猪额窦的发育与其年龄的增长成正相关。湖北白猪Ⅲ系的额窦发育也遵循这一规律。它在胎儿期,额骨的鼻额部汉是一层柔软骨板,出生后形成骨松质,到15公斤体重时,骨松质开始形成小腔室,30公斤体重时,形成主窦和许多侧窦,以后主窦加大并向后伸展,侧窦逐渐融合与主窦相通,到90—120公斤体重阶段,主窦和侧窦合并向额骨后端伸展,到达两眼眶后缘的连线。随着年龄的增长还可扩大到顶骨。在这一进展的过程中,通城猪(早熟品种)额窦发育最快,长白猪的较慢,湖北白猪Ⅲ系则界于两者之间,这与它全身发育界于两者之间是一致的。说明额窦的发育与品种的成熟程度有密切关系。从这一点出发,也可看出湖出白猪Ⅲ系生长发育的成熟程度界于两者之间而偏早熟。它属于优良的瘦肉猪新品种之一。  相似文献

The genus Morbillivirus is classified into the family Paramyxoviridae, and is composed of 6 members, namely measles virus (MV), rinderpest virus (RPV), peste-des-petits-ruminants virus (PPRV), canine distemper virus (CDV), phocine distemper virus (PDV) and cetacean morbillivirus (CeMV). The MV, RPV, PPRV and CDV have been successfully attenuated through their serial passages in vitro for the production of live vaccines. It has been demonstrated that the morbilliviral virulence in animals was progressively attenuated with their consecutive passages in vitro. However, only a few reports were involved in explanation of an attenuation-related mechanism on them until many years after the establishment of a quasispecies theory. RNA virus quasispecies arise from rapid evolution of viruses with high mutation rate during genomic replication, and play an important role in gradual loss of viral virulence by serial passages. Here, we overviewed the development of live-attenuated vaccine strains against morbilliviruses by consecutive passages in vitro, and further discussed a related mechanism concerning the relationship between virulence attenuation and viral evolution.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to compare the prevalence of nasal septal deviation and variations of the paranasal sinuses in normal and diseased cats. Prevalence of nasal septal deviation was 86.7%, 68.4%, and 71.4% in cats with rhinitis, neoplasia, and normal cats, respectively, with no statistically significant difference (P = 0.244). There was a statistically significant difference (P = 0.01) in the magnitude of nasal septal deviation between cats with and cats without nasal disease, using a cutoff value of 1 mm for maximum distance of deviation from midline. There was a statistically significant difference (P = 0.019) between cats with rhinitis and neoplasia when comparing the presence of a mass (7.7% and 53.8%, respectively), but not when comparing for lysis of the septum. Deviation of the frontal sinus septum occurred in 27.7% of all cats, while the sphenoid septum was oblique and eccentric in 96.6% of all cats. The mean length of the frontal sinus was longer in male cats than female cats. The presence of nasal septal deviation alone cannot be used as a criterion to diagnose nasal disease, but cats with rhinitis or neoplasia have more marked deviation than normal cats. The presence of a mass and lysis of the septum were only seen in cats with nasal disease and a mass is more likely to be seen with neoplasia than rhinitis. Male cats have a longer frontal sinus than female cats. Almost all cats have an oblique, eccentric sphenoid septum.  相似文献

基于RNGk-ε紊流模型和雷诺时均N-S方程,运用CFD商用大型软件对箱涵式进出水流道立式轴流泵装置进行了三维流动仿真计算及水力特性的优化设计。通过先部分后整体的方法先独自对箱涵式进水流道进行优化计算,而后在整体泵装置上对箱涵式出水流道进行优化计算。进水流道的优化以出口断面流速均匀度和水力损失为目标函数,出水流道的优化则以泵装置效率和水力损失为目标函数。通过数值计算得出,优化后箱涵式进水流道的水力损失由7.52cm降低到3.49cm,进水流道出口流速均匀度由42.41%提高到89.11%,进水流道的悬空高度H和进水喇叭管与叶轮间的连接角度α对进水流道水力特性的影响显著,设计时应该重点考虑。箱涵式出水流道的水力损失由87.15cm降低到76.37cm,出水流道的设计应重点关注导流墩与出水喇叭管的半径差Δr和出水导流墩的半径R,合适的出水导流墩半径在0.75倍导叶出口直径左右。泵装置模型试验在叶片安放角-4°时,设计工况下泵装置效率达到75.0%,泵装置最高效率为75.67%,高效区运行范围较宽;对比数值计算和模型试验的结果可以发现误差最大处低于5%,整体性能曲线的趋势相对良好,说明数值模拟对于泵装置的优化是合理的,对于实际工程具有指导意义。  相似文献

In developing countermeasures to reduce the negative effects of strong dust events, the fundamental relationship between surface conditions and sand transport remains problematic. We conducted field observations and wind tunnel experiments to examine the effect on sand transport efficiency of actual frontal area when using flexible roughness elements (artificial grass) and rigid roughness elements (tufts of stiff wire). In the field observations, the sand trap ratio approached a limit as the frontal area of artificial grass, measured as the Actual Frontal Area Index (AFAI), approached 25%, equivalent to a vegetation cover of 20%. The wind tunnel experiments showed that the height of deposited sediment decreased downwind with both roughness elements, due to their reduction of both shear velocity and sand transport rates. The sediment flux decreased as the AFAI increased, and the rigid roughness element trapped more sand particles than the flexible one except at higher wind speeds and lower AFAI values. The sand trapping efficiency was greater for rigid roughness elements than for flexible ones, probably due to their high aerodynamic resistance, and thus wire tufts were more effective for trapping sand than artificial grass at higher AFAI values.  相似文献

Objective

To identify landmarks and to describe a technique for nerve blockade of the dorsal cranium in dogs.

Study design

Anatomic cadaveric study.

Animals

A total of 39 dog cadavers, weighing 18.0 ± 9.7 kg (mean ± standard deviation).

Methods

The study was performed in three parts. In the initial part, cadavers were dissected to determine the location of the frontal, zygomaticotemporal, and major occipital nerves, and to identify prominent landmarks for their blockade. In the second part, one technique was developed to block each of the frontal and zygomaticotemporal nerves, and two techniques, rostral and caudal, were developed to block the major occipital nerve. Injection solution was 0.05% methylene blue in 0.5% bupivacaine. In the third part, cadavers were used to test the techniques developed in the second part with 0.04 mL kg?1 of the same injectate administered at each site (maximal volume 0.5 mL per site). The length of nerve stained was measured, with a length ≥6 mm considered successful. Confidence intervals were calculated using Fisher’s exact test.

Results

Success rates (95% confidence interval) for the frontal, zygomaticotemporal, and rostral and caudal locations for the major occipital nerve were 94% (80–99%), 91% (76–98%), 74% (58–86%) and 77% (59–89%), respectively. With a combination of both locations, the success rate for the major occipital nerve was 100% (90–100%).

Conclusion and clinical relevance

This study describes a simple regional anaesthesia technique using palpable anatomical landmarks that may provide analgesia for dogs undergoing craniotomy.  相似文献
