配施硼、锌肥及施用方法对芝麻生长及产量的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以黑芝麻赣芝9号为材料,在等量复合肥作为底肥施用的条件下,研究了硼肥、锌肥作为底肥施用和作叶面肥喷施对芝麻生长及产量的影响。结果表明,锌肥作为底肥施用芝麻产量最高,其次是硼肥作为叶面肥喷施。锌肥作为叶面肥喷施,对芝麻也有显著的增产效果,而硼肥作为底肥施用远不如作为叶面肥喷施的增产效果明显。锌肥和硼肥作为叶面肥以及硼肥作为底肥均能增加芝麻的叶绿素含量。  相似文献

【目的】研究土施和叶面喷施锌肥条件下玉米吸收、积累锌的规律,旨在为科学调控玉米锌营养状况、提高玉米籽粒锌含量提供理论依据。【方法】2011年在吉林风沙土地区采用大田试验,研究了土施锌肥(0kg/hm2(S0)、3.4kg/hm2(S3.4)、6.8kg/hm2(S6.8)、10.2kg/hm2(S10.2))和叶面喷施锌肥(0kg/hm2(F0),2.25kg/hm2(F))共计7个处理(S0F0(对照)、S3.4F0、S6.8F0、S10.2F0、S0F、S3.4F、S6.8F)对玉米各生育期植株锌含量、籽粒锌含量、籽粒产量和地上部分生物量以及锌肥利用率、Zn吸收总量和Zn吸收速率的影响。【结果】玉米植株中Zn的含量随着土施锌肥量的增加而增大,苗期较S0F0处理增加了2.7~8.5倍,其他生育期增加幅度有所降低;与S0F0处理相比,S3.4F0、S6.8F0、S10.2F0可以使玉米增产9.7%~37.7%,地上部分生物量增加6.2%~20.4%,玉米Zn吸收总量增加21.5%~81.9%。土施+叶面喷施锌肥处理比单独土施锌肥增产5.5%~17.0%,生物量增加18.5%~30.8%。【结论】土施+叶面喷施锌肥可以明显提高玉米籽粒锌含量和籽粒产量。  相似文献

Several experiments were performed to investigate the physiology of seawater acclimation in the striped bass, Morone saxatilis. Transfer of fish from fresh water (FW) to seawater (SW; 31–32 ppt) induced only a minimal disturbance of osmotic homeostasis. Ambient salinity did not affect plasma thyroxine, but plasma cortisol remained elevated for 24h after SW transfer. Gill and opercular membrane chloride cell density and Na+,K+-ATPase activity were relatively high and unaffected by salinity. Average chloride cell size, however, was slightly increased (16%) in SW-acclimated fish. Gill succinate dehydrogenase activity was higher in SW-acclimated fish than in FW fish. Kidney Na+, K+-ATPase activity was slightly lower (16%) in SW fish than in FW fish. Posterior intestinal Na+,K+-ATPase activity and water transport capacity (Jv) did not change upon SW transfer, whereas middle intestinal Na+,K+-ATPase activity increased 35% after transfer and was correlated with an increase in Jv (110%). As salinity induced only minor changes in the osmoregulatory organs examined, it is proposed that the intrinsic euryhalinity of the striped bass may be related to a high degree of “preparedness” for hypoosmoregulation that is uncommon among teleosts studied to data.  相似文献

在氯化物型盐碱地池塘中 ,采用围隔实验生态学方法对鲤、草鱼、罗非鱼和淡水白鲳等 4种鱼类混养模式的鱼产量、负荷力和搭配比例进行对比研究。结果表明 ,4种养殖模式中吃食性鱼类的日增重率和收获规格都随其本身放养密度的增大而减小 ,而鲢、鳙的日增重率和收获规格则随吃食性鱼类放养密度的增大而增大 ;吃食性鱼类的日增重率以淡水白鲳最快 ,草鱼生长最慢 ;吃食性鱼类的净产量为鲤模式 (CC) >罗非鱼模式 (TH) >淡水白鲳模式 (FP) >草鱼模式 (GC) ,混养的鲢在各种模式中的产量顺序为CC >GC >TH >FP ,鳙为CC >GC >FP >TH。CC、GC、TH、FP模式的总净产量分别为 4 .0 2~ 6 .5 5、3.0 5~ 5 .2 6、3.4 5~ 5 .86、2 .99~ 5 .34g/ (m2 ·d) ;FP、CC、TH、GC模式的负荷力分别为 0 .6 0 4、0 .4 92、0 .4 37和 0 .4 30kg/m2 。  相似文献

水稻锌污染胁迫的光谱奇异性分析   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
通过研究锌污染胁迫下水稻的光谱奇异性特征来诊断水稻锌污染水平。根据试验区水稻各个生长期的ASD实测高光谱数据和同步获取的作物与农田土壤重金属含量2 a田间试验数据,利用Daubechies小波系中的“Db5”小波函数对锌污染胁迫水稻的350~1 300 nm光谱波段进行5层小波分解,并利用奇异范围、奇异幅度和奇异指数等参数对水稻光谱奇异性进行定量计算与分析。结果表明,“Db5”小波函数分解的第5层小波系数能精准探测水稻光谱的奇异性,其奇异范围集中在480~850 nm波段范围;奇异幅度从出苗期到分蘖期迅速增加,并达到最大值,在随后的分蘖期→拔节期→开花期→成熟期逐渐减少;奇异指数从出苗期→分蘖期→拔节期→开花期→成熟期逐渐增加;水稻叶片锌含量与奇异幅度及奇异指数之间存在较强的相关关系,其决定系数(R2)为0.8445,均方根误差 (RMSE)为5.60。光谱奇异性能有效地诊断并定量分析水稻锌污染胁迫状况,从而为作物重金属污染胁迫监测提供重要参考。  相似文献

