为筛选适宜浙西地区栽培的露地西瓜新品种,引进了4个西瓜新品种,以早佳8424作为对照,进行品种比较试验,通过观测其播种期、移栽期、伸蔓期、坐果期和成熟期等生育期特征及株高、节间长、第1雌花节位等表观性状,果实的果形指数、整齐度、产量等指标,对不同品种在田间的综合农艺性状进行鉴定和评价。结果表明,品种甬蜜6号综合性状表现最好,其果实中心糖度和边缘糖度分别达到11.8%和8.6%,显著高于其他供试品种和对照组,且产量较高,折合667 m2产量为2 872 kg,适宜在浙西地区露地进行推广种植。 相似文献

分析西藏色季拉山急尖长苞冷杉原始林下灌木群落的空间分布格局及其与倒木的关联性,探讨该森林生态系统内灌木的分布规律,并从空间分布格局角度量化倒木对灌木分布的影响。以色季拉山急尖长苞冷杉原始林下灌木和倒木为研究对象,通过典型样地调查,用点格局法分析其空间分布格局以及与倒木的关联性。结果表明:1)样地内共有灌木7种,总密度730株·hm-2,不同灌木种群分密度依次为杯萼忍冬(359株·hm-2)>长尾槭(185株·hm-2)>西南花楸(61株·hm-2)>猴斑杜鹃(55株·hm-2)>冰川茶藨子(53株·hm-2)>光秃绣线菊(株·hm-2)>峨眉蔷薇(株·hm-2);2)在0~50 m空间尺度内,冰川茶藨子、猴斑杜鹃、长尾槭、杯萼忍冬以集群分布为主要特征;西南花楸以随机分布为主要特征,只是在个别尺度呈现显著的集群分布;3)Ⅰ腐烂等级倒木与灌木在0~50 m空间尺度上呈显著的负关联,倒木整体与灌木及Ⅱ~Ⅴ腐烂等级倒木与灌木在0~50 m空间尺度上均无显著关联。不同灌木种群因对环境的适应性不同而具有不同的空间分布格局,灌木空间格局形成的生态过程及倒木对灌木空间分布的影响均具有复杂性。 相似文献

Wheat leaf rust,caused by Puccinia triticina(Pt),is an important foliar disease that has an important influence on wheat yield.The most economic,safe and effective way to control the disease is growing resistant cultivars.In the present study,a total of 46 wheat landraces and 34 wheat lines with known Lr(leaf rust resistance)genes were inoculated with 16Pt pathotypes for postulating seedling resistance gene(s)in the greenhouse.These cultivars and five wheat differential lines with adult plant resistance(APR)genes(Lr12,Lr22b,Lr34,Lr35 and Lr37)were also evaluated for identification of slow rusting resistance in the field trials in Baoding,Hebei Province of China in the 2014–2015 and 2015–2016 cropping seasons.Furthermore,10 functional molecular markers closely linked to 10 known Lr genes were used to detect all the wheat genotypes.Results showed that most of the landraces were susceptible to most of the Pt pathotypes at seedling stage.Nonetheless,Lr1 was detected only in Hongtangliangmai.The field experimental test of the two environments showed that 38 landraces showed slow rusting resistance.Seven cultivars possessed Lr34 but none of the landraces contained Lr37 and Lr46.Lr genes namely,Lr9,Lr19,Lr24,Lr28,Lr29,Lr47,Lr51 and Lr53 were effective at the whole plant stage.Lr18,Lr36 and Lr45 had lost resistance to part of pathotypes at the seedling stage but showed high resistance at the adult plant stage.Lr34 as a slowing rusting gene showed good resistance in the field.Four race-specific APR genes Lr12,Lr13,Lr35 and Lr37 conferred good resistance in the field experiments.Seven race-specific genes,Lr2b,Lr2c,Lr11,Lr16,Lr26,Lr33 and LrB had lost resistance.The 38 landraces showed slow rusting resistance to wheat leaf rust can be used as resistance resources for wheat resistance breeding in China. 相似文献

Microwave, as a new heat treatment technology, has the characteristics of uniform and fast heating speed. It is an energy-saving technology known for improving oilseed product quality. Its efficiency mainly depends on the roasting power and time. However, the production of high-quality peanut butter using short-time roasting conditions are limited. Herein, we determined an appropriate microwave roasting power and time for peanuts and evaluated its impacts on the quality of peanut butter. Different roasting powers (400 W, 800 W and 1200 W) and times (4, 4.5, 5, and 5.5 min) were preliminarily tested. Among them, 800 W at 5 min was the most suitable. The roasting efficiency was further evaluated using color, sensory, bioactive compounds, storage stability, and safety risk factors of peanut butter produced from four peanut cultivars (Silihong, Baisha-1016, Yuanza-9102, and Yuhua-9414). The pre-treated butter obtained from three cultivars (Silihong, Yuanza-9102, and Yuhua-9414) with moisture content between 5% and 7.2% had a similar sensory score (6–7) as the commercial on a 9-point hedonic scale compare to the other. The color of the pre-treated peanut butter varies statistically with the commercial but remained in the recommended range of Hunter L1 values of 51–52, respectively, for high initial moisture peanut cultivars. The total polyphenol (35.20-31.59 ± 0.59 μmol GAE/g) and tocopherol (19.05 ± 0.35 mg/100 g) content in the butter obtained from three cultivars (Yuahua-9102, Yuhua, and Baisha-1016) and Silihong respectively, were significantly (P < 0.05) higher than those in the commercial butter. The induction times of all pre-treated butter (19.80 ± 0.99–7.84 ± 0.07 h) were significantly (P < 0.05) longer during storage at accelerated temperature than commercial samples. In addition, no benzo[a]pyrene was found in the pre-treated samples. Collectively, the microwave pretreated peanut butter was superior to the commercial one. An agglutination test based on colored silica nanoparticles (colored SiNps) was established to detect serotypes of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Monodisperse colored SiNps were used as agglutination test carriers. The colored SiNps were prepared through reverse microemulsion with reactive dyes, sensitized with 11 kinds of mono-specific antibodies against P. aeruginosa, and denoted as IgG-colored SiNps. Eleven kinds of IgG-colored SiNps were individually mixed with P. aeruginosa on a glass slide. Different serotypes of P. aeruginosa could be identified by agglutination test with evident agglutination. The P. aeruginosa could be detected in a range from 3.6 × 105 to 3.6 × 1012 cfu mL?1. This new agglutination test was confirmed to be a specific, sensitive, fast, easy-to-perform, and cost-efficient tool for the routine diagnosis of P. aeruginosa. 相似文献
