为分析真菌对东北白桦木材化学成分的影响,有效的防治白桦木材变色,本研究对2种变色真菌引起的变色白桦木材A、B、C的化学成分进行了分析,结果表明,变色木材中的木素、a-纤维素含量基本未变,半纤维素含量降低。而聚戊糖由16.83%,分别降低到15.31%、15.31%及15.51%,通过冷热水、1%氢氧化钠、苯醇抽提物分析可见,4种抽提物含量增加明显,表明低分子化合物及糖类、可溶性无机盐等是变色真菌的营养源。对真菌间作用的分析结果表明,2种变色真菌间存在竞争关系,由此可以寻求防治变色的一条新途——生物防变色。 相似文献

基于响应曲面法探究了马来酸酐浓度、四硼酸钠浓度和溶液静置时间对糠醇处理材吸湿性的影响。结果表明:(1)各因素对糠醇处理材吸湿性的影响程度为:四硼酸钠浓度>马来酸酐浓度>溶液静置时间。其中,四硼酸钠浓度和马来酸酐浓度具有显著性影响,且两者交互作用对吸湿率影响较大;溶液静置时间的影响不显著。(2)糠醇处理材的吸湿率随马来酸酐浓度增大,呈现先降低后升高的趋势;而四硼酸钠浓度增加,糠醇溶液虽然储存稳定性提高,但导致处理材吸湿性增大。(3)优化工艺条件为:马来酸酐浓度3.02%,四硼酸钠浓度1.03%,溶液静置时间3.8h。吸湿率的预测值与实验值误差约1%,预测效果较好。 相似文献

针对牙齿组织形态学研究的难点,选择适宜固定液,用EDTA-2Na进行脱钙,完成了牙齿组织石蜡切片的制作。通过确定染色程序及各种染料的最佳作用时间,分别利用Masson三色染色法、传统的苏木精和伊红(HE)染色法对牙齿组织切片进行了染色观察。染色结果表明,与HE染色法相比,Masson三色染色更能使牙齿的各主要成分以不同颜色显现出来,色彩对比鲜明,亮丽润眼,为牙齿组织生理及病理组织形态学研究奠定了基础。针对机体中硬组织的相似特性,该试验方法可以在骨骼、软骨等硬组织的形态学研究中参考、改进并推广使用。 相似文献

Mitigation of nitrous oxide (N2O) emission from swine wastewater treatment was demonstrated in an aerobic bioreactor packed with carbon fibers (CF reactor). The CF reactor had a demonstrated advantage in mitigating N2O emission and avoiding NOx (NO3 + NO2) accumulation. The N2O emission factor was 0.0003 g N2O‐N/gTN‐load in the CF bioreactor compared to 0.03 gN2O‐N/gTN‐load in an activated sludge reactor (AS reactor). N2O and CH4 emissions from the CF reactor were 42 g‐CO2 eq/m3/day, while those from the AS reactor were 725 g‐CO2 eq/m3/day. The dissolved inorganic nitrogen (DIN) in the CF reactor removed an average of 156 mg/L of the NH4‐N, and accumulated an average of 14 mg/L of the NO3‐N. In contrast, the DIN in the AS reactor removed an average 144 mg/L of the NH4‐N and accumulated an average 183 mg/L of the NO3‐N. NO2‐N was almost undetectable in both reactors. 相似文献

ABSTRACTThe goal of this study was to demonstrate how synchrotron-based X-ray fluorescence microscopy (XFM) can be used to better understand the mechanisms of copper tolerance in wood decay fungi. Copper is a major component in commercial wood preservatives as it is toxic to many wood decay fungi. However, certain fungi are copper tolerant and can attack preservative-treated wood, resulting in structural damage to treated wood members. Here we used large-field XFM to visualize six different elements (K, Ca, Mn, Fe, Cu, and Zn) in the mycelia and wood inoculated with four different species of brown rot wood decay fungi. Wood blocks were partially dipped into a solution of copper sulfate, exposed to fungi in malt extract agar petri dish assays for nine weeks, and then imaged and compared to blocks that were partially dipped in water. The blocks were imaged immediately adjacent to an end-matched control that was placed in malt extract agar petri dish assays for 9 weeks, but not exposed to the fungi so that the differences in the elemental distributions could be directly compared. The colonized wood and mycelia were rich in K, Ca, Mn, and Fe; however, the elements and the spatial distribution in the mycelia and wood differed across fungal species. The most interesting results were the maps showing the copper distribution. While three of the four fungi grew on the copper-rich region of the wood, only one species, Fibroporia radiculosa, dramatically reduced the copper concentration in the region of fungal growth. 相似文献

The effect of intermittent heat treatment on cellulose crystallites in wood was studied to evaluate quantitatively the changes of crystallinity induced by intermittent and continuous heating. The changes in crystallinity were found to be strongly affected by the intermittent heat treatment. The increased crystallinity, the width of the crystals, and the piezoelectric properties were the same for the first intermittent heating as for continuous heating. Further intermittent heating for the same time duration and temperature had no effect on the above properties, probably due to the stopping of the thermal reaction during the interval. Our results suggested that intermittent heat treatment has certain critical cooling temperatures that stop the thermal reaction and are closely related to the duration of the interval. Samples once exposed to a certain duration of heat treatment and then cooled need more time, about twice that of the first duration of intermittent heating compared with continuous heating, to reach maximum crystallinity in wood cellulose. 相似文献
