[目的]拟利用内桂精油的挥发性、天然安全性和广谱抑菌特性,对玉米颗粒进行防霉研究.[方法]采用精油熏蒸的方法,将玉米颗粒置于自制的密闭容器中,人工模拟高温高湿条件对其进行肉桂精油熏蒸.[结果]研究表明,玉米颗粒的含水量对其霉变的影响很大.空气湿度为75%时,空间浓度分别为175和100 μl/L的肉桂精油对玉米颗粒霉菌的熏杀抑制效果随着熏蒸时间的延长而逐渐提高,熏蒸时间为8d时达到了最高的抑菌率.高湿高温条件下,肉桂精油空间浓度为1 000~2000 μl/L是最适抑菌浓度区间,其中精油浓度2000 μl/L为最佳抑菌浓度.[结论]研究可为玉米储藏的防霉工作提供理论依据. 相似文献

Erwinia carotovora and Erwinia chrysanthemi are the two most important soft rotting bacteria of commercially-grown plants. They are genetically diverse as is evident from polymorphisms in the pel and recA genes as well as in rrn, the ribsomal gene cluster. Subpopulations grouped into biovars, pathovars, or subspecies associated with various hosts and in different geographic regions suggest specialization in host preference and/or survival in diverse environments. Previous characterization of the pectolytic erwinias as opportunistic pathogens is being replaced by a realization that this group of bacteria exhibits a sophisticated repertoire of pathogenicity and virulence genes and regulators. The presence of an entire hrp gene cluster and associated type III secretion system, and global regulators which regulate virulence determinants such as exoenzyme production and motility, attest to a highly specialized pathogen. The fact that production of extracellular plant cell wall-degrading enzymes are coordinately activated by the diffusible signal molecule N-acyl-homoserine lactone in a population density-dependent manner may explain the occurrence of pectolytic erwinia in asymptomatic plant tissues. Transgenic plants expressing bacterial quorum-sensing signal molecules modulate this sensory system and exhibit resistance to soft rot infection. The pectolytic erwinias, being significant plant pathogens that are neither of quarantine concern nor a human health hazard while readily isolated from field sources, make an ideal model for investigating the genetic basis of plant pathogenesis and environmental fitness. 相似文献

The effect of blue light exposure on Penicillium digitatum infection of tangerines during postharvest storage was investigated. In citrus, P. digitatum is one of the most important fungi causing diseases that result in postharvest loss. There is increasing interest in development of environmentally sustainable and consumer-friendly strategies of decay control. Strategies based on a plant's immunity can minimize pathogen infection of fruit. Light signalling affects plant-pathogen interactions and blue light may modulate phospholipase activation, a key step in plant immune responses. Exposure of fruit to 410-540 nm blue light at a fluency of 40 μmol m−2 s−1 reduced infection by P. digitatum and induced phospholipase A2 (PLA2) gene expression. Inhibition of PLA2 activity allowed infection, whereas inhibition of phospholipase D (PLD) expression by 580-670 nm red light at the same fluency was correlated with infection. These data strongly suggest that induction of lipid signalling by light reduces fungal colonization by P. digitatum in citrus fruit. 相似文献

[目的]为了解决紫云英带籽翻耕时草秆不易腐烂问题,同时研究与统传紫云英翻耕相比较对土壤培肥水稻增产的效果。[方法]以不施肥、施纯化肥为对照,对传统压绿(紫云英盛花期翻压45 000 kg/hm2)、带籽紫云英翻耕(草秆22 500 kg/hm2翻耕,15 d后加氮肥移栽)、带籽紫云英加氮肥混合翻耕(草秆22 500 kg/hm2加氮肥翻耕,15 d后移栽)利用方式进行试验。[结果]在施入总养分量相同的情况下,紫云英3种翻耕处理方式均可提高土壤有机质、速效养分含量,改善土壤生物学性质,提高土壤肥力水平,当年单季稻增产显著。与传统压绿相比,紫云英带籽翻耕增效1 350元/hm2。[结论]3种利用方式都起到培肥增产的作用,而将作基肥用的氮肥全部与带籽紫云英混在一起翻耕更能起到促腐培肥增产的功效。 相似文献

Number of years since death was estimated by dendrochronological cross-dating of 107 standing dead trees (snags) of Norway spruce [Picea abies (L.) Karst.] in a submountainous old-growth forest in south–central Norway. Snag characteristics (size, bark cover, branch order present and variables derived from tree-ring analyses) were used in stepwise linear regression procedures to identify variables that explained time since death. Number of branch orders present (where branches growing directly on the stem were branch order 1, branches growing on order 1 branches were order 2, and so on) explained two-thirds of the variation in time since death. Adding other significant variables, such as diameter, relative height of snags, percentage bark cover and average tree-ring width in the final years before death, increased model precision only moderately. The models were validated by the PRESS statistic, which showed that new observations were predicted fairly well with 65–69% of the variation explained. 相似文献

Forest management practices have led to a reduction in the volume and a change in the composition of coarse woody debris (CWD) in many forest types. This study compared CWD volume and composition in reserves and two types of managed forest in the central boreal zone of Sweden. Ten areas were surveyed, each containing clear-cut, mature managed and old-growth stands, to determine the volume of standing and lying CWD in terms of species composition, decay class and size class. Volumes of CWD on clear-cuts and in mature managed forests were high compared with previous studies. Old-growth forests (72.6 m3 ha?1) contained a greater volume of CWD than mature managed forests (23.3 m3 ha?1) and clear-cuts (13.6 m3 ha?1). Differences were greatest for the larger size classes and intermediate decay stages. Despite stand ages being up to 144 years, CWD volume and composition in managed forests was more similar to clear-cuts than to old-growth forests. 相似文献
