农田休闲期垄作地形对近地表风场的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
垄作是旱作农田常用的保护性耕作技术,而其防风抗蚀的机制尚需研究。通过野外试验,对垄脊高25cm,垄沟宽1.5m的垄作田上风向、垄间及下风向地带0~4m的风流场进行了同步观测,对不同观测位置的时均风速、空气动力学粗糙度、摩阻速度和风速脉动进行了对比分析。结果表明,土垄间和下风向近地表0~1m内时均风速比上风向平坦地表明显降低,其中高0.3m处降低幅度最大。水平方向上风速降低幅度、空气动力学粗糙度和摩阻速度均随观测点与垄作地表距离的增大而减小。受风速递增的影响,风速的绝对脉动强度随高度呈对数关系递增。风速的相对脉动强度在0~1m内随高度增大而降低,1m以上基本无变化。高0.05m处风速的相对脉动强度在水平方向上随与垄作田距离的减小而增大,其中垄间最大,时均风速相同时对地面剪切力最大。  相似文献

Some of the effects of land desertification on soil properties are manifested by the coarsening of the soil particlesize distribution (PSD) and the losses in organic C and nutrients. The changes and characteristics of PSD and selected chemical properties in soils at the 0-15 cm plough layer from different degrees of desertified croplands are analyzed in the semiarid Horqin Sandy Land, northern China. The fractal dimension of the PSD is emanated to characterize the patterns of PSD. The relationships between the fractal dimension of the PSD and selected soil properties are discussed. The results show that: (1) in the transformation from potential desertified cropland to extremely desertified cropland, the sand content at the 0-15 cm soil increased from 69% to 93%, organic C and total N contents decreased by 65% and 69%, respectively; (2) the fractal dimension of PSD ranged from 2.179 to 2.611, the more the contents of sand, the lower the fractal dimension and the higher the desertified degree of farmland. In the desertification process within the studied area, the mean fractal dimension decreased from 2.555 for the potential desertified soils to 2.298 for extremely desertified soils; (3) there existed considerable linear relationships between fractal dimension and soil properties. It was shown that fractal dimensions of PSD are useful parameters able to monitor soil degradation and to estimate the degree of soil desertification.  相似文献

Wind erosion has degraded over one-half billion hectares of land worldwide. 137Cesium (137Cs) has been used as a tracer to study long-term rates of soil redistribution by water and, to a lesser extent, by wind. Early studies assumed that the decline in 137Cs activity for a potentially eroded soil relative to that for an uneroded soil was linearly proportional to soil loss. More recently, models have emerged that consider the effects of soil cultivation and the particle surface area-dependent partitioning of 137Cs on soils. We investigated the partitioning of 137Cs in wind-eroded sediments and with soil surface samples sieved into contiguous ranges of particle sizes. We also compared the 137Cs activities and stratification of several adjacent soils with known wind erosion and deposition histories. Finally, we tested 137Cs-based soil loss models with measured data from sites with documented histories. 137Cs activities and mean particle diameters of aeolian samples agreed well with the 137Cs activities and respective mean diameters of the sieved surface soil samples. Good agreement between model estimations and measured data indicated that 137Cs models developed to estimate soil redistribution by water were also applicable to soil redistribution by wind provided that the models contained an appropriate particle size correction parameter.  相似文献

Natural vegetation on erodible land surfaces, such as the loose sandy soils found in the southwestern United States and in Soviet Central Asia, absorbs part of the wind momentum flux (stress) and thus protects the erodible soil to a degree that depends on the geometry of plant distribution and profile. The sheltering effect of natural plants may be expressed as the ratio, R, of threshold friction velocity for the bare soil (determined in the laboratory or in specially prepared areas of bare soil in the field) to that for the naturally vegetated surface. We used new automated instrumentation to detect erosion thresholds in locations where erosion events are widely separated in time. Measured values of R were low for our most vegetated sites and nearer unity for the sparsely vegetated site.  相似文献

【目的】为科学厘定露地大白菜低温冻害保险费率提供方法,为其他气象因子指数保险的保险费率厘定提供参考,为政策性农业保险的可持续发展提供助力。【方法】将1957—2018年每年初、终霜冻日期转化为儒历日,计算平均初、终霜冻日期,将平均初、终霜冻日期设定为低温冻害指数保险中的时间起赔阈值,并利用标准差分级法,对起赔阈值设置的合理性进行检验。精确统计大白菜各生长期投入成本,根据灾损率进行加权计算得出赔付比例。通过计算发生概率、灾损率与赔付比例3个因子综合得出露地大白菜低温冻害保险费率,并对种植区域进行加权计算,得出区域内的露地大白菜低温冻害保险费率。【结果】设计了露地大白菜低温冻害气象指数保险中时间和气温起赔阈值的计算方法,并制定了时间起赔阈值的检验方法。设计了低温冻害保险费率3个决定因子发生概率、灾损率和赔付比例的计算方法。【结论】经过检验,将平均初、终霜冻日期设定为丰宁满族自治县地区露地大白菜低温冻害气象指数保险的时间起赔阈值是合理的。露地大白菜在遭受轻、中、重三级低温冻害时的灾损率分别为0.3、0.7和1.0;发芽期赔付比例最高为45%,秧苗期赔付比例最高为75%,莲座期以后赔付比例最高为100%。各乡镇露地大白菜低温冻害气象指数保险费率为2%~3%,经过加权计算得出丰宁满族自治县地区低温冻害保险费率为2.14%。  相似文献

