生物技术专业应用型本科人才培养体系的完善

结合应用型人才的培养目标与生物技术专业的特点,从培养大学生实践能力和创新能力的方法及如何增强适应社会的能力等方面进行了探讨,完善生物技术专业人才培养体系,使生物技术专业的人才培养向应用型转变,从而更好的适应市场和社会的需求。

通过对海原县农机化教育培训工作调查，提出了海原县农机化教育培训工作存在的问题及发展对策。     

Preliminary Studies on the Concentration of Na+,K+-ATPase in Skeletal Muscle of Draught Cattle in Mozambique: Effect of Sex,Age and Training

The effect of training on the potential for work in draught cattle was assessed by measuring the Na⁺,K⁺-ATPase in the muscle cell membrane and the elevation in the concentration of K⁺ in plasma during exercise. Biopsies of the semitendinosus muscle and venous blood samples were taken from the cattle used for draught work in Mozambique. No differences were found in the plasma ion or Na⁺,K⁺-ATPase concentrations in samples taken from Nguni, Africander and Angoni breeds. There were no significant differences in plasma ions (Na⁺, K⁺ and Cl^–) or muscle Na⁺,K⁺-ATPase concentrations between the Angoni males and females, although the males showed an increase in Na⁺,K⁺-ATPase with age, while the females showed a decrease. The increase in males might be attributed to their higher level of activity in the herds than that of females. After a training period of 15 days, a significant increase in Na⁺,K⁺-ATPase concentration in semitendinosus muscle was found in Angoni cattle. In females, this was significant after 8 days of training (about 30%); in males after 15 days of training (about 16%). On day 15, there was a reduction in the elevation of plasma K⁺ during the 2 h of draught work, indicating an increased capacity of the Na⁺,K⁺ pumps to maintain the extracellular K⁺ concentration in working muscles and a possible delay in the moment of fatigue.

在分析工业工程专业特点的基础上，针对工业工程专业工程硕士的特点，提出了新时期对工业工程领域工程硕士研究生培养质量的要求和挑战。结合重庆大学在该方面的人才培养经验。探索在新时期适合工业工程领域工程硕士的人才培养模式。     

密植桃园的主干形修剪栽培试验

连续五年密植桃园的主干形修剪试验表明：主干形修剪技术用于密植栽培桃树早结果早丰产效果显著。‘春花’成苗定植后第二年产量达1300kg·666．7m-2,第三年为1500kg·666．7m-2,第四年为2250kg·666,7m-2,第五年为1750kg·666．7m-2;‘湖景蜜露’定植后第二年和第三年产量为1021kg·666．7m-2和1019kg·666．7m-2;‘锦绣’定植后第二年产量为120km·666．7m-2,第三年为1204km·666．7m-2,第四年为1876km·666．7m-2;‘沪463’定植后第三年产量为47．5kg·666．7m-2,第四年为2125kg·666．7m-2。主干形修剪夏季摘心可促进早期副梢的萌发,利用副梢坐果,均衡树势。主干形修剪对桃果实的品质有一定的影响,使果实相对变小,单果重减轻,要注意疏花疏果,加强肥水管理。     

Plasma aspartate aminotransferase and creatine kinaseactivities in thoroughbred racehorses in relation to age, sex, exercise and training

In order to investigate the effect of age, sex and month on the response of plasma aspartate aminotransferase(AST) and creatine kinase (CK) to exercise, blood samples were collected once a month between March and September from a group of 40 2- and 3-year-old (2yo and 3yo) thoroughbred racehorses (kept under the same managemental regimen) at rest before exercise (PRE) and at 2 (2H) and 24h (24H) post-exercise. The absolute change in activities between the 2H and PRE samples (2HΔ) and the 24H and PRE samples (24HΔ) was also calculated. Age had a significant effect on all measured and calculated parameters for colts (C), apart from 24HΔ CK but showed no effect in the fillies (F). Sex only had a significant effect in the 3yo in the 2HΔ CK. In the 2yo, significant effects of sex were found for both CK and AST in the PRE, 2H and 24H samples. The effect of month varied according to the classification group with only the 2yoC not showing any significant effect on any parameter. Fillies were, in general, more likely than colts to show greater than a twofold increase in CK activity at 2H post-exercise and the number of animals showing such an increase decreased as the season progressed. Very little change in AST activities occurred with exercise.

阐述了小场地足球对抗赛的特点和作用,对小场地足球对抗赛在足球训练(技术训练和战术训练)中的应用进行了研究,并对训练过程中应注意的问题进行分析。说明小场地足球对抗赛作为一种训练手段,应该被合理地应用到教学训练中去,因为这既是提高技战术水平和发展足球意识的需要,也是基本和重要的教学训练内容。     

农机推广培训工作中存在的问题及解决措施

农机推广培训是农机工作的重要环节,但目前依然存在农机购置补贴政策实施滞后、农机产品供货不及时、农机购置补贴范围不宽、农机培训内容单一以及部分农机具定价偏高、适用性不强等问题,为此,提出牢固树立为农民服务的意识、合理分配农机化投入资金、建设高素质农机科技队伍、简化办事程序等工作措施,以促进农机推广培训工作的有效开展。
