研究了不同播种密度与小麦地上部伸长节间大维管束系统和穗部生产力之间的关系。结果表明:不同播种密度显著影响地上部伸长节间大维管束发达程度(大维管束数目和横截面积)和穗部生产力,其发达程度与穗部生产力呈显著正相关。播种密度的差异显著影响地上伸长节间茎壁厚度、节间长度和粗度及茎高,从而影响到小麦的抗倒能力。同时,不同播种密度也显著影响单位面积穗数、单穗结实粒数、单穗重及经济产量。 相似文献

As a retrotransposon, TOS17 was a useful tool for rice genetic and functional genomic research. To ascertain the feasibility of constructing a TOS17 insertion mutation library in the rice cultivar Shishoubaimao, the genetic and expression characteristics of TOS17 were analyzed. We made solid and suspension tissue cultures and confirmed the copy numbers of TOS17 at different time points in both tissue culture processes by real-time quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR). Three primary copies of TOS17 were detected in naturally grown Shishoubaimao. TOS17 was activated by tissue culture, and the copy numbers of TOSI7 increased along with a prolonged tissue culture time in both the Nipponbare and the Shishoubaimao cultivars. Therefore, Shishoubaimao is a potential candidate for constructing a TOS17 insertion mutant library. Compared with Nipponbare, TOS17 was more active in Shishoubaimao during tissue culture. Higher copy numbers of TOS17 were obtained with the suspension tissue culture process than with the solid tissue culture process over the same time courses. We concluded that 3-4 months of suspension tissue culture time is suitable for constructing a TOS17 insertion mutant library in Shishoubaimao. 相似文献

选用玉米品种郑单958为试验材料,设置不添加碳酸钙(CK)、每千克土添加0.3g碳酸钙(Ca-0.3)和0.5g碳酸钙(Ca-0.5)3个碳酸钙处理,以相应处理未种植物土壤为非根际对照土壤,研究了碳酸钙和根际作用对酸性红壤磷酸酶活性及解磷微生物相关功能基因phoC和phoD丰度的影响。结果表明:碳酸钙添加能有效改善玉米生长,促进地上部氮、磷、钾和钙的吸收。土壤酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活性显著高于碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性,表明酸性土壤中ACP在矿化有机磷方面占主导地位。根际土壤ACP、ALP活性和phoD基因拷贝数均显著高于非根际,而仅Ca-0.5处理ALP活性和phoD基因拷贝数显著高于CK,说明根际效应强于碳酸钙处理。phoC基因拷贝数与土壤铵态氮、硝态氮含量存在显著相关性,ALP活性和phoD基因拷贝数与土壤pH及铵态氮、硝态氮、有效磷、交换性钙含量均存在显著相关性。可见,碳酸钙和根际作用均影响酸性土壤解磷微生物功能和丰度,但根际效应更加明显,这些作用与土壤理化因子的改变密切相关。 相似文献

Establishment of ornamental and aesthetic plants in hot, arid conditions of India is difficult due to the prevailing climatic, edaphic and biotic factors. Effect of turfgrass on the growth of ornamental plants in hot arid conditions has not been studied so far anywhere in the world. A study was conducted on the campus of Arid Forest Research Institute, Jodhpur, India to assess the performance of a few ornamental plant species in combination with turfgrass and without turfgrass with respect to different soil tilling intervals. Growth of plants was better with turfgrass than without turfgrass. We suggest adopting a soil tilling interval of 30 days to achieve optimum growth of ornamental plant species in terms of height and crown diameter. Our results can help reduce labor costs and achieving better landscapes in fewer days in hot urban conditions of Indian sub continent. 相似文献

Summary The number of effective factors controlling the inheritance of a quantitative character can be estimated by analysis of F3 lines where the parental lines are homozygous. The procedure is illustrated with data from a study of pod length inheritance in common bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.). The mean pod length of Sprite, the parent with longer pods, was compared statistically with the means of F3 progenies derived from F2 plants obtained from the appropriate tail of the F2 frequency distribution for pod length. The data indicate that analysis of F3 progenies avoids much of the underestimation of the effective factor number which is characteristic of other procedures. The meiotic behaviour of 13 spontaneous interspecific F1 hybrids of Amaranthus was studied. The hybrids between species with n= 16 chromosomes had 16 bivalents but varied considerably in pollen stainability (0–55%). These results suggest the existence of cryptic structural hybridity. The hybrids involving A. cruentus (n = 17) and species with n = 16 (A. caudatus and A. quitensis) always formed 15II+1 III with very low pollen stainability (5–7%). Further observations indicated that Amaranthus species are allotetraploids with basic numbers of x= 8 and x= 9 but exhibit x= 16 and x= 17 as secondary basic numbers, as demonstrated by (a) the frequent presence of 811 + 171 in the meiosis of the hybrid A. spinosus (n = 17) × A. hybridus (n= 16); and the occurrence of secondary associations between bivalents in MI.
