我国五省(区,市)的沙打旺病害及其分布特征   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6

对我国江苏省淮阴县、北京市平谷县、内蒙古自治区库伦旗、陕西省吴旗县和甘肃省武威市的不同年龄的沙打旺(AstragalusadsurgensPal.)病害进行了调查,并以生长地≥0℃年积温和草原湿润度为指标,分析了病害与产地环境条件的关系。结果表明,沙打旺植株田间发病率随草地年龄而增加,在四龄时最高可达100%。共发现10种真菌病害,它们是锈病(Uromyceslapponicus)、白粉病(Erysiphepisi)、小丛壳炭疽病(Glomerelasp.)、交链孢黑斑病(Alternariaalternata)、多主枝孢叶斑病(Cladosporiumherbarum)、茎点霉褐霉病(Phomasp.)、棘壳孢叶斑病(Pyrenochaetasp.)、丝核菌基腐病(Rhizoctoniasolani)、壳针孢斑枯病(Septoriasp.)和匍柄霉叶斑病(Stemphyliumbotryosum)等,另发现细菌病、病毒病(花叶病)和菟丝子各1种。细菌、病毒未鉴定,菟丝子为中国菟丝子(Cuscutachinensis)。各地病害发生种数与≥0℃年积温相关不显著(P>0.05),但与草原湿润度(K值)显著相关  相似文献

Abstract

Cercospora leaf spot, caused by Cercospora canescens and powdery mildew, caused by Erysiphe polygoni are two of the most important fungal diseases of mungbeans. Nearly 4000 accessions of the global mungbean collection at the Asian Vegetable Research and Development Center were screened for resistance to these two pathogens. Less than 4% and 12% of the accessions showed resistance to Cercospora leaf spot and powdery mildew, respectively. The level of resistance to Cercospora leaf spot varied and highly resistant lines were not found. A few lines were rated highly resistant to powdery mildew over several years but others were rated moderately resistant or susceptible in other years.  相似文献

Thirty barley landraces collected from Morocco in 1985 and 1989, and held in the Polish Gene Bank, IHAR, Radzików, Poland, were screened for resistance to powdery mildew. Fifteen tested landraces (50%) showed powdery mildew resistance reactions and 24 single plant lines were selected. Eighteen lines originating from 13 landraces were tested with 17 isolates of powdery mildew and another six lines originating from six landraces were tested with 23; the isolates were chosen according to their virulence spectra observed on the ‘Pallas’ isolines differential set. Three lines (E 1090-2-2, E 1110-3-2 and E 1077-1-1) showed resistance to all powdery mildew virulence genes prevalent in Europe. In 21 lines, unknown genes alone or in combination with specific ones were detected. Five different resistance alleles(Mlat, Mlal, Mla3, Mlg andMl(CP)) were postulated to be present in the tested lines, alone or in combination:Mlat was postulated to be present in nine (~38%) lines;Mlg andMl(CP) in two lines, andMla1 andMla3 in one tested line each. The use of newly identified sources of resistance in barley breeding as a means of controlling powdery mildew is discussed.  相似文献

[目的]建立快速提取及克隆白粉病菌基因组DNA的方法。[方法]以豌豆白粉菌分生孢子为材料,用Chlex-100法快速提取白粉菌基因组DNA,并以此为模板对内转录间隔区Ⅱ(ITS2)序列进行了巢式PCR扩增、克隆、测序及分析。[结果]Chlex-100法可高效的提取白粉病菌基因组DNA,适用于PCR扩增及相关分析。[结论]为快速有效地对白粉病资源进行大规模分子分类鉴定奠定了基础。  相似文献

Powdery mildew (PM) is one of the important foliar diseases of mungbean. Resistance sources have been identified in India and the inheritance studies showed that complete resistance (RO) was controlled by two dominant genes, Pm1 , Pm2 . The breakdown of complete resistance (RO) into moderate resistance (R2) by race-2 (Akola) has been reported. It is assumed that the change in resistance reaction is due to a mutation in the pathogen. The present investigation was carried out with a view to screen germplasm, cultivars and mutants for identification of complete resistance (RO) sources against race-2 and to study their inheritance. 'Mulmarada', a local mungbean cultivar from Maharashtra state of India was identified as a complete resistance (RO) source for race-2. The inheritance of Mulmarada's resistance (RO) was studied. The F1 and the segregation in F2 and F3 showed that the complete resistance (RO) in 'Mulmarada' is controlled by a single dominant gene, which is different from the earlier identified Pm1 and Pm2 resistance genes. Mulmarada's resistance gene is designated as Pm3 for PM resistance.  相似文献

