为研究不同提取方式所得纸乳香树(Boswellia papyrifera(Del.)Hochst)提取物的抗氧化效果,采用DPPH自由基清除法对3种提取物进行试验。结果显示,传统水蒸气蒸馏法(100℃,提取5h)、优化水蒸气蒸馏法(100℃,提取56h)和乙醇浸提法(62.5℃,100%乙醇,提取2h)的提取率分别为(2.04±0.11)%、(8.15±1.40)%和(38.17±3.38)%;其提取物(BEOT、BEOF、BEE)对DPPH自由基清除能力为BEE!BEOT!BEOF;3种提取物的成分种类及含量均有差异。  相似文献

Dietary antioxidants from plants are believed to help prevent aging and other diseases through radical scavenging activity. Free radical scavenging activities by 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) assay and deoxyribose assay were ascertained among 27 species of common seaweeds using a sequential extraction method. The results indicated that, DPPH scavenging activity existed in 15 species; Gelidium amansii, Gloiosiphonia capillaris, Polysiphonia urceolata, Sargassum kjellmanianum, Desmarestia viridis, and Rhodomela teres showed the strongest activities. On the other hand, the deoxyribose results showed that almost all the seaweed species had good ability to scavenge hydroxyl radicals. The most active species were Rhodomela teres and Chorda filum.  相似文献

The aim of this work was to evaluate the effects of solid-state fermentation (SSF) with three strains of Agaricus (Agaricus blazei Murrill SH26, Agaricus bisporus AS2796 and Agaricus bisporus G1) on the total phenolic contents and antioxidant properties of buckwheat (Fagopyrum esculentum Möench). The results showed that the total phenolic contents of the fermented buckwheat varied with fermentation time and the starter organisms. The total phenolic content of buckwheat fermented with strain SH26 reached its maximum value of 18.07 mg/g after the fermentation of 21 days, which was 3.96 times higher than that of control. The ethanolic extracts of buckwheat fermented by strains SH26 and AS2796 exhibited enhanced antioxidant properties in comparison with the control. However, the ethanolic extracts of buckwheat fermented by strain G1 exhibited less antioxidant properties in comparison with the control. The ethanolic extracts of buckwheat fermented with strain SH26 exhibited the highest reducing power, 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging capacity and ferrous ion chelating ability, respectively. The ethanolic extracts of buckwheat fermented with strain AS2796 exhibited the highest superoxide anion radical scavenging ability.  相似文献

Two locally grown wheat species named Triticum aestivum L. and Triticum vulgare L. were studied for their phytochemical contents and their biological activities. T. vulgare presented the highest amounts of total phenolic compounds and ascorbic acids while T. aestivum was found to be rich in flavonoids, flavonols, proanthocynidins and ortho-diphenols. Eleven carotenoids were identified in T. vulgare where the most dominant compounds belongs to α-carotene and its derivatives while T. aestivum presented seven carotenoids. This later presented the highest DPPH radical scavenging activity and exhibited a strong reducing power in FRAP, phosphomolybdenum, hydrogen peroxide and reducing power assays. T. vulgare extract was found to be effective in metal chelating power and in scavenging nitric oxide radical. No significant differences in scavenging ABTS and hydroxyl radicals were noted between the two wheat species. T. aestivum inhibited xanthine oxidase and ROS production and showed the best cytotoxic effect while T. vulgare extract exhibited anti-calpain activity.  相似文献

以云南十三种野生菌为试材,比较其粗多糖含量,同时通过测定总还原能力和DPPH自由基清除率,并计算AC_(0.5)和IC_(50),比较不同野生菌粗多糖的总还原能力、清除DPPH自由基能力。结果表明:(1)点柄粘盖牛肝菌的粗多糖含量最高,为9.16 g/100 g,干巴革菌粗多糖含量最低,为2.22 g/100 g;(2)粗多糖浓度与还原能力、清除DPPH自由基能力都有较好的线性关系;干巴革菌粗多糖在低浓度下即有较好的还原能力及清除DPPH自由基能力;桃红牛肝菌粗多糖的还原能力、块鳞灰鹅膏菌粗多糖清除DPPH自由基能力也有较好的效果,与供试的其他野生菌样品差异显著。研究结果说明,干巴革菌、点柄粘盖牛肝菌、桃红牛肝菌、块鳞灰鹅膏菌中粗多糖抗氧化活性高,在保健功能方面有潜在的开发应用价值。  相似文献

探索一条高效的鸡毛竹叶子抗氧化物的提取工艺.以提取物清除DPPH自由基的半抑制浓度IC50为指标,在单因素试验的基础上采用L9(34)正交试验法对鸡毛竹叶子抗氧化物质的提取工艺进行优化.结果表明提取温度、料液比、乙醇浓度和提取时间对竹叶抗氧化物提取均具有显著影响,优化的鸡毛竹叶子抗氧化物的提取条件为:提取温度80℃,料液比1∶20,乙醇浓度90%,提取时间80 min,提取物清除DPPH自由基IC50为0.3098 mg/mL,提取物中含有总酚3.34%,总萜2.89%.为鸡毛竹叶的开发利用提供理论依据.  相似文献

[目的}研究花红茶中的抗氧化物质对自由基的清除效果。[方法]分别采用DPPH和FRAP法测定了花红茶80%乙醇提取物清除有机自由基的能力,并将其与绿茶做了比较。[结果]VC浓度分别为0.0021、0.0026、0.0035、0.0052、0.0104和0.0208mg/ml时,其对DPPH自由基的清除率分别为(14.904-0.13)%、(19.70.±0.35)%、(21.80±0.17)%、(30.70±0.44)%、(62.80±0.17)%和(96.70±0.28)%,测定结果表明,VC清除自由基的能力与VC的浓度呈明显的量效关系。浓度为20.0、2.5、1.0和0.5mg/ml的花红茶提取物对DPPH自由基的清除率分别为(90.15±0.14)%、(87.59±0.56)%、(77.89±0.43)%和(61.67±0.35)%。花红茶乙醇提取物的抗氧化活性比绿茶的高。在相同的浓度下,花红茶乙醇提取物的FRAP值比水提取物的大,表明花红茶乙醇提取物中抗氧化物质比其水提取物中的多。[结论]该试验为花红茶提取物生物活性的深入研究提供了参考依据。  相似文献
