针对现代工农业生产中实时采集环境数据的需求,提出了一种基于CC2530的ZigBee无线环境数据监测方案。构建了环境监测系统的总体结构,采用低功耗芯片CC2530设计了无线传感器监测节点和协调器节点,给出了节点软件系统设计流程图和监测工作站的上位机软件设计方案。测试结果表明,系统具有良好的人机交互操作界面,可以实时监测、查询被测点的环境数据。系统具有成本低、可拓展性强、安装方便等特点,有良好的应用前景。 相似文献

Identifying good investments in environmental management is complex as several prioritization strategies may be used and significant uncertainty often surrounds cost, benefits, and agency budgets. In this paper I developed a model for robust portfolio selection based on preference programming to support cost-effective environmental investment decisions under uncertainty and applied it to the South Australian Murray-Darling Basin. Benefits and costs of 46 investment alternatives (called targets) for managing natural capital and ecosystem services were quantified and the associated uncertainty estimated. Thirty-six investment portfolios were selected using mathematical programming under four investment prioritization strategies (cost-effectiveness (E-max), cost-effectiveness including a suite of pre-committed (or core) costs (E-max∗), cost-only (C-rank), and benefit-only (B-rank)), three decision rules (pessimistic, most likely, and optimistic), and three budget scenarios (minimum, most likely, maximum). Compared to the optimally performing investment strategy E-max, the E-max∗ and C-rank strategies only slightly reduced portfolio performance and altered portfolio composition. However, the B-rank strategy reduced performance by half and radically changed composition. Uncertainty in costs, benefits, and available budgets also strongly influenced portfolio performance and composition. I conclude that in this case study the consideration of uncertainty was at least as important as investment strategy in effective environmental decision-making. Targets whose selection was less sensitive to uncertainty were identified as more robust investments. The results have informed the allocation of AU$69 million in the study area and the techniques are readily adaptable to similar conservation and environmental investment decisions in other areas at a variety of scales. 相似文献

1982~1984年间,用与栽培黑麦杂交难易程度不同的五个普通小麦品种(系)和三个品种间杂种F_1作母本,以栽培黑麦作父本对照,研究了普通小麦与Secale ancestrale、S.dighoricum、S.segetale,S.anatolicum、S.dal-maticum、S.fragile、S.kuprijanovii和S.montanum的可杂交性。结果表明普通小麦与上述各黑整种的可杂交性同普通小麦与栽培黑麦的情况基本相似。对与栽培黑麦易于杂交和极难杂交的小麦品种,上述各黑麦种的反应是一致的;但对中间类型的品种和亲本一方为易杂交品种的品种间杂种F_1,S.ancestrale和S.fragile的杂交率则显著高于栽培黑麦和大多数其他黑麦种。 相似文献

用四川麻鸭母鸭与建昌鸭、北京鸭和狄高鸭公鸭杂交,纯种设平行的对照。在放牧为主、人工给饲为辅的条件下每隔10日龄测定鸭群至70日龄的体重,并于60和70日龄分别屠宰一半,进行屠体分析。建川、京川和狄川鸭60日龄体重分别为1458.0、1500.0和1436.0克,70日龄分别为1638.5、1792.5和1648.0克,均显著高于四川麻鸭(p<.05)建川和京川还具超双亲表现。自出壳至70日龄体重的杂种优势一般较高而显著。60日龄建川、京川和狄川鸭屠体重(分别为884.0、887.0和882.5克),胸肌重(分别为59.2、49.7和50.5克)和腿肌重(分别为142.4、140.2和136.6克)均超过各自的双亲,屠宰性状的杂种优势,建川和狄川70日龄比60日龄明显下降,而京川则有上升之势。建川鸭胸腿肌赖氨酸和蛋氨酸含量居参试品种和杂种之首,屠体脂肪含量以狄高鸭最高。试验还观察到三个优良肉用品种在放牧为主的条件下不能发挥其快速生长潜力。据此,在四川稻田养鸭条件下推广这三个杂种,可获较大的经济效益。 相似文献

To identify stable quantitative trait loci(QTLs) responsible for sheath blight resistance, a recombinant inbred line mapping population consisting of 219 lines was developed by crossing Lemont and Yangdao 4. Average disease rating, average lesion length, maximum disease rating and maximum lesion length were assayed in six different environments. A total of 128 minor effect QTLs were detected by multiple interval mapping. These QTLs explained less than 11.2% of the phenotypic variations individually, and 106 QTLs were clustered in 20 QTL-rich regions/putative loci. Significant QTL × environment interactions were detected at three putative loci(q SBR11.1, q SBR11.2 and q SBR11.3), indicating that these three loci were not stable. The other 17 stable loci(qSBR1.1, qS BR1.2, qS BR2.1, qS BR2.3, qS BR3.1, qS BR3.2, qS BR3.5, qS BR3.6, qS BR5.1, qS BR7.1, qSBR8.1, qS BR9.1, qS BR9.2, qSBR9.3, qSBR12.1, qS BR12.2 and qS BR12.4) provided a foundation for marker-assisted selection in breeding. 为探索不同植物生长调节剂种类及浓度对南方地区淮山药生产的影响效果,以"桂淮2号"淮山药为供试品种,研究矮壮素(CCC)与羟季铵·萘合剂(氯化胆碱CC+萘乙酸NAA)对南方地区淮山药产量及品质的影响。结果表明,喷施CCC2250mg·L^-1淮山药产量最高,达到33255.15kg·ha^-1,比对照及仅喷0.15%KH2PO4处理增产15.20%和13.22%;喷施CCC2250mg·L^-1有利于提高淮山药鲜薯的干物质含量,增加淮山药块茎干样的水溶性浸出物和醇溶性浸出物含量,促进了淮山药淀粉含量的提高,并同时能维持较高的蛋白质含量,而对可溶性总糖含量影响不显著,从而保证了其具有良好的食用品质和风味。 相似文献
