[目的]研究车前草(Plantago asiaticaL.)保健含片的制备工艺。[方法]以车前草浓缩汁、麦芽糊精、甘露醇、阿斯巴甜和山梨糖醇为主要原料,经混合、造粒、干燥和压片等工序开发研制车前草含片。[结果]车前草浸提液的最佳提取工艺为:以85%乙醇为浸提液,以料液比为1∶6和1∶4,在65℃条件下分别超声提取30、20min。车前草浸膏添加0.2%β-环糊精有助于改善产品口感。车前草含片的配方为:50%左右车前草浸膏50ml,填充剂70g,清凉剂为5%薄荷脑-乙醇液3ml,润湿剂为10%聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)乙醇溶液35ml。[结论]制得的车前草含片爽口、细腻、入口柔顺、有清凉感、甜味适中、醇厚、表面光滑、有光泽,且低糖、低热量、具有一定的保健功能。 相似文献

The effects of three nitrogen sources (ammonium, nitrate and ammonium+nitrate) and three salt treatments (0, 100 and 200 mM NaCl) on nitrate reductase activity, proline, soluble protein and carbohydrate contents in psylliom (Plantago ovata) plants were Studied. The nitrate reductase activity tended to increase when NO3- was included in the root-zone solution, but decrease as salinity increased. All N sources stimulated plant growth and nutrient uptake. Shoot and root dry matter tended to decrease as salinity increased, but less so when both NH4+ and NO3- were present. Shoot biomass accumulated to significantly greater quantities under the mixed-N treatments than when produced using either NH4+ or NO3- N-form alone. Although not statistically significant, the root biomasses showed a similar tendency. Generally, leaf proline and soluble shoot carbohydrate contents increased with increasing salinity in contrast to soluble protein which decreased regardless of the N source. Under salinity conditions, the concentration of Na+ in shoot and root tissues was highest in ammonium-N treatment, while that of K+ was highest in the mixed-N treatment. 相似文献

为探索杂交鲍与海藻混养的合适密度比例,分2部分进行试验。第一部分将不同密度的石莼和真江蓠分别在水产养殖废水中养殖24h,观察24h内水体中NH+4-N,NO-2-N,NO-3-N,PO3-4-P的浓度变化。结果显示:2种海藻都能有效地吸收4种营养盐,且随着海藻密度的增加,吸收效果也加强;第二部分试验,将不同密度的杂交鲍分别与密度为3g·L-1的石莼和6g·L-1的真江蓠进行混养。结果显示:随着杂交鲍密度的增加,杂交鲍的生长率有所下降。当杂交鲍混养密度为400粒·池-1时,杂交鲍的生长率相较密度为200粒·池-1时差异不显著,而与杂交鲍密度为600粒·池-1时差异显著。结果还表明,同等密度的杂交鲍,与石莼混养的养殖效果优于真江蓠。 相似文献

利用种子外部形态和种皮扫描特征进行植物分类学研究,这在车前属 Plantago L.植物的研究中尚属空白。本文对内蒙古车前属6种,2变种植物的种子外部形态和种皮表面结构进行了扫描电镜观察。从种子外部形态和种皮表面雕纹结构分析,各种之间均存在程度不同的差异,它可以反映种群的分类学特征,因而作者提出应把种子外部形态和种皮扫描特征作为车前属植物分类的依据之一,依此进一步印证了前人对车前属分类的合理性,同时报道了车前属植物在内蒙古的4个新记录种。 相似文献

In order to study the antibacterial effects in vitro of the aqueous extracts of Phryma leptostachya L.var.asiatica Hara combined with antibiotics against ESBLs-producing E.coli,we used broth micro-dilution method and micro-dilution checker-board technique to measure the minimal inhibitory concentrations (MIC) and the fractional inhibitory concentrations index (FICI) of Phryma leptostachya L.var.asiatica Hara and antibiotics.The results showed that the FICI of Phryma leptostachya L.var.asiatica Hara combined with ceftriaxone sodium,ceftazidime,cefotaxime sodium,ceftiofur sodium,amoxicillin,amikacin,azithromycin,fosfomycin,colistin,sulfamonomethoxine,rifampicin,ciprofloxacin,norfloxacin,levofloxacin,mequindox,lincomycin were 0.75,0.75,1.00,0.75,0.53,0.51,0.75,4.5,4.5,4.5,4.5 and 2.5,respectively.The results of the tests indicated that the aqueous extracts of Phryma leptostachya L.var.asiatica Hara combining with ceftriaxone sodium,ceftazidime,cefotaxime sodium,ceftiofur sodium,amoxicillin,amikacin,azithromycin,fosfomycin,colistin,sulfamonomethoxine and rifampicin showed additive effect;Combining with ciprofloxacin,norfloxacin,levofloxacin,mequindox and lincomycin had the antagonistic effect. 相似文献

Abstract The sphingid moth Erinnyis ello L. is an important pest of cassava and the most serious pest of the rubber tree in the New World; E. alope Drury is sometimes a serious pest of papaya. Information on the known food plants, life cycle, behaviour, natural enemies, seasonal abundance and present methods of control of these two lepidopterous pests is reviewed. The perspectives for improved control of E. ello with special reference to rubber plantations in Brazil, through the manipulation of natural enemies, a more rational use of insecticides and the adoption of certain cultural methods, are discussed. 相似文献
