This paper investigates the potential of utilising wood biomass from fruit tree branches and evergreen hardwood shrubs as raw materials in the production of particleboards when mixed with Greek fir wood particles. The main mechanical properties of the boards made therefrom were determined and compared with those made of typical industrial wood (IW) particles. The highest modulus of rupture and elasticity (30.0 N/mm2 and 4330 N/mm2, respectively) in bending and screw withdrawal (SW) resistance (127.8 N/mm) were reported for boards made of Greek fir and were downgraded when the fruit tree branches or evergreen hardwood shrub particles also participated. The participation of fruit tree branch particles in proportions higher than 50% improved the internal bond (IB) of fir produced boards, while the highest IB strength (0.95 N/mm2) was reported for boards made of fruit tree branches. Particleboards made of evergreen hardwood shrubs showed inferior mechanical properties compared with those made of IW particles. The latter also showed superior bending strength but inferior SW resistance compared with boards made of fruit tree branches. Abstract The effects of washing on the chemical composition, gel-forming ability and color of Monterey sardine mince were investigated. Recoveries were 41.5, 46.3 and 52.1% for solids and 49.9, 52.7 and 59.9% for protein using washing ratios of 1:20, 1:15 and 1:10, respectively. No differences were detected among the washing treatments except for gel cohesiveness as measured by texture profile analysis. Large variations in muscle composition were observed at different months of harvesting which could preclude the effect of washing on the characteristics of the mince. Results showed that washed mince possesses an excellent gel-forming ability, suggesting that sardine could be used for surimi processing. 相似文献

以少毛变叶葡萄191(LDP-191)、LN33、巨峰为砧木,藤稔为接穗,利用CI-310便携式光合测定仪对在自然条件下藤稔葡萄3种嫁接苗和自根苗的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、光合有效辐射和胞间CO2浓度进行了测定。结果表明:3种嫁接苗与自根苗在晴天的净光合速率的日变化均呈双峰曲线,且3种嫁接组合的净光合速率明显比自根苗的净光合速率高;藤稔自根苗的日均气孔导度明显高于藤稔/LDP-191、藤稔/LN33;不同砧木嫁接的藤稔葡萄光合特性有明显差异,而LDP-191砧木与自根苗相比除净光合速率外其他光合指标均有显著性差异,说明LDP-191砧木对藤稔葡萄是较好的砧木。 相似文献

Under semi-arid Mediterranean conditions, limited moisture is the main constraint to rainfed cropping with wheat (Triticum aestivum), barley (Hordeum vulgare), and food and forage legumes. With increasing land-use pressure, moisture-conserving fallowing is being replaced by continuous cropping, which is considered an unsustainable practice. Thus, a long-term trial with durum wheat (T. turgidum var. durum) was established in 1983 at Tel Hadya, Aleppo, Syria (mean annual rainfall 330 mm) to assess alternative rotation options to fallow and continuous cropping. Nitrogen (N) and grazing/residue management were secondary factors. Soil aggregation, infiltration, hydraulic conductivity, and total soil organic matter and component fractions (fulvic and humic acids and polysaccharides) were determined at the end of 12 years. Some rotations, e.g., medic (Medicago sativa) and vetch (Vicia faba), significantly increased soil organic matter (12.5–13.8 g kg−1 versus 10.9–11 g kg−1 for continuous wheat and wheat/fallow). All measurements, or indices, indicated parallel trends with increasing organic matter, e.g., coefficients of macro-structure, micro-aggregation, and water-stable aggregates, and decreasing dispersion. Similarly, legume rotations had higher infiltration rates (16.2–21.8 cm h−1 versus 13.9–14.4 cm h−1 with continuous wheat and wheat/fallow) and hydraulic conductivity rates (8.7–12.4 cm h−1 versus 6.2–7.4 cm h−1 with continuous wheat and wheat/fallow). We conclude that cereal/legume rotations, in addition to being biologically and economically attractive, also enhance soil quality and thus promote soil use sustainability in fragile semi-arid areas as in the Mediterranean zone. 相似文献