AIM To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on synaptic damage of hippocampal neurons in APP/PS1 transgenic (TG) mice and its possible mechanism. METHODS The 6-month-old male APP/PS1 TG mice were randomly divided into TG group, HBO group and cAMP response element binding protein (CREB) inhibitor H89 group, with 10 mice in each group. Ten male wild-type (WT) C57BL/6 mice of the same age were used as negative control group (WT group). The mice in HBO and H89 groups were treated with HBO for 6 cycles, while the mice in WT group and TG group were not treated. The learning and memory abilities were observed by Morris water maze. The nesting ability of the mice was detected by nesting test. The Nissl bodies in hippocampal neurons were observed by Nissl staining. The mRNA expression of CREB and brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) in hippocampus was detected by real-time PCR. The protein levels of synapsin (SYN), postsynaptic density protein 95 (PSD95), growth-associated protein 43 (GAP43), CREB, phosphorylated CREB (p-CREB) and BDNF in the hippocampus were determined by Western blot. RESULTS Compared with WT group, the learning and memory abilities of the mice in TG group were signilficantly reduced (P<0.05). In addition, the nesting score, the number of Nissl bodies in the hippocampal neurons, the mRNA expression of CREB and BDNF, and the protein levels of SYN, PSD95, GAP43, p-CREB and BDNF were also decreased significantly (P<0.05). Compared with TG group, the learning and memory abilities of the mice in HBO group were improved (P<0.05). Meanwhile, the nesting scores of the mice were significantly increased (P<0.05), the neurons in the hippocampus were arranged neatly, and the number of Nissl bodies, the relative mRNA expression of CREB and BDNF,and the protein levels of SYN, PSD95, GAP43, p-CREB and BDNF were also increased significantly (P<0.05). Compared with HBO group, the mice in H89 group had poor learning and memory abilities, lowered nesting scores and decreased number of Nissl bodies. Futhermore, the relative mRNA expression of CREB and BDNF, and the protein levels of SYN, PSD95, GAP43, p-CREB and BDNF were also decreased significantly (P<0.05). CONCLUSION HBO improves the learning and memory abilities of APP/PS1 TG mice, and its mechanism may be related to activating the CREB/BDNF signaling pathway to reduce synaptic damage of hippocampal neurons in mice.  相似文献

1987年在山东费县祊河林场大滩分区栽植了3片感光肩星天牛的小美旱杨试验林,其立地条件一致,分别为天然接虫区、人工接虫区和对照区,整个试验区与外界虫源地之间由祊河自然隔离.1988年开始人工接虫,并逐年记录虫口密度和树木生长量.当光肩星天牛危害7年生以下的小美旱杨,且每株4年的累积刻槽数为9.4个,或排粪孔数为5.7个时:①与对照区相比较,人工接虫区小美旱杨的胸径、树高和材积生长分别下降14.06%、21.15%和37.49%;生物量下降37.75%;②光肩星天牛在侵害胸径约为7.0cm以下的小美旱杨幼林时,喜选择在径级较粗的树上刻槽和产卵.  相似文献

该文研究了在疲劳/蠕变交互作用下竹木复合层合板的断裂损伤行为.结果表明,在交变载荷最大值为竹木复合层合板破坏载荷的75%时,其疲劳/蠕变断裂曲线为三段式曲线;在交变载荷最大值为破坏载荷的55%时,6h内其疲劳/蠕变曲线为两段式曲线.随着蠕变时间的增加,层合板的断裂寿命降低.在交变载荷最大值为破坏载荷的75%时,蠕变时间为300s时,层合板的疲劳/蠕变负交互损伤程度大于蠕变时间为180s的.疲劳/蠕变交互作用下层合板的破坏形式主要为纤维撕裂、界面剪切破坏和层间开裂3种形式的综合表现.  相似文献

低浓度6-苄基腺嘌呤(6-BA)处理水稻种子,能维持冷害水稻苗叶绿体较高的能量水平,利于稻苗的各种生理生化反应;可提高冷害水稻幼苗膜保护酶SOD,POD,CAT的活性,降低膜脂过氧化产物MDA的含量,还能提高热稳定蛋白和ATP的含量。亚细胞组分测定表明,ATP主要存在于叶绿体和线粒体中,细胞溶质中的含量很少。  相似文献