为探讨杂交小麦杂种一代白粉病的抗性表现规律,以陕西不同地区小麦白粉病流行菌种做菌源,通过田间和苗期接种,对9份抗、感白粉病小麦亲本材料和9份大田感病品种及其杂交F1代进行抗病性鉴定,并结合SCAR和SSR分子标记进行了检测.结果表明:(1)以N95175、N9209为亲本的杂交F1含有Pm21基因,苗期和成株期抗病性均很好,与抗病亲本的抗病性表现基本一致,符合显性遗传,其抗病性主要由显性单基因控制.(2)以N9134、N9227A为亲本的杂交F1含有PmAS846基因,成株期抗病性较好,苗期大部分表现抗病;以N9227A为亲本的杂交F1中有40%的杂交组合表现中感,该抗性基因不完全符合单基因显性遗传,其表达在一定程度上受遗传背景及环境的影响.(3)中国春为苗期感病、成株期抗病材料,其与抗病亲本杂交F1代的抗病性接近或略高于抗病亲本;与感病品种杂交F1代的抗病性介于双亲之间.(4)白粉病遗传属于细胞核遗传,正反交F1代苗期抗病性无明显差异,杂交种的抗病性与双亲相关.因此, 在组配小麦强优势杂种组合时应尽量选用抗病的品种作为亲本之一,并考虑慢病性品种的应用.  相似文献

Tobacco cv. Havana 425 acquired resistance to a compatible isolate of Erysiphe cichoracearum after infection by a strain of potato virus Y (PVYN) that causes veinal necrosis; another common strain (PVYO) that does not cause necrosis gave less protection. Hydroxyproline-rich glycoproteins (HRGPs), believed to be involved in resistance, were determined by analysing hydroxyproline (Hyp) in purified cell walls. Hyp content increased significantly in PVYN-protected leaves, compared with untreated controls, 2–4 days after necrotic lesion symptoms developed. No further increase in Hyp was noted in PVYN-protected leaves after E. cichoracearum challenge. Hyp increases were significantly higher in protected leaves of plants showing symptoms on day 7 than on day 10. Infection with the PVYO strain caused significant decrease in Hyp content, compared with uninoculated controls. Inoculation of virus-free plants with E. cichoracearum induced moderate and transitory Hyp increases on day 2 or 3, followed by a quick decrease associated with a weak response by the compatible host. It is suggested that HRGP accumulation induced by PVYN (but not by PVYO) causes changes in the host cell wall that result in resistance to E. cichoracearum .  相似文献

采用田间自然接种技术,用田间发病率和病情指数为指标,对来自不同国家和地区的9个紫花苜蓿品种白粉病抗病性进行了调查和研究,结果表明,苜蓿品种的白粉病抗性非着显著差异。庆阳苜蓿、阿尔冈金、巨人201、金皇后等品种具有较强的抗病性;德宝、德福、赛特、牧歌401、三德利等品种田间抗病性较差。  相似文献

In darkness, most Erysiphe pisi conidia responded rapidly to contact with a hydrophobic artificial substratum and released extracellular material (ECM) in the same way as on pea cuticle. On this substratum and barley leaf epidermis, conidia then produced a germ tube that emerged close to the substratum, contacted it, and differentiated an appressorium. By contrast, on a hydrophilic substratum, ECM release and germination were delayed and infrequent, and germ tubes often emerged and faced away from the substratum toward vertical light, thereby failing to make contact and form appressoria. This finding supported the hypothesis that ECM release is involved in both triggering germination and sensing substratum contact. Exposure to white light dramatically affected the germ tube emergence site so most emerged from a site in the conidial wall facing the light. Lateral light did not affect the frequency of germ tubes making substratum contact; but when lit from above, most germ tubes emerged up, facing away from the substratum. The germ tubes formed in light were longer than those formed in darkness, but no phototropism was found for the elongating tubes. Examination of Blumeria graminis indicated that its conidia and germ tubes are insensitive to white light.  相似文献

Breeding durable resistance to pathogens and pests is a major task for modern plant breeders and pyramiding different resistance genes into a genotype is one way of achieving this. Three powdery mildew resistance gene combinations, Pm2+Pm4a, Pm2+Pm21, Pm4a+Pm21 were successfully integrated into an elite wheat cultivar ‘Yang047′. Double homozygotes were selected from a small F2 population with the help of molecular markers. As the parents were near‐isogenic lines (NILs) of ‘Yang158′, the progenies showed good uniformity in morphological and other non‐resistance agronomic traits. The present work illustrates the bright prospects for the utilization of molecular markers in breeding for host resistance.  相似文献
