水丰水库的渔获量1961-1980年间变化于47-300t,1981-1984年增长到740-1321t,1985-2000年为2270-4926t。渔获物组成中以亚洲公鱼为主,1980-2000年亚洲蚣鱼占总渔获的29.6%-93.0%,平均为65.6%。鲁鲫鱼占6.2%-16.4%,鲢鳙鱼占8.1%-13.3%,鳊鲂占1.8%-11.3%,虾占5.9%-16.1%,其它鱼类占2.4%-9.3%。2000年大银鱼占总渔获的2.8%。1985-2000年水库鱼类资源相对稳定。亚洲公鱼、青虾和大银鱼三种小型经济鱼虾的种间关系表现为互利共生,竞争和残敌关系,可能向种间形成平衡调节方向发展。  相似文献

Host–parasite relationships and pathogenicity of Meloidogyne javanica on potatoes (newly recorded from Malta) were studied under glasshouse and natural conditions. Potato cvs Cara and Spunta showed a typical susceptible reaction to M. javanica under natural and artificial infections, respectively. In potato tubers, M. javanica induced feeding sites that consisted of three to four hypertrophied giant cells per adult female. Infection of feeder roots by the nematode resulted in mature large galls which usually contained at least one mature female and egg mass. In both tubers and roots, feeding sites were characterized by giant cells containing granular cytoplasm and many hypertrophied nuclei. Cytoplasm in giant cells was aggregated alongside the thickened cell walls. Stelar tissues within galls appeared disorganized. The relationship between initial nematode population density ( P ) [0–64 eggs + second-stage juveniles (J2s) per cm3 soil] and growth of cv. Spunta potato seedlings was tested under glasshouse conditions. A Seinhorst model [ y = m  + (1 −  m ) z ( P − T )] was fitted to fresh shoot weight and shoot height data of nematode-inoculated and control plants. Tolerance limits ( T ) for fresh shoot weight and shoot height of cv. Spunta plants infected with M. javanica were 0·50 and 0·64 eggs + J2s per cm3 soil, respectively. The m parameter in that model (i.e. the minimum possible y -values) for fresh shoot weight and shoot height were 0·60 and 0·20, respectively, at P  = 64 eggs + J2s per cm3 soil. Root galling was proportional to the initial nematode population density. Maximum nematode reproduction rate was 51·2 at a moderate initial population density ( P  = 4 eggs + J2s per cm3 soil).  相似文献

通过对不同倍性的几种中国野生菊之间杂种F1减数分裂期染色体的配对分析,对它们的亲缘关系和演化过程进行了研究。观察到甘菊(Dendranthema lavandulifolium)和菊花脑(D.nankingense)是两个亲缘关系较近、但已发生了某种程度分化的二倍体;南京野菊(D.indicum)和尖叶野菊(D.indicum var.acutum)是含有相同染色体组的异源四倍体,毛华菊(D.sestitum)为异源六倍体,它们在减数分裂中期Ⅰ,染色体均能较好地配成二价体构型。尖叶野菊(4x)与菊花脑(2x)、南京野菊(4x)与毛华菊(6x)的F1,染色体配对构型分别接近于9Ⅰ 9Ⅱ和9Ⅰ 18Ⅱ,表明菊花脑或其近缘种是尖叶野菊染色体组之一的供体,南京野菊或其近缘种是毛华菊两个染色体组的供体。本文还对这几种菊属植物的演化过程进行了讨论。  相似文献

An investigation of the biological properties of the virus causing tomato yellow leaf curl disease in Tanzania was initiated to compare it with other known tomato yellow leaf curl viruses. Properties relating to acquisition and inoculation feeding time, persistence, mechanical inoculation, seed transmission and host range were studied. Results obtained indicate that the virus was transmitted persistently byBemisia tabaci Genn., but it was not mechanically, sap- or seed-transmissible. Minimum acquisition and inoculation feeding time was 30 min.Capsicum annuum, Datura stramonium, Nicotiana glutinosa, N. tabacum andLycopersicon esculentum were found to be hosts of the virus among the plant species tested, whereasPhaseolus vulgaris was not. It is concluded that the properties of the agent causing yellow leaf curl symptoms in tomato plants from different regions in Tanzania are similar to those ofTomato yellow leaf curl Sardinia virus species studied elsewhere. http://www.phytoparasitica.org posting Feb. 20, 2003.  相似文献

