Cotton mealybug Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley (Homoptera: Pseudococcidae) has caused huge crop and economic losses in different countries of the world including Pakistan. Considering P. solenopsis as a key cotton pest, research was conducted to understand genetics, realized heritability and preliminary mechanism of indoxacarb resistance. As a result of selection with indoxacarb, P. solenopsis developed a 2223.13-fold resistance after five generations. Indoxacarb resistance was autosomal in nature, and the degree of dominance for F1 and F1′ was 0.60 and 0.62, respectively, indicating the incomplete dominance of indoxacarb resistance. A monogenic model of inheritance also showed the involvement of multiple loci in indoxacarb resistance in P. solenopsis. Realized heritability for indoxacarb resistance was markedly high (h2 = 1.13) in P. solenopsis suggesting how quickly resistance can develop as a result of selection. Synergism tests with piperonylbutoxide (PBO) and S,S,S-tributylphosphorotrithioate (DEF) also suggested that indoxacarb resistance in P. solenopsis was metabolism-based due to possible involvement of both mono-oxygenases and esterases. Hence, it was concluded that indoxacarb resistance in P. solenopsis was autosomal, incompletely dominant, polygenic and metabolism-based. 本试验研究了烟草配方肥增效剂对进入成熟期后烟株根系内源激素含量和多胺含量以及烟叶产量和产值的影响.结果表明,施用配方肥增效剂可提高烟株根系内赤霉素(GA3)、生长素(IAA)和精胺含量,降低脱落酸(ABA)和腐胺含量,其中精胺含量随着肥料用量的减少而增加.前期,配方肥增效剂对根系内亚精胺含量的影响很小,但后期会导致亚精胺含量迅速增高.增效剂对根系内源激素含量和多胺含量的影响以每株施用45.45g配方肥和0.4545g增效剂处理效果最好.施用增效剂能提高烟叶的产量和产值,减少肥料用量的增效剂处理虽降低了烟叶产量,但因改善了烟叶品质而提高其产值,增效剂对烟叶产量和产值的影响以每株施用36.36g配方肥和0.4545g增效剂处理效果最好. 相似文献

采用室内盆栽方法研究了冲施水溶肥条件下,添加微量元素(B 0.05%,Fe 0.06%,Mn 0.02%,Cu 0.02%,Zn 0.05%,Mo 0.005%)、增效剂对朝天椒生长和产量的影响。结果表明,水溶肥+微量元素(WSF+TE)处理、水溶肥+微量元素+增效剂(WSF+TE+SNG)处理能提高朝天椒株高和茎粗,增加朝天椒生长前期叶片叶绿素(SPAD)含量,提高光合能力;朝天椒产量分别比只施水溶肥处理提高35.98%、11.03%,水溶肥+增效剂(WSF+SNG)处理的产量降低23.78%。说明水溶肥添加微量元素能促进辣椒生长、提高辣椒产量,微量元素可以作为添加料用于进一步研发朝天椒专用水溶肥。 相似文献

以不同抗药性水平的棉铃虫三龄幼虫试虫,分别测定增效磷(SV1),八氯二丙醚(S2)月桂氮Zuo酮(DC),IS-961对久效磷(monocrotophos)灭多威(methomyl),氰戊菊酯(fenvalerate)的增效作用,结果表明:4种增效剂的增效作用,除与被测定药剂种类有关外,还与棉铃虫抗药性水平密切相关,其增效作用一般随抗性水平的提高而增加,但增加的幅度低于抗药性提高的幅度。 相似文献
