浅谈引种植物在拉萨市绿化中的应用

合理引进和应用多样化的植物,有利于丰富城市生物多样性,提高城市人与自然的和谐发展。     

Reactions of goldfish (Carassius auratus) to three suture patterns following full thickness skin incisions

Three different suture patterns (simple interrupted, interrupted horizontal mattress, subcuticular) were placed in a full thickness incision (skin and body wall) of 18 goldfish (Carassius auratus). After 14 days all fish were euthanized using benzocaine solution. The tissue reactions were evaluated by gross visual inspection and histopathological examination. The superficial inflammatory reactions were graded on a scale from 0 (no inflammation) to 3 (severe inflammation). The inflammatory response in histological examination was graded on a scale from 0 (no inflammatory response or normal skin tissue) to 5 (severe inflammatory response and necrosis). The interrupted horizontal mattress induced a moderately severe to severe inflammatory response and necrosis (grades 4–5) but the subcuticular suture induced a very mild to mild inflammatory response (grades 0–1). The simple interrupted suture induced a moderate to moderately severe inflammatory response (grades 2–4). In conclusion, results showed that a subcuticular suture is the most appropriate to use in the closure of a full thickness body wall incision.     

Effects of Mixed Caulis Lonicerae japonicae Extracts on Fracture Healing and Anti-inflammation

This experiment was aimed to study the effects of mixed Caulis Lonicerae japonicae extracts on fracture healing and inflammation. Rabbit right radius fracture model was induced by dental drill in order to study the medicine's effect on fracture healing. Moreover,the contents of Ca,P and alkaline phosphatase in serum were measured to explore the influences of mixed Caulis Lonicerae japonicae extracts on serum biochemical indexes of fractured rabbits.RAW264.7 cell was induced by LPS in order to research the effect of medicine on inflammation. The concentrations of TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6 and NO were measured by ELISA. The results showed that the rabbit fracture model was successfully prepared by dental drill, and the extracts of Caulis Lonicerae japonicae could increase the levels of Ca and alkaline phosphatase and reduce the P content in the serum of fractured rabbits. The TNF-α,IL-1β and NO levels in RAW264.7 cell induced by LPS were significantly inhibited by the extracts with concentrations ranging from 50 to 200 μg/mL (P<0.05). However, the extracts had no significant effect on the level of IL-6 (P>0.05). These results demonstrated that the extracts of mixed Caulis Lonicerae japonicae could promote the fracture healing and possessed good resistance inflammation effect.     

Influence of the fixation with auto-control micro-movement intramedullary interlocking nail mode on fracture healing in goats

AIM: To investigate the effect of auto-control micro-movement locking nail (AMLN) on experimental fracture healing. METHODS: 32 goats with a transverse osteotomy of the femoral shafts (16 matched pairs) were fixed intramedullary with AMLN and Gross-Kempf (GK), respectively. The follow-up time was 7, 14, 28 and 56 days, histological and biochemical analysis were done. RESULTS: (1) Histological observation and quantitative analysis of calluses revealed that AMLN promoted the growth of bridge calluses and periosteum calluses. In that way the facture healing and remodeling process came along ahead of time that was much better than traditional GK nail fixation. The significant difference between them was observed (P<0.05). (2) The content of the total collagen, insoluble collagen, calcium and phosphate in the AMLN fixed group were higher than those in the GK nail fixed group (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The design of AMLN accords well with the plastic fixation theory. The generation and conduct of the intermittent physical stress between the fractural parts could resolve the balance problem between stress conduct and stress protection. The fracture end could heal and remodeling at the same time which speed up the fractural healing process.

Bioavailability of ascorbyl phosphate calcium in hybrid catfish,Clarias macrocephalus (Gunther) × Clarias gariepinus (Burchell) feed

A 10-week feeding experiment was performed in hybrid catfish (Clarias macrocephalus (Gunther) × C. gariepinus (Burchell, 1822) with initial average weight of 1.17 g, in glass aquaria of 200-L capacity. The experiment comprised seven treatments with three replicates each. Ascorbyl phosphate calcium (APCa) was included at 30, 75, 150, 300 and 1000 mg kg⁻¹ feed and compared with one with ascorbyl polyphosphate (APP) at 36 mg kg⁻¹ feed and one without vitamin C supplementation. Fish fed APCa-supplemented feed showed better growth, feed conversion ratio, survival rate and protein utilization compared with those without such supplementation. Ascorbate concentrations in liver and head kidneys were correlated closely with dietary APCa levels. Vertebral collagen and hydroxyproline contents were significantly lower in the fish group without ascorbate supplementation. Red blood cell and white blood cell counts showed no correlation with vitamin C supplementation. Serum protein level was lowest in the group fed feed without vitamin C supplementation and this was lower than those fed feed with APCa and APP supplementation. The fish fed APCa- and APP-supplemented feed showed no difference in serum protein levels. External scorbutic symptoms and histopathological changes of gill tissue were noted in fish fed feed without APCa supplementation. The study indicates that 12.6 mg kg⁻¹ of ascorbic acid molar equivalent supplied as APCa (30 mg kg⁻¹) provided maximum growth and no gross signs as well as histological changes resulting from vitamin C deficiency.

现代农业景观中雨水花园技术的运用——以武汉市木兰古镇农业生态观光区蔬果园规划设计为例

本文从现代农业景观特点与雨水花园技术入手,探讨两者在景观设计上结合的现实意义及设计原则,基于武汉木兰石门旅游区生态观光区规划设计,将雨水花园技术引入农业景观规划设计中。现代农业景观中雨水花园技术的运用将对生态环境的保护、农产品的产出销售、农业观光产业的拓展等方面产生积极的作用,是武汉两型社会建设中将农村旅游经济带入科学而高速的发展轨道的一次有益探索。
