在大田条件下研究不同遮阴程度对凤丹白(牡丹)苗期光合特性和叶绿素荧光参数的影响。结果表明:在夏季晴天、自然光照条件下,凤丹白苗期的光合速率日变化表现为"双峰型",有明显的"光合午休"现象,净光合速率显著低于遮阴处理;当年生苗遮阴75%条件下,净光合速率没有出现"光合午休"现象,2年生苗遮阴60%条件下,净光合速率显著高于其他处理。自然光照条件下,2年生苗的最大净光合速率和表观量子效率显著高于1年生苗。经过遮阴处理的F_v/F_m均显著高于全光照植株。试验结果说明:夏季大田中午强光、高温条件下,凤丹白幼苗光合作用受光抑制显著,遮阴可有效减轻光抑制,综合比较各参数可知,遮阴60%最适合凤丹白播种苗的生长。 相似文献

南涧凤凰山自古以来就是鸟类迁徙的重要通道,1999年正式开展鸟类环志工作,以夜间张网,捕捉鉴定,上环并详细记录后释放。至2003年,共环志鸟类17 977只,228种,隶属13目,27科,(含4亚科)。其中国家Ⅱ级保护鸟类11种,在云南有重要经济、科研价值的鸟类4种,分析了凤凰山鸟类迁徙规律。 相似文献

Summary When subjected to micropropagation by tissue culture, the two reputed cultivars of date palm (Phoenix dactylifera L.); Bou-Sthammi noire, resistant to Bayoud disease and Bou-Feggous, of high fruit quality, give rise to three types of calli, called white and root-forming callus, hyperhydric and degenerating callus and friable and embryogenic callus. All explant sources, calli and germinated embryos were analysed by denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) for acid soluble protein composition. Phenol-oxidizing enzymes; peroxidase and polyphenoloxidase, were also, evaluated and the isoforms separated by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. When compared with the explant and germinated embryos, embryogenic calli of the two date palm cultivars could be identified by a concentrated polypeptide of molecular weight 27 500 and polypeptides of molecular weights 70 000 and 11 500. Hyperhydric and degenerating callus contained the polypeptide exhibiting the molecular weight 32 000. Embryogenic calli showed high levels of soluble, ionically and covalently bound peroxidases. Analysis of the enzymatic polymorphism of the date palm, Phoenix dactylifera L., was undertaken to evaluate the genetic variability of Algerian cultivars. Seven enzyme systems (alcohol dehydrogenase, diaphorase, aspartate aminotransaminase, acid phosphatase, endopeptidase, leucine aminopeptidase and phosphoglucomutase) were visualized by electrophoresis. Genetic hypotheses appear to show 7 polymorphic loci and 16 alleles were counted. The study of diversity showed a high percentage of polymorphic loci, strong heterozygosity and considerable genetic diversity. The study shows that genetic variability is greater in the cultivars in the western regions (Saoura-Touat) than in the eastern regions (Rhir-Zibans). 本试验通过研究日粮粗蛋白质(CP)水平对大午金凤商品代蛋鸡产蛋高峰期生产性能和蛋品质的影响,确定其CP需要量。试验选取31周龄大午金凤商品代蛋鸡480只,随机分入4个处理组,每组12个重复,每个重复10只蛋鸡,4个处理CP水平分别为13.5%、14.5%、15.5%、16.5%。预试期7 d,正试期63 d。试验期间每天记录蛋鸡产蛋数、蛋重和不合格蛋数,每2周以重复为单位统计采食量,计算平均日采食量(ADFI)和料蛋比(F/E);试验第6周时,每个重复取3枚鸡蛋测定蛋品质。结果表明:①日粮CP水平对蛋鸡日产蛋量、日采食量、料蛋比有显著影响(P<0.05)。16.5% CP组的日产蛋量、平均日采食量均显著高于13.5%和14.5% CP组(P<0.05),且随着日粮CP水平的提高日产蛋量呈线性增加(P<0.05);16.5% CP组的料蛋比显著低于13.5%、14.5%和15.5% CP组(P<0.05)。②日粮CP水平对蛋壳占比、蛋黄颜色有显著影响(P<0.05),13.5% CP组的蛋壳占比显著高于16.5% CP组(P<0.05),且随着日粮CP水平的提高呈线性降低(P<0.05);13.5% CP组的蛋黄颜色显著高于16.5% CP组(P<0.05),且随着日粮CP水平的提高蛋黄颜色呈线性降低(P<0.05)。建立料蛋比与日粮CP水平之间的回归曲线(y=275x2-86.4x+8.7356),经计算,获得最小料蛋比的日粮CP需要量为15.7%。结合本试验生产性能和蛋品质,推荐大午金凤商品代蛋鸡产蛋高峰期CP需要量为15.7%。 相似文献

A method was developed and optimized for the accelerated ripening of date fruits of cultivar ‘Mazafati’ to prevent diseases and decay. The date fruits were incubated in hot acetic acid solution 0.5% at 40 + 1 °C for 72 h. During the process some physicochemical changes in the fruits were studied and were found to be comparable with the changes in the fruits that naturally ripened on the tree. Fruit firmness, water insoluble solid (WIS), protein, pH, L*a*b* and E decreased during accelerated ripening whereas in control samples at 4 °C increased. Total solid (TS), total soluble solid (TSS) and acidity were slightly higher in treated fruits compared to control fruits. The greatest loss of fruit firmness occurred during the first 12 h of incubation. Organoleptic tests also showed little difference between the naturally ripened fruits on trees and accelerated ripened fruits in hot acetic acid. Overall there was no difference between the fruits and were readily acceptable to consumers. 相似文献