[目的]为了研究苜蓿食用叶蛋白的提取及其在曲奇中的应用。[方法]以压块苜蓿为原料,采用酸度法和离心法相结合提取苜蓿食用叶蛋白质。[结果]随着苜蓿蛋白添加比例的增加,面粉的吸水率增加,面团的形成时间、稳定时间缩短,弱化度增加,评价值降低,面团的最大拉伸阻力、拉伸能量减少,拉伸长度先增加后减小。随着苜蓿蛋白添加量的增加,曲奇面团的弹性降低,曲奇的黏着性、硬度、弹性、胶着性、咀嚼度、回复性减小,而它的酥脆性增大。添加2%的苜蓿蛋白的曲奇评价值最高。[结论]苜蓿蛋白对曲奇而言,是良好的营养强化剂和面团改良剂(弱筋剂),添加的最佳比例是2%。 相似文献

为调节茶园土壤理化性状,提高茶叶产量和品质,通过近3a的田间小区试验,在氮磷钾肥平衡施用基础上,研究添施腐植酸类土壤调理剂(腐植酸和风化煤)对茶园土壤理化性状及茶叶产量、品质的影响,结果表明:添施腐植酸类土壤调理剂可降低土壤容重7.22%~15.44%,提高土壤孔隙度8.24%~18.62%,pH 2.97%~18.61%、有机质8.86%~27.22%、全氮9.80%~45.10%、全磷6.12%~40.82%、全钾4.52%~40.16%、碱解氮8.81%~45.75%、速效磷0.62%~67.55%和速效钾5.56%~36.09%;并增加茶青产量3.19%~14.24%,提高茶叶的茶多酚5.21%~10.73%。其中,以化肥+腐植酸+风化煤处理对提高茶叶产量、茶多酚以及土壤碱解氮含量的效果最佳;以化肥+腐植酸处理对降低土壤容重、增加土壤孔隙度、提高土壤的有机质、全氮、全磷、全钾、有效磷和速效钾含量的效果最佳;而化肥+风化煤处理对提高土壤pH 值的效果最佳。 相似文献

为明确西洋参加工副产物粉体的适宜加工方式,扩大西洋参加工副产物粉体在食品与保健品加工中的应用范围,丰富西洋参产品种类,分别采用蒸汽爆破、超微粉碎两种物理加工方式处理西洋参加工副产物粉体,评价其物理指标和营养指标,以期为生产西洋参片剂、粉剂、胶囊剂等产品提供一定的理论参考。结果表明:超微西洋参粉体与对照和汽爆相比色泽保持效果好,休止角小,比表面积大,可满足加工成片剂和胶囊剂的需求,也适宜作为功能性食品原料吸附或包裹于食品表面;其膨胀力大,持油力强,有利于吸附肠道中的脂类,适合加工为固体饮料。汽爆西洋参粉体滑动角小,堆积密度大,吸湿率小,更利于压片成型以及产品的短期保存;同时,汽爆西洋参粉体粗多糖含量大幅度增加,是对照粗多糖的4.107倍,更适合加工成功能性固体饮料。 相似文献

以内蒙古巴林右旗退化典型草原为研究对象,采用空间序列代替时间序列的方法,探讨围封条件下,退化典型草原自然恢复过程中土壤物理性质及养分的动态变化。结果表明:围封对典型草原土壤含水量产生深刻影响,土壤水分含量呈增加趋势,增加最明显的是土壤表层0~5 cm;典型草原群落自然恢复过程中,土壤有机质、全氮、速效氮、速效钾增加极显著(P<0.01),全磷和速效磷增加较为显著(0.01<P<0.05),同时,土壤养分有明显的表聚现象;典型草原群落去除放牧践踏的干扰后,土壤物理性状得以改善,恢复6年和10年的0~5 cm土层土壤容重分别为1.27和1.25 g/cm3,显著低于恢复初期的土壤容重(P<0.05)。 相似文献
