对四种重组竹材用酚醛树脂在不同胶液固体含量、浸胶温度和浸胶时间等条件下进行竹材浸胶试验。结果表明:胶液固体含量增加时,竹材浸胶量先增大后减小,固体含量25%时浸胶量最大,达到22.6%;浸胶温度升高浸胶量增加,浸胶温度55℃为宜;浸胶时间对浸胶量影响不呈现规律性,浸胶时间需要在60 min以上;树脂分子量大小对渗透性有一定影响,分子量偏小、分布相对较窄且均匀时,渗透性较好。  相似文献

Bacteria inhabiting the xylem of Norway spruce (Picea abies (L.) H. Karsten) were investigated. The trees had been wounded and artificially inoculated with fungi and bacteria obtained from wounds of naturally infected spruce. One and five growing seasons after inoculation the Gram‐negative bacterial population present in the stem of inoculated trees were analysed.

The Gram‐negative bacteria isolated from the trees were identified on the basis of morphological, biochemical and physiological tests and whole‐cell fatty acid composition. The predominant strains were Enterobacteriaceae fermenter strains (E. agglomerans or E. sakazakii), fluorescent and yellow pigmented Pseudomonas, Acinetobacter and Moraxella spp. All Gram‐positive bacteria were Bacillus species.

The Gram‐negative bacteria of Norway spruce differed from the Gram‐positive species in possessing stronger lipolytic activity and in their ability to utilize pine resins for growth. Gram‐positive bacteria were generally able to utilise cellulose and hemicellulose, whereas among the Gram‐negative bacteria only one xylanolytic (yellow Pseudomonas) strain was found.  相似文献

以环氧树脂(E-51)和富马海松酸聚酯多元醇为原料,制备了环氧树脂复合富马海松酸改性水性聚氨酯,并探讨了环氧树脂E-51添加量对复合乳液和漆膜性能的影响。结果显示当E-51添加量为3%时,漆膜的吸水率为10.2%,拉伸强度为35.6 MPa,断裂伸长率为410.2%,摆杆硬度为0.89。通过傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、透射电镜(TEM)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)及同步热分析仪(TGA)对样品的形态及结构进行了表征。结果表明:环氧树脂中的羟基和环氧基参与了反应,部分发生交联形成网络结构;随着环氧树脂添加量的增大,制备的复合乳液粒径增大,粒径分布变宽;同时改性后的复合漆膜的耐水性、热力学稳定性、力学性能及耐化学溶剂性增强。  相似文献

采用创新工艺,以廉价二胺和马来酸酐为原料,合成成本低廉的新型双马来酰亚胺(ABMI)。以此双马来酰亚胺与桐油及酚醛树脂反应,制备了具有较好耐热性的桐油酰亚胺酚醛树脂。重点讨论了不同原料,如桐油、双马来酰亚胺及酚醛树脂的用量、固化反应温度及固化反应时间等因素对树脂耐热性的影响。当桐油、双马来酰亚胺、酚醛树脂的质量比为1:0.3:0.2,温度180℃烘烤3h固化时,所得树脂具有较好的耐热性,温度指数可达168℃。  相似文献

以丙酮为提取剂,提取辣椒油树脂,以辣椒素含量为参数,优化工艺参数。实验表明,丙酮法提取辣椒油树脂最佳实验室条件为:原料粒度过60目筛,丙酮体积分数为85%,提取温度为50℃,固液比为1∶6,提取时间为90min。  相似文献

为了高效分离油茶蒲中的脂肪酸合酶(FAS)抑制剂,以乙醇-水为洗脱液,采用大孔树脂D101对油茶蒲提取物进行梯度洗脱,并用高速逆流色谱(HSCCC)对其中的40%乙醇洗脱馏分(40F)进行分离。结果表明,D101大孔树脂洗脱馏分中40F的多酚含量最高,并且其对脂肪酸合酶的抑制活性最强,半抑制浓度为0.61μg·m L-1。以氯仿∶乙醇∶水∶乙酸(4∶3∶2∶0.01,v/v/v/v)为分离溶剂体系,上相为固定相,下相为流动相,转速850 r·min-1,流速2 m L·min-1,在该条件下采用HSCCC对40F进行分离可以纯化得到鞣花酸和3-O-甲基鞣花酸-4'-O-葡萄糖苷,纯度均为95%以上。因此,采用大孔树脂-高速逆流色谱能够简便、高效地分离制备油茶蒲中的脂肪酸合酶抑制剂单体,这为油茶蒲的开发利用及进一步的功能研究奠定了基础。  相似文献

