探讨不同浓度的藿香挥发油,黄柏生物碱对高温刺激下IEC-6细胞SOD、GSH-Px和MDA的影响。建立IEC-6细胞株的高温刺激模型,添加适宜浓度的藿香挥发油和黄柏生物碱.检测上述指标的变化。结果表明,高温刺激能显著降低IEC-6细胞增殖(P0.05);200g/mL的藿香挥发油和100g/mL的黄柏生物碱都能使高温刺激下IEC-6细胞SOD、GSH-Px水平极显著(P0.01)升高和降低;MDA含量极显著(P0.01)降低。结论:藿香挥发油和黄柏生物碱能显著改善高温刺激诱导的IEC-6细胞增殖、SOD、GSH-Px和MDA分泌的变化,提高细胞抗氧化能力。  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to assess the effects of four anesthetic protocols on normal canine brain uptake of 2‐deoxy‐2‐[18F]fluoro‐d ‐glucose (FDG) using positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT). Five clinically normal beagle dogs were anesthetized with (1) propofol/isoflurane, (2) medetomidine/pentobarbital, (3) xylazine/ketamine, and (4) medetomidine/tiletamine–zolazepam in a randomized cross‐over design. The standard uptake value (SUV) of FDG was obtained in the frontal, parietal, temporal and occipital lobes, cerebellum, brainstem and whole brain, and compared within and between anesthetic protocols using the Friedman test with significance set at P<0.05. Significant differences in SUVs were observed in various part of the brain associated with each anesthetic protocol. The SUV for the frontal and occipital lobes was significantly higher than in the brainstem in all dogs. Dogs receiving medetomidine/tiletamine–zolazepam also had significantly higher whole brain SUVs than the propofol/isoflurane group. We concluded that each anesthetic protocol exerted a different regional brain glucose uptake pattern. As a result, when comparing brain glucose uptake using PET/CT, one should consider the effects of anesthetic protocols on different regions of the glucose uptake in the dog's brain.  相似文献

新番35号以母本3071-2-①和来自意大利的品种REG多代选育而成的父本E30-3-①为亲本配制的加工番茄一代杂种。自封顶,早熟,全生育期92d(天),植株长势强,平均株高70cm,主茎6~8片叶现蕾,第3~5穗果封顶,5~7个有效分枝,嫩果淡绿色,成熟果实深红色,椭圆形,果顶平,果脐小,3心室居多,果肉色泽红,果形整齐,平均单果质量92g,果肉厚0.85cm,番茄红素150mg·kg-1(FW),可溶性固形物5.2%,平均每667m2产量6840kg,适宜新疆、内蒙古和甘肃露地栽培用于加工制酱。  相似文献

This study describes a successful method of somatic embryogenesis and genetic transformation using immature cotyledons of Prunus mume. Immature cotyledons from four different developmental stages of eight different P. mume cultivars were used for the experiments to optimize somatic embryogenesis and genetic transformation protocols. Somatic embryogenesis was induced when the explants were cultured on somatic embryo inducing medium consisting of MS basic medium supplemented with 1 μM 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) and 1 μM 6-benzyladenine (BA). They were cultured for 30 days and then transferred to somatic embryo propagation medium containing 0.1 μM α-naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA) and 5 μM BA. It appeared that the developmental stage of the immature cotyledons used as explants was the most important factor for somatic embryogenesis; higher frequencies of somatic embryogenesis were observed when the immature cotyledons were less than 5 mm in length regardless of cultivars. For genetic transformation, the immature cotyledons were inoculated with Agrobacterium tumefaciens EHA101 harbouring a binary plasmid vector with neomycin phosphotransferase II and an intron-interrupted β-glucuronidase gene under the control of cauliflower mosaic virus 35S promoter, and three transgenic plant lines were obtained from inoculated “Sirakaga” immature cotyledons. Transgenic somatic embryos and shoots were selected using 25 mg l−1 kanamycin. Integration of transgenes in the genome of GUS-positive putative transgenic shoots was confirmed by PCR and Southern blot analyses.  相似文献

Antibiosis has been shown to be an important mode of action by Trichoderma species used in the protection of grapevine pruning wounds from infection by trunk pathogens. The major active compound from Trichoderma isolates known to protect grapevine pruning wounds from trunk pathogen infection was isolated and identified. The compound, a 6‐pentyl‐α‐pyrone (6PP), was found to be the major secondary metabolite, by quantity, which accumulated in the culture filtrate of Tharzianum isolate T77 and the two Tatroviride isolates UST1 and UST2. Benzimidazole resistant mutants generated from these isolates also produced 6PP as their main secondary metabolite, except for a mutant of T77 that had lost its ability to produce 6PP. The isolates UST1 and UST2 were co‐cultured with the grapevine trunk pathogens Eutypa lata and Neofusicoccum parvum in a minimal defined medium and a grapevine cane‐based medium (GCBM). Co‐culturing UST1 with Nparvum induced 6PP production in the minimal defined medium and the GCBM. The production of 6PP by UST2 was induced in the GCBM, while co‐culturing with the two trunk pathogens either reduced or had no effect on 6PP production. Mycelial growth and ascospore/conidia germination of Elata, Naustrale, Nparvum and Phaeomoniella chlamydospora were inhibited by 6PP in a concentration‐dependent manner. The results show that the presence of Nparvum and grapevine wood elicits the production of 6PP, suggesting that this metabolite is involved in Trichoderma–pathogen interactions on grapevine pruning wounds.  相似文献

以黄色金针菇与白色金针菇为亲本,利用双单杂交方法构建杂交种,从F2代中筛选出白色金针菇优良品种川金5号,该品种保持了黄色金针菇早熟、菌柄基部无绒毛、不粘连、子实体弯曲度低、高产等特性;平均产量为1.012kg·袋^-1,较江山白菇和F21分别增产56.41%、104.32%,与黄色金针菇相比菌株产量差异不大;子实体菌柄基部无绒毛、不粘连,可食率达到84.1%,较江山白菇和F21分别高8.94%和11.24%,与黄色金针菇菌株“金丝”在可食率上差异不显著。  相似文献
