为深入探究不同品种玉米产量的差异,本试验以MC670、农华101、农华5号和农华106为试验材料,对其产量及产量构成因素进行分析。结果表明:农华5号表现最好,亩穗数最多出苗率最高,分别为5188个和98.5 %,较其他均增加1.3 % ~ 2.67 %;籽粒含水量最低,为24.33 %,较其他减少1.14 % ~ 3.07 %;穗籽粒干重为199 g,较其他增加3.1 % ~ 12.6 %;穗粒数为563粒,较农华101增加9.7 %;百粒重为35.3 g,较其他增加2.4 % ~ 17.4 %;亩产量最高,为1031.5 kg,较其他增加5.8 % ~ 14.6 %。因此,农华5号可作为高产品种在当地推广种植。  相似文献

筛选出了适合于桃品种‘北农早艳’茎尖(0.2 mm 和0.5 mm)培养的培养基为:G培养基附加 IBA 0.25 mg/L+BA 0.5 mg/L+GA_3 1.0 mg/L+LH 500.0 mg/L。茎尖用聚氨酯海绵作支撑物的液体培养比琼脂培养成活率高2~5倍,且生长迅速。获得了0.2 mm 长茎尖的生根植株。  相似文献

以磨盘柿为试材,研究不同液浸处理对冰温贮藏(-0.5~-0.2)℃柿果涩味转变、品质及生理指标的影响。结果表明:在冰温条件下,用2%浓度的NaCl溶液贮藏磨盘柿,可使果实的乙醇含量在贮藏30~45 d内急剧增加,促进可溶性单宁的降低,在贮藏45 d时达到完全脱涩,并可有效延缓果实硬度的下降,具有脱涩和保脆的双重作用,同时可保持相对较高的可溶性固形物和可滴定酸含量,抑制贮藏后期果实丙二醛和膜相对电导率的增加,减缓果实的衰老进程。  相似文献

超高效液相色谱测定猪配合饲料中苯乙醇胺A的研究   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:1  
研究建立了超高效液相色谱(ultra performance liquid chromatography,UPLC)—二极管阵列检测器(PDA)测定配合饲料中苯乙醇胺A的方法。通过应用0.1%甲酸甲醇溶液提取、混合阳离子固相萃取净化及样品基质校正外标定量方法进行测量。在优化条件下,苯乙醇胺A在0.1~20.0 mg/kg浓度范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数(R2)达到0.9945;在1.0、5.0、10.0 mg/kg等不同添加浓度下,方法回收率高于90.36%,变异系数低于5.98%;方法检测限为0.06 mg/kg,定量限为0.10 mg/kg。结果表明,该方法灵敏度高、精密度好、准确可靠且操作简单,能够满足配合饲料中苯乙醇胺A的测定需要。  相似文献

Objective To determine whether predictable alveolar concentrations of sevoflurane are reliably produced in dogs when liquid sevoflurane is injected into closed circuit breathing systems, as calculated by Lowe's square‐root‐of‐time anaesthetic uptake model, and to confirm the validity of the model using soda lime and calcium hydroxide lime. Study design Prospective clinical study. Animals Eleven healthy dogs with a mean body mass of 34 ± 9 kg scheduled for pelvic limb orthopaedic surgery. Materials and methods Following pre‐anaesthetic medication, anaesthesia was induced with propofol and maintained with sevoflurane in a closed circle system. Epidural anaesthesia was performed with morphine and bupivacaine. Liquid sevoflurane was injected into the circuit by syringe, using dosages and time intervals derived from Lowe's square‐root‐of‐time anaesthetic uptake model. The target alveolar concentration chosen was 1.1 × MAC (2.6% end‐tidal sevoflurane). Either soda lime (group S; n = 6) or calcium hydroxide lime (Amsorb; group A; n = 5) were used for CO2 absorption. Sevoflurane concentration and the respiratory gas composition were measured with an infrared gas analyser. Results End‐tidal sevoflurane concentrations were close to the predicted value of 2.6% at 9 minutes (2.53 ± 0.1% group S; 2.60 ± 0.26% group A) and 16 minutes (2.55 ± 0.30 group S; 2.52 ± 0.28% group A) but declined thereafter to reach 50% (group S) and 64% (group A) of the predicted value at 121 minutes. There was a constant trend towards higher end‐tidal sevoflurane concentrations in group A but the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusions The square‐root‐of‐time model leads to significantly lower alveolar concentrations than expected, suggesting that the rate of sevoflurane uptake in dogs declines less rapidly than predicted. The use of Amsorb tends to reduce the deviation from predicted concentrations. Clinical relevance The model used in this study provided only an approximate guide to the volume of liquid sevoflurane required. Consequently, the definitive dose schedule must be based on measured anaesthetic concentrations and clinical monitoring.  相似文献