The paper presented a new micomechanics load-transfer model for single-fibre fragmentation test. The interfacial shear streength and the crack will develop along the interface. The fibre stochastic strength distribution was modelled by a two-parameter Wibull distribution. The influence of the interfacial bonding strength and fibre axial-tensile strength on stress states in components of composites was discussed. The interfacial state during the fragmentation process may be one of following three states: 1) fully bonding; 2) partial bonding; 3) fully debonding; according to the fibre axialtensile strength and interfacial properties (including interfacial bounding shear strength, interfacial friction coefficient and matrix radial pressure) after elastic constants and geometrical parameters of composites phases are given. The necessary conditions for these three states were discussed- Finally, a suitable definition of the critical fibre length was given and the critical length was constrouted by two parts :debonding fibre length and bonding fibre length.  相似文献

Abstract

Plant analyses methods have expanded immensely to document plant mineral element deficiency and toxicity disorders and to note mineral element interactions. Experiments were conducted to determine the feasibility of using cation exchange papers for the extraction of cationic elements from solutions to be analyzed by x‐ray fluorescence. The cationic elements Al, Fe, Mn, Zn, and Cu were effectively extracted from solutions by one exchange resin paper disk if solutions were passed several times through the exchange resin paper. Calcium and Mg were extracted from solutions if two or three separate exchange papers were used, and K was not extracted from solutions with the use of up to five separate exchange papers. The relatively high concentrations of K in solutions and the relatively low exchange capacity of ion exchange resin papers apparently prevented the effective removal of K from solution. The detectability limits on the exchange resin disks by this technique were <2.8 μg Al, 0.5 μg Fe, 0.10 μg Mn, 0.10 μg Zn, and 0.08 μg Cu. Extraction of cationic elements from solutions for x‐ray analysis appeared practical and relatively rapid for Al, Fe, Mn, Zn, and Cu, less practical for Ca and Mg, and impractical for K.  相似文献

Assessing the nutrient status of low-input, low-fertility desert soils poses some unique challenges. Commonly used soil analysis procedures and resin capsules generally assess nutrient status of fertile agricultural soils. Ion-exchange resin capsules (Unibest Company, Bozeman, Mont.) provide a viable alternative. A study was conducted to determine effectiveness of resin capsules to extract low levels of nutrients applied to native soils. Loamy sand and sandy clay loam desert soils from Utah were treated with combinations of four rates of nitrogen (N) as ammonium nitrate (34–0–0), three rates of phosphorus (P) as phosphoric acid (0–72–0), and two rates of iron sulfate (FeSO4·7H2O) and zinc sulfate (ZnSO4·7H2O) (include an untreated control). Each soil treatment was implanted with a resin capsule placed into either 250 or 1000 cm3 of soil after addition of water equivalent to 50% field capacity and incubated for either 60 or 120 days at 25 °C. After the appropriate incubation time, capsules were washed and extracted using 2 M hydrochloric acid (HCl), and the extract was used to measure iron (Fe), ammonium (NH4)-N, nitrate (NO3)-N, sulfur (S), and zinc (Zn). Conventional soil tests were completed on incubated soils (60 or 120 days). Resin capsules reflected NH4-N and P fertilizer applied at low rates in the loamy sand but not in the sandy clay loam. Neither Fe nor Zn application was reflected in resin capsules, but the accompanying S was clearly quantified. In comparison to conventional soil test procedures, resin capsule NH4-N was clearly a better indicator than KCl-extractable NH4-N; resin capsule NO3-N was effective, but not as good an indicator as water extraction; and resin capsule P was reflective of soil applied P in loamy sand but not in sandy clay loam, whereas sodium bicarbonate was effective in both soils. Resin capsules show promise for use in low-input conditions, but additional understanding of interactions in variable soils is needed.  相似文献