Field data have shown that soil nitrifying communities gradually adapt to zinc (Zn) after a single contamination event with reported adaptation times exceeding 1 year. It was hypothesized that this relatively slow adaptation relates to the restricted microbial diversity and low growth rate of the soil nitrifying community. This hypothesis was tested experimentally by recording adaptation rates under varying nitrification activities (assumed to affect growth rates) and by monitoring shifts in community composition. Soils were spiked at various Zn concentrations (0-4000 mg Zn kg−1) and two NH4+-N doses (N1, N2) were applied to stimulate growth. A control series receiving no extra NH4+-N was also included. Soils were incubated in pots under field conditions with free drainage. The pore water Zn concentration at which nitrification was halved (EC50, mg Zn l−1) did not change significantly during 12 months in the control series (without NH4+-N applications), although nitrification recovered after 12 months at the highest Zn dose only. The EC50 after 12 months incubation increased by more than a factor 10 with increasing NH4+-N dose (p < 0.05) illustrating that increased activity accelerates adaptation to Zn. Zinc tolerance tests confirmed the role of Zn exposure, time and NH4+-N dose on adaptation. Zinc tolerance development was ascribed to the AOB community since the AOB/AOA ratio (AOB = ammonia oxidizing bacteria; AOA = ammonia oxidizing archaea) increased from 0.4 in the control to 1.4 in the most tolerant community. Moreover, the AOB amoA DGGE profile changed during Zn adaptation whereas the AOA amoA DGGE profile remained unaffected. These data confirm the slow but pronounced adaptation of nitrifiers to Zn contamination. We showed that adaptation to Zn was accelerated at higher activity and was associated with a shift in soil AOB community that gradually dominated the nitrifying community.  相似文献

为了研究不同水平ZnSO4和Met-Zn对家兔生产性能及组织Zn沉积的影响,选用2.5月龄布列塔尼亚肉兔120只,随机分成10组,基础日粮中分别以ZnSO4和Met-Zn形式添加70、105、140、1752、10 mg/kgZn,预试期7 d,正试期30 d。结果表明,在Zn添加量为70~140 mg/kg时,Met-Zn对家兔生产性能的影响优于ZnSO4。日粮Zn含量在70~210 mg/kg时,肉兔肝脏、肾脏、脾脏及背最长肌的Zn含量不呈现明显的变化趋势。  相似文献

In this article the effect of different nitrogen fertilizer application on the availability of zinc (Zn) content in non calcic brown forest soil was investigated. For this purpose increasing rates of NH4Cl, (NH4)2S04; NH4N03 and Ca(N03)2.4H20 fertilizers were applied for having different physical and chemical properties in two soil samples. An incubation experiment was carried out over 4 months. The available Zn content of the soils was determined each month. According to the results the highest available Zn content of the soils was obtained from NH4Cl applied to the soils followed by (NH4)2S04; NH4N03 and Ca(N03)2.4H20 application to soil. At the end of the experiment the average available Zn content of non calcic brown forest soils for NH4Cl, (NH4)2S04; NH4N03 and Ca(N03)2.4H20 fertilizers are 0.93, 0.91, 0.88 and 0.77 mg kg?1, respectively.  相似文献

Grown as a monoculture, peas (Pisum sativum L.) exhibit severe lodging after flowering and lodging causes yield reductions considerable. This study was conducted to investigate the effects of dose (untreated, 25, 50, 75 and 100 g a.i. ha?1) and stage (late vegetative, early blooming and early pod filling) of mepiquat chloride (MC) application on the growth, lodging control, seed yield and yield parameters of pea (Pisum sativum L.) under field conditions in Erzurum, Turkey in 2002 and 2003. Application doses of 25, 50, 75 and 100 g a.i. ha?1 significantly reduced stem height by 5.3 %, 7.2 %, 7.5 % and 6.4 % and increased stem width by 7.5 %, 12.7 %, 12.3 % and 15.7 % respectively, when compared with the untreated control, and thereby reduced the tendency of the crop to lodging. Increases of the seed yield under different application doses of MC ranged between 13.7 % and 20.1 % over the untreated control. However, in all parameters investigated, except for stem width, higher application doses of MC gave no clear advantages compared with the application dose of 25 g a.i. ha?1. Seed yield was also significantly influenced by application stage of MC and application at early blooming stage of crop, MC significantly increased seed yield by 11.4 % and 10.2 % when compared with the late vegetative and the early pod filling stages respectively. Furthermore, the interaction of application dose and stage was significant, and spraying of pea plants with 25 g a.i. ha?1 MC at early blooming stage has the most beneficial effects on the characters evaluated.  相似文献

120只28日龄艾维茵(AVIAN)肉仔鸡随机分为1、2、3、4组.1组为对照组,饮自来水;2、3、4组为试验组,分别饮添加0.18%、0.26%、0.34%氯化钾的自来水.舍温控制在34±1℃.试验期为4周.结果,各组鸡增重、采食量、饲料效率、饮水量的顺序均为第4组→第3组→第2组→第1组.饮水中添加KCI,肉仔鸡血清K~ 浓度高于对照组,而直肠温度、呼吸率及血清尿酸浓度则相反.血清Na~ 前两周3、4组显著低于1组,以后趋于一致.血细胞压积(PCV)、血液PH、CO_2分压(PCO_2)、氧分压(PO_2)、碳酸氢根(HCO_3)和血清中总蛋白、白蛋白、白/球比以及血糖,组间均差异不显著.本试验表明,饮水中添加KCI能较好地缓解热应激对肉仔鸡生长的影响,增强肉仔鸡对高温的耐受性,并可提高其生产性能.  相似文献
