Summary Field experiments using two cultivars (Rooster and King Edward) were carried out between 2001 and 2003 to compare the efficacy
of the NegFry, Simphyt, ProPhy and Plant-Plus decision support systems (DSS) with routine 7-day fluazinam treatment for the control of potato late blight. Compared with
the routine control, the NegFry and SimPhyt programmes resulted in a 58-44% reduction in application frequency. The ProPhy
and Plant-Plus programmes resulted in more modest savings of between 10 and 25%. The date of disease onset was not significantly different
between routine programmes and DSS programmes irrespective of the cultivar. None of the DSS’s resulted in inferior foliage
blight control when compared with the routine application of fluazinam. DSS programmes generally out-yielded the routine treatment
but differences were not significant. All DSS programmes give equivalent tuber blight control to the routine programme even
with a very tuber blight susceptible cultivar. 相似文献

转基因技术的发展,促进了转基因生物(genetically modified organisms,GMO)的数量、多样性不断增加,给GMO检测工作提出了新的挑战,同时也促进了GMO检测方法的发展。GMO检测新方法突破了传统方法中一次只能分析一个靶目标的限制,新方法一次可以检测多个靶目标,向高通量检测的方向发展。作者对最新报道的GMO检测方法作一概述,主要包括实时荧光PCR多靶分析方法,锁式探针-基因芯片方法、液相芯片方法,多重PCR-毛细管电泳方法,生物发光检测方法,以及为GMO检测提供方法决策的支持系统(DSS、GMO示踪)等。 相似文献

This paper reviews literatures on Web geographic information system decision support system (Web GIS DSS), its development, and applications in irrigation water management. The purpose is to summarize and synthesize the most useful approach used in developing web applications for irrigation water management. It encompassed varieties of reports and publications for wider understanding of the topic. The review provides the concept, methodologies, and various uses of the applications. Critical analysis on the choice of structural framework and Graphical User Interface has been discussed. Among problems encountered during system development were: data management, security, user needs, etc. The use of Web GIS DSS is gaining more attention from Irrigation Engineers, System Developers, and Cartographers. Web GIS and especially the real-time capability can be of importance in solving many problems regarding irrigation water management. When system is well design, it can be safe, cheap, and maximize profit of any business. The future of development and application of web GIS applications were well discussed by presenting the latest technology in the systems development. There is need for standardization of some aspect of methodologies issues concerning information security and customization to ensure flexibility and viability.
