福建鸳鸯猕猴自然保护区有维管束植物152科434属745种,分别占福建省科、属、种数的65.80%、34.53%、19.97%。该区系的表征科是蔷薇科、壳斗科、樟科、冬青科、茶科、木兰科、山矾科。属的地理成分主要是泛热带分布型(24.42%)、热带亚洲分布型(10.83%)、北温带分布型(14.52%)和东亚分布型(11.52%)。属的地理成分组成为:热带分布型的共226属,占总属数的57.51%;温带分布型的共167属,占总属数的42.49%。本区系与福建永春牛姆林区系十分相近,与福建南平矇瞳洋区系的联系密切,本区系属华南区系的一部分。 相似文献

丰林自然保护区有维管束植物89科299属597种(含种下单位),其中:种子植物76科275属560种,分别占黑龙江省种子植物科、属、种数的73.79%、45.30%和34.15%,占小兴安岭种子植物科、属、种数的77.55%、67.07%和55.94%;本区有珍稀濒危植物8种,分别占黑龙江省和小兴安岭珍稀濒危植物种数的57.14%和80.00%,是黑龙江省和小兴安岭珍稀濒危植物集中分布区之一,为小兴安岭植物区系的典型代表区域。在种子植物中,仅分布有1属的科有41科,其中只有1种的科为24科,仅含1种的属多达164属。科的分布区类型有6个,主要为世界广布(48.68%)、北温带分布(25.00%)和泛热带分布(21.05%);属的分布区类型有11个,温带性质的属占优势,有209属,占76.00%;种的分布区类型有16个,除世界分布和中国特有种外,温带性质的种415种,占该区总种数的74.11%,亚寒带 寒带性质的种92种,占该区总种数的16.43%,热带性质的种34种,占该区总种数的6.07%。区系基本特征为:植物种类相对丰富,地理成分较复杂,具有“科多、属多、种少”的特点,反映出区系的相对古老性和保守性;有较多的寡种属和单种属,反映出植物物种多样性的丰富性和复杂性;以北温带植物区系成分为主,并混有亚热带、热带及亚寒带、寒带植物区系成分,形成南、北混合型。本文对丰林自然保护区种子植物区系的分析,可为该区种子植物的保护和利用及保护区的科学管理提供科学依据。 相似文献

Background: WA-25 (dihydroaustrasulfone alcohol, a synthetic derivative of marine compound WE-2) suppresses atherosclerosis in rats by reducing neointima formation. Because angiogenesis plays a critical role in the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis, the present study investigated the angiogenic function and mechanism of WA-25. Methods: The angiogenic effect of WA-25 was evaluated using a rat aortic ring assay and transgenic zebrafish models were established using transgenic Tg(fli-1:EGFP)y1 and Tg(kdrl:mCherryci5-fli1a:negfpy7) zebrafish embryos. In addition, the effect of WA-25 on distinct angiogenic processes, including matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) expression, endothelial cell proliferation and migration, as well as tube formation, was studied using human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs). The effect of WA-25 on the endothelial vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) signaling pathway was elucidated using qRT-PCR, immunoblot analysis, immunofluorescence and flow cytometric analyses. Results: The application of WA-25 perturbed the development of intersegmental vessels in transgenic zebrafish. Moreover, WA-25 potently suppressed microvessel sprouting in organotypic rat aortic rings. Among cultured endothelial cells, WA-25 significantly and dose-dependently inhibited MMP-2/MMP-9 expression, proliferation, migration and tube formation in HUVECs. Mechanistic studies revealed that WA-25 significantly reduced the VEGF release by reducing VEGF expression at the mRNA and protein levels. In addition, WA-25 reduced surface VEGF receptor 2 (VEGFR2/Flk-1) expression by repressing the VEGFR2 mRNA level. Finally, an exogenous VEGF supply partially rescued the WA-25-induced angiogenesis blockage in vitro and in vivo. Summary An extracellular protein-lipopolysaccaride antigen (PLP) was purified from culture fluids ofVerticillium dahliae. Antiserum produced in rabbits to the PLP detected the antigen in homogenates of tubers, stems and leaves ofV. dahliae-infected potato plants but not in extracts of healthy potato tissue or extracts of potato plants infected by other fungal
pathogens. The antigen was not detectable in extracts of potato isolates ofV. tricorpus, V. nigrescens andV. nubilum or various other fungi. The antigen was shown to be different from cross-reactive antigens detected by antisera to mycelial
antigens. When used as a tool for specific diagnosis ofV. dahliae infection in potato, antiserum to PLP was more reliable than that prepared against fungal body antigens.

经过对西沙永乐群岛8个岛礁的植物资源进行调查,共记录高等植物158种,涉及53科132属,野生植物90种,栽培植物68种。各岛礁植物种类差异较大,晋卿岛124种、甘泉岛56种、石屿1种、羚羊礁24种、广金岛29种、鸭公岛12种、银屿39种、全富岛0种,在调查范围内较为常见的植物有34种,其中24种为野生植物,10种为栽培植物,野生植物明显多于栽培植物,占70.59%。本次调查摸清了这8个岛礁的植物本底和分布特征,为岛礁植物保育、引种、开发利用打下良好基础。 相似文献

Plasma volumes in male tilapia (Oreochromis mossambicus) of different size were estimated following intracardial injection of radioiodinated human serum albumin (125I-HSA), coupled with short-term, early sampling transient response analysis of 1251-HSA disappearance from the plasma pool.
This approach circumvents vascular marker leakage problems associated with constant steady state indicator dilution methods,
minimizes some sampling and mixing problems, and simplifies analysis of the data. Changes in hematological parameters due
to experimental stress were also studied, because the fish were not chronically cannulated. Results were used in a novel way
to correct estimates of plasma volume upward by 15%, thereby providing a potentially useful alternative approach to vascular
volume measurement in species where stress-eliminating or reducing techniques, e.g., cannulation, are impractical or infeasible. Hematrocrits increased 38% at the onset, from 24.9% to 34.4%, and remained essentially
constant during the 60 minute kinetic study, and plasma osmolalities increased 7%. Corrected plasma volumes Vp (ml) were a linear function of body weight (BW). The group mean Vp was 2.93% of BW and corresponding blood volumes were 3.9% of BW. 相似文献
