人工针叶用材林生态系统涵养水源功能的研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
从树冠截留降雨、枯落物持水及土壤蓄水三个方面对辽东山区人工针叶用材林生态系统的涵养水源功能进行了定量研究。结果表明:各人工针叶用材林生态系统树冠的截流率为18.3%~28.5%;枯落物贮量为10.1~19.4 t.hm-2,枯落物最大持水量取决于枯落物贮量及其最大持水率,最大持水率为自身干重的1.5~2.5倍;0~40 cm土层的土壤蓄水量为840~1520 t.hm-2。综合分析表明:6种人工针叶用材林的涵养水源功能主要决定于土壤蓄水量,树冠截留雨水和枯落物持水起辅助和调节作用,其中,长白落叶松林的涵养水源功能最强,其次是华山松林、日本落叶松林、红松林、油松林,而云杉林的涵养水源功能相对最弱。 相似文献

为明确浑河上游典型水源涵养林的降雨再分配过程,以浑河上游地区5种典型水源涵养林(红松人工林、落叶松人工林、红松混交林、落叶松混交林、阔叶混交林)为研究对象,应用自记式观测记录仪,分析不同林型林冠层对降水再分配过程(穿透雨、树干茎流、林冠截留)的影响。结果表明:各林型穿透雨量(率)、树干茎流量(率)、林冠截留量均随林外降雨量增加而增大;穿透雨量、树干茎流量、林冠截留量均与林外降雨量呈显著的线性正相关;各林型穿透雨率、树干茎流率与林外降雨量呈显著的对数函数关系;红松混交林、落叶松混交林的树干茎流率(32.12%,15.44%)均高于阔叶混交林与红松、落叶松人工林,红松、落叶松人工林的林冠截留能力(80.66%,77.47%)高于阔叶混交林、针阔混交林。该结果为浑河上游地区水源涵养林的最优空间结构配置与经营管理提供科学依据。 相似文献

探究间作带幅设计对玉米/苜蓿间作群体光环境特征、产量及光能利用效率(LUE)的影响,提出黄土高原旱作条件下玉米/苜蓿间作群体最佳带幅比例。研究设置了玉米单作(SM)、紫花苜蓿单作(SA)以及玉米/紫花苜蓿1∶2(I_(12))、2∶2(I_(22))和2∶4(I_(24))间作5种种植模式,并采用田间试验和数学模拟相结合的方法,分别测定了玉米和苜蓿的干物质产量及作物冠层光合有效辐射(PAR)等指标;建立了考虑光线入射角度和群体冠层结构几何关系的玉米/苜蓿间作群体辐射传输模型,并用实测值对其进行了验证。试验结果表明,在2018年,单作处理的苜蓿干物质产量显著高于间作处理(P<0.05),而在2019年各间作处理苜蓿的干物质分别比单作高197.8、180.3和197.0 g·m^(-2);处理I_(12)、I_(22)和I_(24)两年总的玉米生物量比SM处理高12.1%、0.9%和23.9%。所有间作处理的土地当量比在2019年均大于1.0,表现出间作优势。辐射传输模型可准确模拟玉米/苜蓿间作群体冠层底部的光合有效辐射,间作群体光合有效辐射模拟值与实测值的平均绝对误差和均方根误差分别为59.0和66.6μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)。除玉米和苜蓿生育前期及玉米收获后,不同间作处理苜蓿群体冠层上方的PAR均低于单作苜蓿。2018和2019年I_(12)、I_(22)和I_(24)间作处理玉米的光能利用效率分别比单作处理高52.5%、9.3%、51.7%和28.5%、9.6%、21.0%,而间作苜蓿的LUE仅在2019年显著高于单作19.2%、32.4%和20.9%(P<0.05)。因此,合理的玉米/苜蓿间作带幅搭配可改善苜蓿的光照环境,提高其光能利用效率,尤其是玉米/紫花苜蓿2∶4间作群体光能利用效率和产量优势显著,建议在具有类似气候的地区推广种植。 相似文献