建立了测定猪血浆及肝脏、肾脏、肌肉等组织中的喹赛多及其代谢物脱二氧喹赛多的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法.血浆样用甲醇沉淀蛋白后离心取上清液进样测定.组织样先用乙腈匀浆,用正己烷脱脂后作HPLC检测.色谱柱为ODS C18柱;流动相血浆样测定为乙腈水(2080),组织样测定为甲醇水(4258),流速为1.0 mL/min;紫外检测波长305 nm.药物工作液质量浓度范围为0.005~0.500 mg/L时,血浆样品及组织样品测定条件下药物质量浓度与响应值均具良好线性关系,相关系数>0.999.血浆中药物质量浓度为0.02、0.10、0.50 mg/L时,喹赛多及脱二氧喹赛多的回收率均大于70%,组织中药物含量为0.05、0.20、1.00μg/g时,肌肉样品的回收率均大于70%,肝脏、肾脏样品则为50%~80%.本试验条件下,喹赛多及其脱二氧代谢物的最低检出质量浓度,血浆样品分别为0.01、0.02mg/L,组织样品2种检测物均为0.025μg/g.测定了工作液3种质量浓度0.01、0.05、0.25 mg/L的仪器精密度,日内相对偏差<8.0%,日间相对偏差<17.0%.  相似文献

为了建立中药材板蓝根中精氨酸的含量测定方法,采用色谱柱为ZORBAXSB-Aq(5μm,4.6×250mm),柱温30℃,以水-三氟醋酸(100∶0.2)为流动相,流速0.3mL/min;蒸发光散射检测器检测,漂移管温度110℃,载气流量2.5L/min。结果显示,线性方程为Logm=0.62630·LogA-2.29056,相关系数R=0.9996,表明精氨酸在0.2μg^1.6μg范围内线性关系良好。平均加样回收率为100.5%,RSD=1.4%(n=9)。表明该方法简便准确,重复性好。  相似文献

The pharmacokinetics of tylosin were investigated in 3 groups of ducks (n = 6). They received a single dose of tylosin (50 mg/kg) by intravenous (IV), intramuscular (IM), and oral administrations, respectively. Plasma samples were collected at various time points to 24 hr post-administration to evaluate tylosin concentration over time. Additionally, tylosin residues in tissues and its withdrawal time were assessed using 30 ducks which received tylosin orally (50 mg/kg) once daily for 5 consecutive days. After IV administration, the volume of distribution, elimination half-life, area under the plasma concentration–time curve, and the total body clearance were 7.07 ± 1.98 L/kg, 2.04 hr, 19.47 µg hr/ml, and 2.82 L hr−1 kg−1, respectively. After IM and oral administrations, the maximum plasma concentrations were 3.70 and 2.75 µg/ml achieved at 1 and 2 hr, and the bioavailability was 93.95% and 75.77%, respectively. The calculated withdrawal periods of tylosin were 13, 8, and 5 days for kidney, liver, and muscle, respectively. For the pharmacodynamic profile, the minimum inhibitory concentration for tylosin against M. anatis strain 1,340 was 1 µg/ml. The calculated optimal oral dose of tylosin against M. anatis in ducks based on the ex vivo pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic modeling was 61 mg kg−1 day−1.  相似文献

Although single layer centrifugation (SLC) selects robust spermatozoa from stallion semen, the effect of individual variation has not been studied in detail. The objective of this study was to determine the variation among stallions in the effects of SLC on sperm quality during cooled storage for up to 48 hr. Semen samples from seven stallions (18 ejaculates) were split, with one portion being used for SLC and the other serving as a control (CON). Sperm quality (kinematics, reactive oxygen species (ROS) production, membrane integrity (MI) and chromatin integrity) were analysed at 0, 24 and 48 hr using computer-assisted sperm analysis and flow cytometry. Sperm quality was better in SLC than in CON at all timepoints, especially chromatin integrity and MI (p < .0001 for both), and some categories of ROS production (e.g. proportion of live hydrogen peroxide negative spermatozoa, p < .0001), but the degree of improvement varied among stallions and type of ROS (p < .05–p < .0001). Total and progressive motility were also better in SLC samples than in CON at 24 and 48 hr (p < .0001), although the effect on sperm kinematics varied. The interaction of treatment, time and stallion was not significant. In conclusion, sperm quality was better in SLC samples than in CON, although there was considerable individual variation among stallions. The improvement in sperm quality, particularly in chromatin integrity, was clearly beneficial, and therefore the use of this technique would be warranted for all stallion semen samples.  相似文献
