品系)亲缘关系进行了分析.8对SSR引物共扩增出128个位点,106个位点显多态性,多态位点比率82.81%;不同苜蓿品种(品系)SSR多态性百分率存在一定差异,在32.81%~45.31%之间.遗传相似度(F)和遗传距离(D)的变化分别范围在0.9062~0.9689和0.0326~0.0762.聚类分析结果显示,新品系Dy-2006与龙牧801亲缘关系相对较近,与阿尔冈金亲缘关系较远,并与其它供试品种存在一定差异,为一个相对独立的品系.  相似文献

Twenty podophyllotoxin analogues were first tested for their insecticidal activity against the fifth-instar larvae of Brontispa longissima in vivo. Among them, compounds 6-9 and 19 showed more promising and pronounced insecticidal activity than toosendanin, a commercial insecticide derived from Melia azedarach. The different insecticidal activity ranges of compounds 1-20 indicated that variation of chemical structures in the podophyllotoxin skeleton markedly affected the activity profiles of this compound class, and some important SAR information has been revealed from it. The results obtained from SAR analysis show good correlation with the docking models as well as with QSAR studies, which allows for the rational design of more potent podophyllotoxin derivatives in the development of potential new insecticides.  相似文献

Genetic diversity in 24 advanced breeding lines of cotton was studied by using six amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) primer-pairs and 14 morphological characters. The six selected AFLP primer-pairs generated a total of 535 amplification products, of which 460 were found to be polymorphic resulting in 85.9% polymorphism. The observed genetic distances using AFLP markers ranged from 30% to 87% with an average of 34%. A wide range of variability was observed for all the morphological traits studied. The range in taxonomic distance was from 0.60 to 2.77. Most of the lines could be clustered in two major clusters in both the analyses. But the correlation coefficient between the pair-wise distances estimated from AFLPs and the average taxonomic distances estimated from morphological characters was found to be 0.04. UPGMA cluster analysis revealed inconsistencies in the clustering patterns, as the co-phenetic correlation coefficient between the dendrograms for morphological and AFLP data indicated a poor fit for the two data types. From combined information, genotypes ‘RST-12’, ‘H 1226’, ‘P 348’, ‘KDCAKD’, ‘CISV 24’ and ‘H1222’ were found to be distinct from rest of the material.  相似文献