SSR-based genetic linkage analysis of resistance to crown rust (Puccinia coronata f. sp. lolii) in perennial ryegrass (Lolium perenne) 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
Crown rust (caused by Puccinia coronata f. sp. lolii) is a serious foliar disease of the pasture and turfgrass perennial ryegrass (Lolium perenne). Previous genetic studies have detected both qualitative and quantitative resistance mechanisms, and interpretation of the genetic system is complicated by variation within the sexually reproducing pathogen. Resistant and susceptible parental genotypes of ryegrass were identified using a composite urediniospore population collected from three geographically distinct locations. A two-way pseudo-testcross mapping population was obtained as the F1 progeny of the pair-cross between ryegrass parental genotypes Vedette6 and Victorian9. Both parents showed intermediate resistance against a pathogen population collected in a single geographical zone (Hamilton, Victoria), but in the F1 population, significant variation for a range of resistance-associated characters was detected. Statistical analysis of phenotypic data suggested a major gene effect, hence bulked segregant analysis with map-assigned simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers was used to scan the genome. A marker showing strong association with resistance was assigned to linkage group (LG) 2 of perennial ryegrass. Analysis of 11 LG2 SSR markers defined an interval between loci xlpssrh03f03 and xlpssrk02e02 as containing the gene or genes (LpPc1) conferring crown rust resistance. Resistance gene determinants were inherited from both parents, with up to 80% of the total phenotypic variation explained by markers segregating from Vedette6 and up to 26% of the variation explained by markers segregating from Victorian9. The two contributions together resulted in an additive increase in effect, with fully resistant individuals requiring determinants from both parents. A conserved syntenic relationship was observed with linkage group B of Avena strigosa, which is the location of a cluster of resistance genes to the oat form of crown rust. The implications of this study for marker-assisted selection of disease resistance in perennial ryegrass are discussed. 相似文献

A field experiment with three potato cultivars, where plants were inoculated withPhytophthora infestans, was used to parameterize a model of potato growth and blight population dynamics. The model was validated by accurately simulating a field experiment conducted in another year. Sensitivity analysis with the model showed that late cultivars are longer able to maintain a green canopy in the presence of disease, but still suffer more yield loss than early cultivars. The level of partial resistance of a cultivar was more important than its level of tolerance, and other plant characteristics. The model calculations showed that only between 4 and 15% of the yield loss in the experiments was due to accelerated leaf senescence caused by the disease; the major part of the loss was caused by lesion coverage of leaves. 相似文献

Genotypic diversity in Fusarium pseudograminearum and F. graminearum from Australia and the relationship between diversity and pathogen aggressiveness for head blight and/or crown rot of wheat were examined. Amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) analysis revealed a high level of genotypic diversity within each species. Sixty-three of the 149 AFLP loci were significantly different between the two species and 70 of 72 F. pseudograminearum and 56 of 59 F. graminearum isolates had distinct haplotypes. When head blight and crown rot severity data from a recently published work on isolates representing the entire range of aggressiveness were used, only the genotypic diversity of F. pseudograminearum was significantly associated with its aggressiveness for the two diseases. Cluster analyses clearly demonstrated the polyphyletic structures that exist in both pathogen populations. The spatial diversity within F. graminearum was high within a single field, while frequent gene flow ( N m ∼ 14) and a low fixation index ( G st = 0·03) were recorded among F. pseudograminearum isolates from the adjacent states of New South Wales and Queensland. The differences in population structure between the heterothallic F. pseudograminearum (teleomorph G. coronicola ) and the homothallic F. graminearum (teleomorph G. zeae ) were not as pronounced as expected given their contrasting mating systems. Neither species was panmictic or strictly clonal. This points to sexual recombination in F. pseudograminearum , suggesting that ascospores of G. coronicola may also play a role in its biology and epidemiology. 相似文献
