Experiment for Condensing Heat Transfer Performance in a New Type of Horizontal Three Dimensional Inner Microfin Tubes

A new type of three dimenstional inner microfin tube is devoloped. Under four different pressures and in the range of condensing mass velocities from 33 to 153 kg/m2 . s,and by the experimental study of the three kinds of tubes with different microfin parameters, the performances of the condensation heat transfer for R11 in the horizontal microfin tubes and obtained. The experiments show that the inner microfin tube is a hopeful and nighty effective condensing heat transfer enhancement tube.     

Study on Mechanism of the Reinforcing Effect of Geogrid in Soil Dam

An experimental study on consolidation and drainage of two gravels with different grading was carried out using high - pressure large - scale tri - axial testing facility. A concept of equivalent surrounding pressure is introduced. An analysis was carried out on the effect and mechanism of reinforcement, experimental surrounding pressure and soil properties. Results show that the reinforcement can improve the strength and failure strain of the material and delay the failure of the soil. The effect of reinforcement of soil - gravel depends on the surrounding pressure and weathering of the gravel.     

一种快速判别梨果梗的方法

果梗完好与否是梨品质检测的指标之一,因而对果梗情况进行准确判别具有重要意义。为此,通过计算机视觉系统摄取梨的图像,利用图像处理技术提出了一种能快速判别梨果梗有无的算法。该算法的识别正确率达90%,识别速度大约在20～30ms,实现了对梨果梗进行高速检测的目标。     

摆动式花生收获机整体载荷的试验与分析

从理论上建立了摆动式花生收获机的空间力系模型.在此基础上,围绕摆动式花生收获机的主要试验参数-传动速比、偏心距、栅条长度与前进速度的改变进行了摆动式花生收获机整体载荷的试验.试验证明:花生收获机在工作时所受载荷平衡,通过二次回归旋转组合试验测定整体载荷随4因素的变化规律是显著的,结合花生收获机的实际工作条件分析了回归方程的适用范围.本试验为摆动式花生收获机在功率消耗、力的平衡等方面的进一步改进提供了依据.     

错开双圆盘开沟器用于玉米根茬地的试验研究

针对在玉米根茬较大,田地免耕直播时锐角式开沟器易出现挂茬、堵塞等问题,提出了采用错开双圆盘开沟器的方案。该开沟器可一次完成切断秸秆、劈开根茬、开沟施肥、播种的功能,用两圆盘实现传统上用1个圆盘切断秸秆、劈开根茬和2个圆盘开沟的3个圆盘的作用,从而简化播种机结构。通过设计样机,初步试验表明,其切断秸秆能力、入土能力等和机器质量密切相关,当整机配重增加到350kg时,播种机效果良好。     

玉米免耕破茬室内试验装置的研究设计

通过对国内外玉米免耕播种机破茬防堵部件的对比研究,确定采用滚动式破茬犁刀研制出本试验装置,并进行了室内土槽中的实验。该装置测量准确、方便,为研制出适合我国北方垄作玉米免耕破茬防堵部件提供了技术数据。     

地下滴灌灌水器出口正压试验研究

通过试验 ,研究了灌水器类型、流量、工作压力和土壤初始含水量对地下滴灌灌水器出口正压的影响规律。结果表明 :灌水器埋入土壤后 ,其出流由于受土壤等因素的限制 ,在灌水器出口处产生了一定的正压 ,该正压随着灌水历时的延长而增大。影响地埋灌水器出口正压的主要因素是灌水器的额定流量和土壤初始含水量