Human-made contour banks are a central component of theShikim water harvesting system in Israels Negev Desert.Efficient water capture depends on the presence of a stable microphytic crustwhich directs surplus surface runoff into the banks where it is stored. We usedsimulated rainfall to examine the impact of soil surface disturbance on runoffand sediment transport, and the effect of this on the efficiency of resourcecapture within the Shikim system. Two disturbance regimes:1) removal of the microphytic crust only, and 2) removal of the crust and shrubpatches by cultivation, were compared with an undisturbed control. In theundisturbed state, 32% of rainfall was redistributed as runoff. This runoffpenetrated approximately 27% deeper under the shrub patches compared with themicrophytic crust. When the microphytic crust was destroyed by simulatedtrampling, the runoff coefficient declined to 13%, and there was no significantdifference in water penetration between shrub and crust patches. Completedestruction of the shrub hummocks and crust by cultivation resulted in adeclinein the runoff coefficient to 6%. The result of sustained disturbance in thesepatchy Negev shrublands is a breakdown in spatial heterogeneity, a loss ofecosystem function, a reduction in ecosystem goods and services such as plantdiversity and production, and ultimately a reduction in pastoral productivity.These results reinforce the view that microphytic crusts are critical for theefficient operation of the Shikim water harvesting system.Given that practices such as cultivation and trampling which disturbmicrophyticcrusts result in enhanced infiltration, crusts should be left intact tomaximisethe water harvesting efficiency in these desert landscapes.This revised version was published online in May 2005 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

Inter-section hybrids were obtained in the reciprocal crosses between Primula filchnerae (2n = 2x = 24) of Sect. Pinnatae and P. sinensis ‘Fanfare’ (2n = 2x = 24) of Sect. Auganthus by rescuing ovules on half-strength (1/2) Murashige and Skoog's (MS) medium supplemented with 50 g l−1 sucrose, 2.5 g l−1 gellan gum, 0.1 mg l−1 α-naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA), 0.1 mg l−1 6-benzyladenine (BA) and 50 mg l−1 gibberellic acid (GA3). In ovule culture, germination occurred with radicle elongation but no plumule was observed. The radicle kept on the initial medium showed root proliferation with callus formation. When the calluses were transferred to (1/2)MS media containing 30 g l−1 sucrose and 3 g l−1 gellan gum, without plant growth regulators (PGRs) or with 1 mg l−1 zeatin and 0.1 mg l−1 NAA, plantlets were regenerated. The plants thus obtained were confirmed to be hybrids through flow cytometry (FCM) and random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) analyses. The hybrid obtained when P. filchnerae was used as the maternal parent was diploid, whereas hexaploid hybrid was obtained when using P. sinensis as the maternal parent. The hexaploid hybrid might be produced through chromosome doubling of a triploid originated from the fertilization of P. sinensis with unreduced pollen of P. filchnerae.  相似文献

Inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR) markers were used to evaluate interspecific relationships of Lycoris. Twenty-four samples were included in the study representing a total of 20 among species and varieties. Thirteen primers produced 228 discernible DNA fragments, 205, or 89.91%, of which were polymorphic, indicating a high level of interspecific genetic variation in Lycoris. Our UPGMA cluster analysis recognized four major groups of species, which were consistent with morphological and karyotype observations. The first group included species with telocentric and metacentric chromosomes, while the second consisted of species with a haploid genome of 11 subtelocentric chromosomes. The third group contained species with a mixture of subtelocentric, telocentric and metacentric chromosomes. The last group included the Japanese and Korean species. Lycoris anhuiensis was clustered within accessions of Lycoris longituba, suggesting that it could be recognized as a variety of L. longituba. Our ISSR data also suggested that L. straminea may be a hybrid between Lycoris chinensis and Lycoris radiata var. pumila, and that L. caldwellii, an allotriploid, may be of a hybrid origin of L. chinensis and L. sprengeri.  相似文献
