通过表征受碱性过氧化氢降解的木质素磺酸盐,探索高效低耗的木质素降解条件。木质素磺酸盐与含有H2O2的0.5、1.0、2.0 mol/L的NaOH溶液分别在90、170℃下反应2 h。结果表明:碱性过氧化氢处理后木质素磺酸盐的Mw(重均相对分子质量)和Mn(数均相对分子质量)降低,而在170℃,1 mol/L NaOH溶液条件下获得最大程度的降解。木质素磺酸盐的相对分子质量在降解后分布相对集中,这表明木质素磺酸盐可直接用于开发木质素基材料而无需进一步分离。用碱性过氧化氢降解后,甲氧基摩尔分数降低。在170℃、2 mol/L NaOH溶液条件下4步加入过氧化氢,降解得到的木质素甲氧基摩尔分数下降57.4%。碱性硝基苯氧化的结果也表明在170℃下用2 mol/L NaOH溶液和4步添加H2O2处理后会得到最低的香草醛和香草酸产率,表明该条件下非浓缩的木质素结构被有效破坏。FTIR结果显示木质素的芳香结构消失。木质素磺酸盐利用碱性过氧化物降解,最佳条件是在2 mol/L NaOH溶液和170℃条件下,分4步添加H2O2。 相似文献

Oligochitosan was applied by spraying it on tobacco leaves for inhibition of tobacco mosaic virus (TMV). The maximum inhibition of TMV by oligochitosan was observed when inoculation occurred at 24 h after spraying 50 μg ml−1 oligochitosan. The production of H2O2 and NO in epidermal tobacco cells induced by oligochitosan was investigated by epidermal strip bioassay and LSCM, using cell permeable fluorophore diaminofluorescein diacetate (DAF-2D) and 2′,7′-dichlorofluorescin diacetate (H2DCF-DA), respectively. Epidermal tobacco cells treated with oligochitosan resulted in a strong increase of intracellular NO and H2O2. Oligochitosan and NO donor sodium nitroprusside (SNP) induced the defense reaction against tobacco mosaic virus (TMV), and increased phenylalanine ammonia-lyase (PAL) activity. Co-treatment of the tobacco cells with oligochitosan and NO scavenger CPTIO blocked the inducing resistance. AIM:To study the effect of VEGF on extracellular H2O2 production in HUVECs and the role of H2O2 in the VEGF-induced proliferation. METHODS:HUVECs was stimulated with 500 μg/L VEGF. Products of extracellular H2O2 was detected by H2DCFDA staining. MTT method was used to value the influences of 3×106 U/L catalase and 5-20 mmol/L H2O2 to VEGF function. RESULTS:After treatment for 15 min with VEGF, HUVECs appeared fluorescence, and continued to become stronger, peaked at 45 min then decreased. HUVECs, which was treated simultaneity with VEGF and 3×106 U/L catalase, only appeared very faint fluorescence. The proliferation of HUVECs by VEGF was restrained when treated with 3×106 U/L catalase. The extrinsic H2O2 at concentration of 5-10 mmol/L promoted the proliferation of HUVECs but inhibited the proliferation effect of VEGF on HUVECs (P<0.01). CONCLUSION:These findings indicate that VEGF induces HUVECs to produce extracellular H2O2 and plays role in proliferation, but extrinsic H2O2 restrains VEGF function. 相似文献

本文以TBA光度法分析了不同贮藏条件下鸡蛋脂类的过氧化作用,并分析了温度、氧对过氧化作用的影响。结果表明,在贮藏条件下,鸡蛋蛋黄中伴有明显的脂类过氧化过程。脂类过氧化物(LPO)的水平随贮藏时间的延长而不断增加(P<0.01),但蛋清中的LPO在贮藏过程中没有明显的变化。低温和缺氧可明显抑制鸡蛋脂类的过氧化作用(P<0.01)。 相似文献

A method to estimate the content of -carbonyl structures in lignin was developed. This method consists of two successive treatments: NaBD4 treatment of pulp to reduce an -carbonyl structure in lignin, and nitrobenzene oxidation. NaBD4 was used to convert an -carbonyl structure to a deuterium-labeled hydroxymethine structure. The ratio of D-vanillin [(HO)(H3CO)C6H3CDO] to H-vanillin [(HO)(H3CO)C6H3CHO] or that of their syringyl analogues obtained by nitrobenzene oxidation was used as the measure of the content of -carbonyl structure. Model experiments demonstrated that when sodium hydroxide was used as alkali for the nitrobenzene oxidation, the retention of deuterium at the side chain -position was very low due to the displacement of deuterium with hydrogen by an unknown reaction mechanism. In order to depress this unexpected displacement, the reaction conditions of the nitrobenzene oxidation were modified. The modified nitrobenzene oxidation employs 0.5mol/l of lithium hydroxide as a reaction medium instead of 2.0mol/l sodium hydroxide. 【目的】探究草甘膦与H2O2复合污染条件下草甘膦对福寿螺Pomacea canaliculata的急性毒性效应。【方法】采用静水式生物测试法,采集田间生长均匀一致的成年福寿螺,使其暴露于不同浓度草甘膦和近似广州地区降水H2O2浓度(50μmol·L-1)的水体中。研究氧化沉降条件下草甘膦对福寿螺生境的水质部分指标和急性毒性效应的影响。【结果】水体水质指标中,氧化还原电位(Oxidation-reduction potential,ORP)随暴露时间增加而上升,由330 mV上升至540 mV左右;pH随暴露时间增加,不同处理有上升也有下降的趋势,最终都维持在7.0~8.5;溶解氧(Dissolved oxygen,DO)在8.5~16.0 mg·L-1之间,无固定变化规律;这3个指标都维持在福寿螺生长能适应的范围内。急性毒性试验表明,草甘膦对福寿螺为低毒,在有或无H2O2添加时其48 h的半致死浓度(LC 相似文献
