Land degradation in the middle and upper Yangtze has caused loss of cultivable land, sediment deposition in reservoirs and changes in the runoff: sediment yield relationships of major tributaries. The Jialin River and the Dukou-Pingshan sector of the Jingsha River together contribute over 75 per cent of all the sediment carried by the Yangtze at Yichang. As the Jialin catchment has the highest rates of erosion per unit area, high sediment discharges from that river exert a major influence on peak summer sediment discharges on the Yangtze. Even though land degradation is increasing in severity, there is no clear overall pattern or trend in variations in sediment yield since 1950. [目的]建立大豆中抑菌灵的毛细管柱气相色谱法。[方法]试样用丙酮提取。分别选用1:48、3:47、5:45的3种乙醚-正己烷体系,制备3支层析柱,用10 ml正己烷活化,各加入0.2 ml,2.5 mg/L的抑菌灵标准溶液,再分别用45 ml上述3种淋洗液体系淋洗,每5 ml收集1次,分别进样测回收率,以淋洗液体积(V)为横坐标,回收率(%)为纵坐标绘制淋洗曲线。比较后选择3:47乙醚-正己烷淋洗体系,淋洗体积为25 ml。经正己烷液液萃取后,用弗罗里硅土柱净化,经毛细管气相色谱柱分离(柱温采用程序升温方式,初始温度50℃,保持1 min;以25℃/min的速度升至125℃后,再以10℃/min的速度升至300℃,保持3 min。采用恒流条件下无分流进样),用ECD检测器测定。[结果]抑菌灵含量在0.05、0.25、0.5、1.0 mg/L范围内,峰面积与抑菌灵的浓度呈良好线性关系,线性方程为s=12 346C+63(r2=0.999 6)。以信噪比(S/N)为3计算抑菌灵的定性检出限为0.005 mg/kg;以信噪比(S/N)为10计算抑菌灵的定量检出限为为0.05 mg/kg。精密度测定表明,该方法具有较好的准确度和精密度。[结论]建立了大豆中抑菌灵的毛细管柱气相色谱法。该方法简单快速,灵敏度高,可满足粮谷中抑菌灵含量的测定要求,可在实际中应用和推广。 相似文献

The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of different geometric sizes of wind tunnels on aerial boundary layers above the emission surface and therefore their effect on ammonia emission using CFD tool. Five wind tunnels of different sizes were used for the CFD simulation. Detail experimental measurements on air velocity and concentration profiles above the emission surface were realised using average inlet velocities of 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, and 0.4 m s−1 in two wind tunnels under isothermal condition. The TAN (Total Ammoniacal Nitrogen) and pH of ammonia aqueous solution were kept constant during the experiments. The boundary conditions necessary for the CFD study were obtained from the measured experimental data. The CFD model used for simulations was first validated using the data from the two wind tunnel experiments. For assessing the effects of wind tunnel size, the air velocity range of 0.1-0.6 m s−1 was used in CFD investigations. It was found that the velocity and concentration boundary layer thickness decreased with the increase of inlet air velocity where the concentration boundary was thinner than the corresponding velocity boundary layer. Wind tunnel sizes affected both velocity and concentration boundary layer thicknesses (P < 0.001). The velocity and concentration boundary layer was thicker in a wind tunnel with larger heights than in small height. The over estimation of ammonia emission of smaller wind tunnels were observed comparing to the largest wind tunnel or open field situation (P < 0.001). Non-linear regression equations were developed using four wind tunnels data for velocity boundary layer thickness (δu), concentration boundary layer thickness (δc), and ammonia mass transfer coefficient (kG) as a function of wind tunnel height (H) and average inlet velocity (um), which given clear quantitative indication of effects of H, and um on δu, δc, and kG, respectively. 相似文献

[Objective] This study aimed to explore the proteins related to pistillate flower development in different mulberry cultivars. [Method] The total proteins of the pistillate flowers of two mulberry cultivars Dal0 (Morus atropurpurea Roxb.) and SG01 (Morus muIticaulis Perr.) were extracted, separated and detected through two- dimensional electrophoresis (2-DE) and mass spectrometry. [Result] There was sig- nificant difference in the expression of proteins from the pistillate flowers of different mulberry cultivars. From the 2-DE images of Dal0 and SG01, 445_+17 and 425_+12 protein spots were respectively detected. The expression levels of 75 protein spots differed significantly. Thirteen spots those were expressed at high levels and well separated were analyzed by mass spectrometry, and nine of them were identified successfully. The nine proteins are involved in the glycometabolism, protein and amino acid metabolism and defense responses during the development of mulberry pistillate flower after they were pollinated. [Conclusion] The findings will provide reference for further study on the molecular mechanism of mulberry pistillate flower de- velopment. 相似文献
