Transplantation of human amnion epithelial cells improves learning and memory function in Alzheimer's disease-like pathology rat model

AIM: To observe the treatment effect and its immune regulation of human amnion epithelial cells (hAECs) on Alzheimer's disease (AD)-like pathology rat model. METHODS: The hAECs were isolated from amnion with trypsin digestion, and the phenotype of hAECs was analyzed by flow cytometry. SD rats (n=48) were randomly divided into sham control group, model group, medium group and hAECs group. AD-like pathology rat model was induced by bilateral intraventricular injection of lipopolysaccharide (LPS). hAECs (5×10⁵) were injected into the hippocampus of the AD-like pathology rats. At 2 weeks after transplantation, the animals were tested by Morris water maze to observe the function of learning and memory. The pathological change of the brain was observed by HE staining. The expression of amyloid β-protein 42(Aβ42) and Tau protein and the level of acetylcholine (ACh) in the injury brain were determined by immunohistochemistry. The survival and differentiation of hAECs in the hippocampus were measured by immunofluorescent technique. The percentages of lymphocyte subsets in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells were analyzed by flow cytometry. The contents of serum cytokines were detected by cytometric bead array. RESULTS: Compared with model group and medium group, hAECs group showed shortened escape latency (P<0.01), increased frequency of going through the platform (P<0.05), reduced loss of hippocampal neurons, decreased expression of Tau protein and Aβ42 in the hippocampus (P<0.05), increased ACh level in the hippocampus (P<0.05), decreased percentages of Th1 and Th17 subsets, increased percentages of Th2 and Treg cells (P<0.05), decreased concentrations of IFN-γ and IL-2 in the serum, and increased concentration of IL-4(P<0.05). CONCLUSION: hAECs improve the cognitive learning and memory function and alleviate pathologic damage of hippocampus through immune regulation in AD-like pathology rats.     

港口原油装船VOCs大气环境影响探讨

收集了原油装船VOCs的估算方法，认为原油装船时VOCs排放量为0.012％，VOCs浓度为0.1kg／m3。采用SCREEN3对其环境影响进行分了析，结果表明：下风向最大浓度出现在400m 处，浓度值7.99mg／m3，直到2700m处，浓度值才小于1mg／m3，直到10000m处，浓度值仍为0.14mg／m3，原油装船VOCs的大气环境影响较大。     

汽车侧碰模型简化及其材料优化研究

根据整车侧碰模型建立了简化模型,通过B柱上、中、下部的变形速度和B柱的变形模式对比验证了简化模型的有效性。通过对简化模型的多因素正交优化设计,总结了侧面结构材料参数对侧碰性能的影响趋势,依次为:B柱材料、门槛件厚度、B柱加强件材料、门槛件材料、B柱加强件厚度,并将优组合方案应用于整车模型,仿真结果表明了材料优化方案的B柱变形速度趋势和原模型保持一致,假人胸部上肋骨峰值保持不变,中肋骨峰值得到了降低,下肋骨峰值有所升高,但在法规允许的范围内。     

网络对农业高校大学生学习的影响及对策

网络现已成为大学生日常生活中不可或缺的一部分。网络所具有的资源丰富、快速便捷等特点给大学生带来了很多积极影响,但是网络所带来的消极影响也不容小觑。通过对农业院校大学生学习情况的调查,研究并总结了网络对大学生学习的积极和消极影响。针对网络对大学生学习的负面影响提出了几点应对之策。     

Contribution of spray droplet pinning fragmentation to canopy retention

Drop behaviour during impact affects retention. Increasing adhesion is usually seen as an objective when applying crop protection products, while bouncing and shattering are seen as detrimental to spray retention. However, observation of drop impacts on barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) using high speed shadowgraphy shows that bouncing and fragmentation can occur in Cassie–Baxter as well as in Wenzel wetting regimes. In this last regime, a part of the drop may remain stuck on the surface, contributing to retention. Using simultaneous measurements of drop impacts with high speed imaging and of retention with fluorophotometry for spray mixtures on excised barley leaves using a Teejet 11003 nozzle at 0.2 MPa, it was observed that about 50% of the drops that fragmented in the Wenzel state remain on the horizontal leaf. Depending on the spray mixture, these impact outcomes accounted for 28–46% of retention, the higher contribution being correlated with bigger VMD (Volume Median Diameter). This contribution is not negligible and should be considered when modelling spray retention processes.

从当前Human Library发展现状出发,以人本视角为剖析角度,分析其运行中存在的问题并在此基础上提出相应的优化对策,以期Human Library的未来运行更加科学。     

基于城市现代有轨电车建设的环境影响分析——以沈阳有轨电车建设项目为例

指出了近年来随着城市的发展,人口和汽车数量不断增多,公共交通体系急需升级,轨道交通成为城市公交系统发展方向之一。以沈阳有轨电车项目为例进行了分析,根据典型路段预测了结果:在有轨电车最高运行时速情况下,距轨道中心线20m处,大部分路段均能满足2类功能区噪声标准要求,个别路段超标原因是本底噪声较大。有轨电车项目对噪声增加的贡献值较小,不会对噪声敏感点产生较大影响。     

建设项目环境影响评价的局限性问题

建设项目环境影响评价主要指项目实施后可能带来的负面环境影响预测、分析与评估,进而提出预防不良环境影响的有效措施,实现跟踪监测。但是目前我国建设项目环境影响仍具有一定局限性,只有充分认识到存在的问题,积极改进,才能发挥评价的真正作用。
