南方酸性红壤中有效磷含量低是限制大豆生产的不利因素之一,选育磷高效品种是最有效的途径。采用高、低磷土壤盆栽试验,利用冠干重、根干重、冠磷含量、根磷含量、植株磷吸收量、根长、根表面积、根体积、磷利用效率和磷吸收效率等10个性状对5个巴西大豆和11个由其与桂早1号育成品种的磷效率进行了评价,进一步利用主成分和隶属函数对19个大豆品种的磷效率做综合分析,结果发现,除巴西13号和巴西9号外,其他巴西大豆资源磷效率性状均优于桂早1号。由巴西大豆与桂早1号衍生育成的品种华夏5号、桂夏豆2号也优于其双亲,表现正向超亲遗传;衍生育成的品种华夏1号和华夏3号介于其双亲间;其余衍生育成的品种低于双亲,表现负向超亲遗传。结果表明大部分巴西大豆资源在磷效率性状方面存在明显优势,可在改良华南地区大豆品种的磷效率方面发挥作用。

The Brazilian apple leafroller, Bonagota salubricola (Meyrick, 1937) (Bonagota cranaodes) (Lepidoptera: Tortricidae), is one of the main pest problems in apple orchards is Brazil. The purpose of this work was to evaluate B. salubricola larval and pupal susceptibility to different species of entomopathogenic nematodes, isolated in Rio Grande do Sul state in Brazil, under laboratory and field (apple orchard) conditions. Bioassays for isolates selection and determination of lethal concentration were performed in tubes of 1.5 ml (eppendorf), each containing one B. salubricola third instar larvae and filter paper. Field experiments were performed in commercial orchard, with application of 100 infecting juveniles (IJs)/cm2 for each apple plant previously infected with five B. salubricola larvae covered with plastic trays containing thin cloth. Nematodes H. bacteriophora RS107 and H. bacteriophora RS57 had LC50 of 13 and 4.5 IJs/larvae (4.3 and 1.5 IJs/cm2), respectively. In the field, H. bacteriophora RS107 and H. bacteriophora RS57, applied with sorbitol as an adjuvant, reached 70.2 and 61.1% larval mortality, respectively. Plant species invasiveness is frequently associated with rapid proliferation and production of seeds that can persist in the soil for long periods of time. Leucaena leucocephala (Fabaceae) is an alien and invasive species, for example in Brazilian forest and savannah ecosystems. This study quantified the invasive potential of this species by analysing its seed rain (using seed collectors), seed longevity in the soil (stored in buried bags) and the germination capacity of the soil seedbank (by collecting soil samples in the study area). Our results showed that seed rain occurred throughout the year, although more intensely from July to September, with about 5500 seeds m?2 year?1 being released. The numbers of seeds in the buried bags diminished over time and intact seeds showed low germinability (approximately 15%), although their viability remained >80% of the recovered seeds after two years of in situ storage. The germinability of seeds collected directly from the soil was approximately 40%, indicating that more than half of the seeds of soil seedbank were dormant (physical dormancy). Leucaena leucocephala produces large numbers of seeds and is able to form a persistent short‐lived seedbank (viability 1–5 years). These factors may contribute significantly to its invasive potential, which makes it difficult to control this species once it becomes established. As control costs become higher over time, immediate public efforts are needed to counter this threat. 相似文献

The aim of this work was to investigate the influence of the organic matter on copper and lead adsorption in soils with different physiochemical and mineralogical attributes. Suspensions (pH 6.0) of a Latosol, a Neosol and a Vertisol containing increasing amounts of copper or lead were used to obtain sorption isotherms while identical experiments were carried out with the soils previously treated with H2O2 to remove organic matter (OM). For the undisturbed soils, L-type and H-type isotherms were predominant for copper and lead respectively, showing that lead interacts more strongly with adsorption sites. For both metals, the non-linear Freundlich adsorption model revealed higher concentration of adsorption sites for Vertisol due to 2:1 clays. For the OM-removed soils, C-type isotherms were observed for copper with the permanence of less stable and more homogeneous sites. For this metal, a high correlation (R2 = 0.997) was observed between the decrease of adsorbent sites and the loss of organic carbon, evidencing the central role of organic matter on copper complexation, while lead may be able to interact efficiently with both organic matter and soil minerals. 相似文献

Genipa americana L. (Rubiaceae) is a late successional neotropical fruit tree used in riparian forest restoration programs. We analyze the
effects of light availability and soil flooding on the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of G. americana seedlings under nursery and natural light conditions. Two light levels (full sunlight and shade), and two levels of soil
water (flooded and control) were used in the experiment. Flooding induced significant changes in the total seedling biomass
(P < 0.01). The differences among water treatments were 70 and 10% at full sunlight and shade, respectively. These changes were
explained by alterations in the maximum quantum efficiency of the photosystem 2 (Fv/Fm), light-saturated net photosynthetic rates (A
sat) and intrinsic water use efficiency (WUE). G. americana has high physiological plasticity in relation to the light availability and flooding, although significant interactive effects
between high light exposure and soil flooding were observed in several photosynthetic and growth variables. The results highlight
the importance of the synergistic effects between physical environmental variables on the establishment and growth of G. americana seedlings. In the practical point of view we can indicate that, in degraded riparian forests subjected to soil flooding,

Three production systems (robusta coffee, cattle pastures and swidden agriculture), all associated with trees, have provided a strategy for regional development in the Ecuadorian Amazon. Feedback from more than 250 on-farm demonstrations, project evaluations and visitors have all contributed to strengthening the ability of the Ecuadorean Ministry of Agriculture's Forestry Directorate to provide colonists and indigenous groups with management guidelines for low-input sustainable agroforestry production. The existing market for 20 fastgrowing native tree species presents an opportunity for the diversification of farm income (currently dependent on robusta coffee) and for the development of a forest industrial base.The collective area of land owned and operated by these small holders constitutes a national resource and a Collective Forest Estate that can be individually managed. Epidemiological aspects of Babesia vogeli infection were studied in the canine population of a rural town located in the Brazilian “Drought Polygon” of the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil. The survey was carried out in March 2003, when 505 dogs were identified and their characteristics registered on appropriate forms. Blood samples were collected at this time and again in June, September and December 2003. Serum samples were tested by the indirect fluorescent antibody test (IFAT) to detect antibodies against B. vogeli. The prevalence of anti-B. vogeli antibodies was 18.8%; however, no correlations were found between prevalence of infection and the age or gender of the animals. Cross-bred dogs presented a higher chance of acquiring infection in comparison to pure-bred dogs. Significant differences concerning the incidence of the disease were found during the period April–June in comparison to other months, demonstrating that transmission of B. vogeli is related to seasonal variations of tick infestations. The results indicate that climatic factors within the semiarid area interfere directly in the epidemiology of canine babesiosis. 相似文献

Baccharis dracunculifolia (Asteraceae), the most important plant source of the Brazilian green propolis (GPE), displayed in vitro activity against Leishmania donovani, with an IC50 value of 45 µg/mL, while GPE presented an IC50 value of 49 µg/mL. Among the isolated compounds of B. dracunculifolia, ursolic acid, and hautriwaic acid lactone showed IC50 values of 3.7 µg/mL and 7.0 µg/mL, respectively. Uvaol, acacetin, and ermanin displayed moderate antileishmanial activity. Regarding the antiplasmodial assay against Plasmodium falciparum, BdE and GPE gave similar IC50 values (about 20 µg/mL), while Hautriwaic acid lactone led to an IC50 value of 0.8 µg/mL (D6 clone). 相似文献
