坡耕地地表糙度的量测与计算

在回顾了地表糙度的测量和计算方法后,经实验证实,Brough D L,Linden D R和Van Doren D M等人提出的糙度测量和计算方法,均能满足黄土高原坡耕地人为耕作管理形成的微地形特征的研究需求。     

Growth pattern and partial proteome of Mycobacterium avium subsp. paratuberculosis during the stress response to hypoxia and nutrient starvation

Mycobacterium avium subsp. paratuberculosis is an important pathogen that causes Johne's disease in animals and has been implicated in Crohn's disease in man yet few data exist on its physiological adaptation in either the host or the environment. In this study, the proteomic responses of the two distinct strains of M. a. paratuberculosis, cattle (C) and sheep (S), to hypoxia and starvation were studied in vitro. Nutrient starvation inhibited growth of both strains and was lethal for S strain after 12 weeks. Hypoxia induced a state of very low metabolic activity but rapid resuscitation occurred upon restoration of an aerobic atmosphere, consistent with the dormancy response of other mycobacteria. A total of 55 protein spots differentially expressed in response to starvation and/or hypoxic stress in one or both strains were identified from 2D gels and classified based on biological function. Antioxidant enzymes, oxidoreducatse enzymes and proteins involved in amino acid metabolism, fatty acid metabolism, ATP and purine biosynthesis, proteolysis, cell wall synthesis, protein synthesis, signal recognition and hypothetical proteins with putative functions including dormancy response regulators and universal stress proteins were identified. These proteins are potential screening targets for future diagnosis, prevention and control of M. a. paratuberculosis infection and their identification will assist understanding the pathogenesis of diseases caused by this organism.     

玫瑰花再制奶酪的研制

本研究充分利用云南省丰富的玫瑰资源,在再制奶酪基础上,添加含有功能活性物质的玫瑰花发酵液与玫瑰花瓣,研制出方便携带且适合国人口味的压片式再制甜奶酪。通过测定发酵玫瑰花中的活性物质,确定玫瑰花的适宜发酵时间;以感官评分为指标,筛选添加剂的合适添加量;在单因素的基础上应用响应面优化发酵工艺;通过测定产品的理化、卫生指标,评估产品质量。结果表明:当玫瑰花发酵至第6天活性物质含量较高;添加12%脱脂奶、3.5%黄油、12%白糖、2%复合磷酸盐、0.5%黄原胶时,产品的感官评分较高;经优化得到当搅拌温度为87℃、玫瑰花发酵液添加量为20%、发酵玫瑰花添加量为6.5%时,产品感官评分较高(80.84分),与预测值接近;理化和微生物指标检测结果显示,本产品的脂肪、水分含量及酵母菌和霉菌数、菌落总数、大肠菌群数均符合标准。     

卵巢表皮上皮的生物学特性及其细胞培养

将近90%以上的恶性卵巢癌发生于覆盖在卵巢表面的单层上皮细胞——卵巢表皮上皮(ovarian surface epithelium,OSE),将其称之为卵巢表皮癌。由于先前研究人员未找到合适的动物模型,卵巢表皮上皮细胞的培养方法在近期才得以确立。作者旨在于总结卵巢表皮上皮的生物学特性及其细胞培养方法和不同物种间卵巢表皮上皮特性的变化。     

Phenotypes Including Immunocompetence in Scavenging Local Chicken Ecotypes in Tanzania

A study was conducted to determine the variations in physical characters and immunocompetence among scavenging local chicken ecotypes in Tanzania. Eighty-four adult scavenging local chickens from four eco-climatic regions of Tanzania were studied. Measurements of adult body weight, body length, shank length and egg weight and observations of plumage colour and pattern, earlobe colour, skin colour and the shape of the comb were conducted. The antibody response to sheep red blood cells, serum haemolytic complement and the cutaneous response to phytohaemagglutinin-P were assessed. Five ecotypes were identified and named Mbeya, Morogoro-medium, Ching'wekwe, Kuchi and Singamagazi. Singamagazi and Kuchi were significantly heavier, with longer shanks and heavier eggs than the other ecotypes. The average adult body weight for males ranged from 1621 g (Mbeya) to 2915 g (Singamagazi). Average female weights ranged from 1108 g (Morogoro-medium) to 2020 g (Singamagazi). Mean egg weights ranged from 37.65 g (Ching'wekwe) to 45.61 (Singamagazi). The Kuchi had mostly rose and walnut combs, while the other ecotypes were mostly single combed. In each ecotype there were chickens with a high or low antibody response to red blood cells, but there was a significant difference between the ecotypes.     

氟罗沙星表面等离子共振生物传感器的开发研究

研究利用表面等离子共振生物传感器（SPR）检测氟罗沙星标准品的检测条件,绘制标准曲线,为实际检测提供依据。试验中采用氨基偶联法对芯片（SM5）活化及固定氟罗沙星-OVA偶联物,对抗原在芯片表面的固定条件及抗体浓度的选择进行优化。结果表明,芯片活化及抗原固定时,选用pH 4.5的醋酸缓冲液及50 mmol/L氟罗沙星-OVA偶联物可以得到较理想的固定响应值;试验中绘制标准曲线的最低检测限为1 ng/mL,检测范围为0～20 ng/mL。抗体1∶400稀释时可达到较低的检测限,为实际样品检测提供检测依据。
