Impact of postovulatory food deprivation on the ova transport, hormonal profiles and metabolic changes in sows.

The effect of food deprivation on ova transport, hormonal profiles and metabolic changes was studied in 20 crossbred multiparous sows during their second oestrus after weaning. To determine the time of ovulation, transrectal ultrasonographic examination was performed. The sows were divided into 2 groups, one control group (C-group), which was fed according to Swedish standards, and one experimental group (E-group). The E-group sows were deprived of food from the first morning meal after ovulation until slaughter. Blood samples were collected every second hour from about 12 h before expected ovulation in the second oestrus after weaning until slaughter and were analysed for progesterone, prostaglandin F2 alpha-metabolite, insulin, glucose, free fatty acids and triglycerides. All sows were slaughtered approximately 48 h after ovulation and the genital tract was recovered. The isthmic part of the oviduct was divided into 3 equally long segments and flushed separately with phosphate buffered saline (PBS). Uterine horns were also flushed with PBS. A significantly greater number of ova were found in the first and second part of the isthmus in the E-group (p = 0.05) while in the C-group most of the ova were found in the third part of the isthmus or the uterus (p = 0.01). The level of prostaglandin F2 alpha-metabolite was significantly higher in the E-group compared with the C-group. The concentration of progesterone increased in both groups after ovulation but there were no significant differences between the groups. The other blood parameters showed that the food-deprived sows were in a catabolic state. The 48 h period of fasting results, directly or indirectly in an delayed ova transport, which may be due to a delayed relaxation in the smooth circular muscle layer of the isthmus.

The Phytotoxicity of Various Graminicides in Durum Wheat in Greece

The effect of three herbicides, diclofop-methyl (DM), imazamethabenz-methyl (IM) and fenoxaprop-ethyl (FE), was investigated at the recommended rate (×) and double the recommended rate (2×) in a durum wheat crop. FE had the smallest effect on root system characteristics, while IM had the greatest effect. For all herbicides, the double rate treatment gave a greater statistical reduction than the single rate for root system characteristics. FE had the smallest effect on the activity of aerobic microorganisms, while DM gave the greatest reduction, 10 days after application, and all three herbicides reduced earthworm abundance. DM gave the smallest reduction in the number of tillers and in plant height, while the double rate of IM gave the greatest reduction. For all three herbicides, double the recommended rate resulted in a significant reduction in the weight of 1000 seeds, while no statistically significant deviations were noted at the recommended rate. Finally, the use of all three herbicides resulted in significantly lower statistical yields compared to the sample (control plot), although there were no significant statistical differences among them, for either recommended or double recommended rates.     

牛奶葡萄贮藏中SO_2伤害及调控措施研究

牛奶葡萄采后SO2双重释放装置辅以CT－1处理不但有效降低了药害发生率，而且提高了贮藏效果。在此基础上辅以采前喷布内含杀菌剂的壳多糖，牛奶葡萄可达到更佳贮藏效果，在1998年生长季发生全国性洪水灾害，田间带菌量剧增，各地葡萄贮藏效果极差情况下，参试的牛奶葡萄腐烂率只有1．6％，果梗鲜绿，褐变指数只有0．4％，药害率仅为1．0％，果肉亚硫酸盐残留仅为0．067 mg／kg。     

CO_2施肥对大棚油桃光合作用及产量品质的影响

棚内CO2 浓度日变化幅度远大于棚外 ;在天气晴好、光合旺盛、通风受阻时 ,棚内CO2 匮乏可成为光合作用的主要限制因子。在保护地条件下 ,油桃光合速率 (Pn)日变化由露地的双峰曲线变为三峰曲线 ,最大Pn比露地提前 2h ,在 8时左右出现 ;光合“午休”现象不明显 ;晴天棚内日平均Pn为 5 .97(CO2 ) μmol/m2 ·s,比露地降低17.2 5 %。棚内CO2 加富对油桃光合作用和产量、品质有重要影响 ,较大幅度地提高了上午 8时～ 12时之间的Pn和光能利用率 ,日平均Pn 6 .95 (CO2 ) μmol/m2 ·s ,比对照提高 2 5 .90 %。树体生长健壮 ,生物量 (未含果实 )增加 12 .4% ,比叶重增大 ,产量提高 19.80 % ,品质改善     

焦锑酸钾沉淀法定位Ca~(2+)在梨生理研究中的应用

介绍了应用焦锑酸钾沉淀法定位Ca2＋的方法，以及在梨生理研究中的具体步骤和应用效果。结果表明：在固定液中加焦锑酸钾处理进行制样，梨树不同器官或组织细胞中的自由态Ca2＋，都能生成焦锑酸钙在原部位沉淀，经染色后在电子显微镜下呈现出黑色颗粒，而固定液中不加焦锑酸钾处理的则没有这种颗粒。再进一步用Ca2＋的专一性鳌合物EGTA进行处理，检查这些黑色颗粒是否消失，以证实黑色颗粒就是Ca2＋，从而可对Ca2＋进行定位标记。在不同的组织细胞及同一组织细胞在不同的生理时期，其被标记的Ca2＋密度和场所是不同的，可通过其动态变化来探讨它的作用机理。还对用此方法定位Ca2＋的注意事项进行了讨论。     

O,O-二烷基-N-莰-2-基(硫)磷酰胺酯的合成

合成了14个含有 N-莰-2-基的磷酰胺和硫代磷酰胺类化合物,用红外、核磁及元素分析确定其结构,并探讨了~(31)Pδ值的规律性变化。初步生物试验表明,磷酰胺类化合物对水稻发芽具有明显的抑制作用,其中化合物Ⅱ1的活性大于对照药剂抗倒胺但低于多效唑。     

论散打侧踹腿的训练

侧踹腿是武术散打技术中最基本的腿法之一.速度快,力量大,不易防守,而且配合步法运用,变化多端,易于在不同距离上使用,既是进攻性腿法,也是防守性腿法.因此它在散打比赛中的作用非常重要.笔者结合多年的训练实践,阐述了侧踹腿的主要训练手段和在比赛中的合理运用.     

鸡源株与人源株H9N2流感病毒血凝素受体结合位点氨基酸比较与分析

H19N2病毒可以感染多种禽类和哺乳动物，包括人类。流感病毒血凝素受体结合位点的氨基酸可以影响受体结合特性。为了解鸡源株与人源株H19N2病毒受体结合部氨基酸的差异，作者对二者进行了比较与分析，结果表明，鸡源株与人源株血凝素受体结合部位氨基酸的第137、183、190、226位点存在差异，鸡源株在这些位点分别为K、N、AorVorT、LorQ而人源株则分别为R、H、E、L。虽然尚不清楚这些位点的改变对病毒与细胞亲和力及宿主范围的影响，但由于H9N2在我国养鸡业的普遍存在，加强H9N2病毒的分子流行病学监测有重要意义。
