基于OPC技术的仿真机评分系统的实现

在不考虑激励函数有界，可微和单调的情况下，利用Lyapunov泛函方法，得到了时滞Hopfield神经网络模型的平衡点存在性和全局渐近稳定性的新准则. 研究结果改进和推广了以前相关文献的结果.     

以纯滞后时间为参变量的根轨迹新性质

文献［1］得到一组以纯滞后时间为参变量的根轨迹性质，但在确定根轨迹穿越虚轴的方向、根轨迹的终止点和根轨迹的渐近线的过程中存在错误。本文提出计算根轨迹出射角和入射角的方法，并对文献［1］中存在的错误进行修正。利用根轨迹的性质，可以确定闭环系统的时滞稳定区间。

对两寡头厂商2元市场用完全信息动态博弈的方法分析了实施三度价格歧视情形和统一定价情形的均衡产量，均衡价格和均衡总收益，并研究了这两种情形三个指标之间的关系.结果显示，在两个子市场的需求函数为线性需求的条件下，统一定价的市场均衡产量等于歧视定价的市场均衡产量；统一定价的均衡价格是歧视定价时两个子市场均衡价格的加权平均；统一定价的市场均衡总收益小于歧视定价的市场均衡总收益.

研究了具有强迫项的ｎ项非线性时滞微分方程的解的振动性与渐近性，获得了某些充分条件，在这些条件下，如ｎ为偶数，方程的所有解振动：如ｎ为奇数，方程的每个解或者振动，或者趋于零，对文（１－２）中的定理作了较大的改进。     

基于蚁群优化的单路口交通模糊控制的研究

本文提出了一种基于蚁群优化的控制方法，应用蚁群算法进行相序优化，确定通行相位，并且结合模糊控制的优点，确定该通行相位的有效绿灯时间。仿真结果表明，本文给出的控制方案和优化算法适应能力较强，在相序相对稳定的前提下，单交叉路口的平均车辆延误更少。     

Use of Plant Growth Regulators in Blueberry Production in the Southeastern U.S.

Abstract

Blueberry (Vaccinium sp.) production has expanded rapidly in the Southeastern U.S. over the past two decades, and various production problems have been encountered. These problems include poor pollination, low fruit set, freeze damage, variable yields, and small fruit size among others. Plant growth regulators (PGRs) have been utilized to overcome some production problems with some degree of success. This paper reviews findings of research that has been conducted over the past few years with PGRs and blueberries in the Southeast.

Real-Time Strategies for the Fire Alarm Information System Based on Internet

According to the reality of the development of fire alarm system in our country, this paper offers a fire alarm information system based on Internet. Being different with the way of normal router in transmitting all data packages fairly, a new dispatch algorithm is put forward, which can identify different data packages of demanding different real-time performance and transmit the data packages of demanding high real-time performance by jumping queue intelligently. That decreases warning time delay and improves the dependability of important data transmitted by router. A new kind of method is proposed to satisfy a high real-time system at a low cost.
