Some Comments on Gerechte Designs

In a companion paper we derived the correct analysis for gerechte designs with uncorrected errors. Here we show that this correct analysis cannot be justified by the usual randomization argument. However, when the regions are rectangular there is a randomization procedure which validates an analysis with three separate error terms. We also outline other developments in design and analysis that may be more satisfactory.     

Effect of mate selection on fuzzy selective mating criteria in closed dairy multiple ovulation and embryo transfer nucleus programs

In order to control rates of response and inbreeding, mate selection using fuzzy selective mating criteria (FMC) was investigated in adult multiple ovulation and embryo transfer nucleus schemes for dairy cattle. Stochastic simulation was used to model the closed nucleus scheme. This mate selection was examined in four alternative mating and male selection schemes: (i) a hierarchical scheme; (ii) a hierarchical sibship scheme (two males per sibship); (iii) a factorial scheme (two sires per dam); and (iv) a factorial sibship scheme (two males per sibship and two sires per dam). Genetic response and inbreeding rate tended to be reduced by increasing the trade-off parameter of FMC between the expected breeding value and inbreeding of progeny. Inbreeding rates in all schemes were reduced by reducing the variance of family size through selection and the average coancestry of mating pairs through mate allocation.     

Analysis of a Long-term Experiment with Repeated-measurement Models

Long‐term experiments are a classical case of repeated measurements. Traits are measured on the same experimental unit over many years so that correlations arise between the observations made on the same plot in consecutive years. This paper describes the analysis of a three‐crop‐rotation long‐term experiment. We analysed the yields of the crops and the organic carbon content in the topsoil over 30 consecutive years. Several variance–covariance approaches are discussed and the trait‐specific best fit is interpreted. Mixed models are used to describe the structure of the experiment. Both yields and soil organic carbon show a more or less pronounced variance heterogeneity. Especially for yields, the heterogeneity of cycles and years is dominant. The consideration of correlations results in a better model fit in all cases.     

基于工作流的ERP系统重构的研究

分析了企业现有ERP系统运营存在的缺陷，提出了适合本企业的基于工作流的ERP系统重构的开发方案。     

MB22木聚糖酶发酵条件的研究

通过因素轮换试验和正交试验,对MB22菌产木聚糖酶的培养基配方和发酵条件进行了研究。结果显示最佳培养基组成是:以玉米芯粉和麸皮为碳源,麸皮120g/l,玉米芯280g/l,(NH4)2SO44g/l,CaCO31.5g/l,Tween80,2.0g/l,MgSO4·7H2O1.5g/l;最佳发酵条件为:起始pH5.0,摇床培养温度30℃,转速160r/min,振荡培养84h。在最佳发酵条件下,MB22菌的最高产酶活力可达898.23U/ml。虽然与一些高产菌株相比该菌株的产酶能力还有待于进一步提高,但该试验结果为进一步进行微生物生产木聚糖酶的研究提供了理论依据。     

两种氨酸对公牛精液冷冻效果研究

[目的]试验研究L—半胱氨酸、精氨酸对牛精液冷冻效果。[方法]基础液中分别添加不同浓度的L—半胱氨酸、精氨酸进行试验,再用L₉(3₄⁾正交表优化最佳配比,获得不同的稀释液配方,然后再进行对比试验,优选出使用效果最好的牛精液冷冻稀释液。[结果]牛精液冷冻稀释液添加0.125%、0.25%、0.375%的半胱氨酸;牛精液冷冻稀释液添加0.5%、0.75%精氨酸,牛冷冻精液解冻活力均得到提高。[结论] 结果表明,半胱氨酸、精氨酸可用于牛精液冷冻保存,能改善牛精液冷冻保存效果,对提高牛冷冻精液质量效果明显。

混凝土结构中经常遇到超长的问题,本文就混凝土结构超长的温度缝和沉降缝是否均可设后浇带解决的问题,阐述了自己的观点。     

南宁市冬种番茄引进品种比较试验

对9个番茄新品种的比较试验结果表明：综合性状最好的品种是万利达,其次是美国63和英雄2号。这三个品种表现为产量高、耐寒、抗病性强,果实美观坚硬、耐贮运,商品性好,具有很强的市场竞争力,适合在南宁地区推广种植。     

几种低残留杀虫剂防治小菜蛾药效试验

小菜蛾是舍山市十字花科蔬菜生产过程中的主要虫害,对十字花科蔬菜的产量及质量造成极大的影响。为筛选高效、低毒、低残留的化学农药进行综合防治,进行了本试验。     

基于知识工程的车内布置可视化系统

根据中国人体尺寸和人机工程学知识,建立了通用的三维参数化中国人体模型。综合汽车设计标准、设计知识和专家经验,采用面向对象的知识表达方法及基于规则的推理技术,开发了基于知识工程的汽车车身内部布置系统。实现了视野校核、脚踏板与手操纵件的设计、操纵空间与操纵力校核、安全带固定点位置范围确定等功能。
