Role of gap junction in pentylenetetrazol-induced epilepsy in rats

AIM: To study the role of gap junction(GJ) in the pathogenesis of epilepsy. METHODS: The expression of connexin(Cx) 32 and Cx43 was evaluated in penlylenetetrazol(PTZ)-induced epilepsy rats at different time points with immunohistochemistry and real-time RT-PCR. The uncoupler of gap junction,carbenoxolone (CBX), and anti-epilepsy drug,carbamazepine (CBZ), were introduced to investigate the role of gap junction in epilepsy. RESULTS: The expression of Cx32 in the cortex and hippocampus of rats increased 2 h after PTZ administration, and was more obvious 8 h later, so was the expression of Cx43. CBX not only notably inhibited the expression of Cx32 and Cx43, but also suppressed the seizures. CBZ had no obvious effect on Cx32/43 expression. Real-time RT-PCR examination showed that the level of Cx32 mRNA went up rapidly 2 h after seizures, and began to decrease 10 h later. The level of Cx43 mRNA in PTZ group was higher than that in control group from 2 h to 5 h. CBX inhibited both the seizures and the increase in the mRNA expression of Cx32/43, while CBZ only suppressed the seizures and did not affect the expression of Cx32/43. CONCLUSION: GJ between neurons is reinforced after epileptic activities and takes part in the pathophysiological mechanism of synchronization and epilepsy. CBZ has no effect on the expression of Cx32 and Cx43, indicating that the anti-epileptic mechanism of CBZ is independent of GJ.

民俗主题园公众参与性评价方法初探

以民俗主题因为代表的民俗旅游近年来才逐渐兴起,而针对民俗主题园评价体系的研究就更少.现结合民俗旅游参与性强的特点,主要从公众参与性角度来设计建立评价体系,不论是评价因子,还是权重值的确定,完全由游客打分来计算,运用模糊综合法设计评价体系建立的方案,并通过实践检验结果来确认评价系统的科学性与正确性.对民俗主题园评价体系建立的方法进行初步探索,以期探寻能客观度量民俗主题园的方法.     

Expression of natural killer cell stimulatory receptor NKG2D and its ligand MICA in Tibetan patients with gastric cancer at Qinghai plateau

AIM: To investigate the expression of natural killer cell stimulation receptor D(NKG2D) in peripheral blood and the expression of major histocompatibility complex class I chain-related protein A(MICA) on the gastric carcinoma tissue and the neighboring non-cancerous tissue in Tibetan patients with gastric cancer at Qinghai plateau. METHODS: Samples of 33 patients and 20 healthy persons were collected to detect NKG2D in peripheral blood by Flow cytometry analysis. The expressions of MICA in part of the correspondent tissues were examined by RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry.RESULTS: The expression of NKG2D in the plateau of Tibetan patients with gastric cancer group (13.47 ±5.26)% was significantly lower than that in healthy groups (32.62±10.08)%. The mRNA level of MICA in gastric cancer was significantly higher than that in neighboring non-cancerous tissue (P<0.05). The expressions of MICA proteins showed a significant difference between the neighboring non-cancerous tissue (21.21%, 7/33) and the gastric carcinoma tissue (78.79%, 26/33), between the high differentiation (60.00%, 3/5) and the moderate (72.73%, 8/11), low differentiation (88.24%, 15/17). The expressions of MICA were not correlated with tumor size, sex, age, lymph node metastasis of the patients (P>0.05). Spearman rank correlation displayed that the expressions of MICA mRNA were positively correlated with the MICA protein level (r=0.903, P<0.01).CONCLUSION: The immune escape in Tibetan patients with gastric cancer at Qinghai plateau probably relates to the down-regulation of NKG2D and the up-regulation of its ligand MICA. The activity of NK cells and the anti-cancer cellular immunity level are descending in the plateau of Tibetan patients with gastric cancer. The decrease in the receptor NKG2D is a reason for the activity of NK cell descending.     

早熟马铃薯新品种洛马铃薯8号的选育

洛马铃薯8号由“中薯3号x秦芋30号”杂交选育而成。早熟,生育期66d,休眠期中等,51d左右。薯块卵圆形,黄皮黄肉,薯皮光滑,芽眼浅,薯块较整齐,平均单株薯块数2．5个,单薯质量104．72g,商品薯率94．46％,淀粉含量13．6％,VC含量24．4m~100g,蛋白质2．70％,还原糖含量0．19％,较抗病毒病和晚疫病．667m2产量1302．04kg以上,适宜中原二季作区春秋两季种植。     

三种香料蔬菜的营养及挥发性物质分析

对百里香、罗勒、龙蒿草3种香料蔬菜的营养物质含量及挥发性化学物质成分进行了分析,并与普通蔬菜的文献值进行比较。结果表明:3种香料蔬菜的蛋白质、碳水化合物及无机营养元素钙、铁、锌和硒、维生素C含量比普通蔬菜高,而脂肪、胡萝卜素含量与普通蔬菜相比无明显差异。     

中华蚊母新病害鉴定及防治技术研究

运用柯赫氏法则对中华蚊母上发生的一种病害进行了验证,并在室内培养基上测试了4种常用杀菌剂(75％百菌清WP、80％多菌灵WP、70％代森锰锌WP和250 g/L阿米西达)对该病原菌的抑菌效果.结果表明:该病害为中华蚊母叶部的一种新病害;初步定为中华蚊母炭疽病,病原菌为半知菌亚门刺盘孢属的胶孢炭疽菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporioids).4种杀菌剂中,以75％百菌清WP抑菌效果最好,80％多菌灵WP和250 g/L阿米西这次之,70％代森锰锌WP最差.     

浅谈“绿葬”的主要形式及其植物配置

随着中西方墓园形式的趋于生态化和人们思想观念的转化。"绿葬"作为一种新型的丧葬形式逐渐为人们所接受与应用,并迅速发展,前景良好。现对"绿葬"的概念和形式做以简要介绍,列举了树葬、鲜花葬、草坪葬等绿葬形式在墓园规划设计中的具体应用方法,对此种新型丧葬形式的发展前景作出了简要分析,并详细阐述了各种形式在规划设计中植物种类的选择和配置,以期对现代生态墓园建设提供参考和有意义的启示。     

百合品种IRAP指纹图谱构建

IRAP（inter—retrotransposon amplified polymorphism）是一种基于反转录转座子的分子标记技术。文章参考烟草中的反转录转座子Tnt1的LTR保守区域设计引物,对52个百合品种进行IRAP扩增,共扩增出165条多态性带,每个品种的扩增位点数介于0～8之间,据构建的指纹图谱可将供试百合品种完全区分开。     

Effect of external counterpulsation on asymmetry diethylarginine and endothelin levels in blood

AIM:To observe changes of serum asymmetry dimethylarginine (ADMA) and endothelin-1 (ET-1) levels,which reflect blood vessel endothelial function,after therapy of enhanced external counterpulsation(EECP) in patients who had taken percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty and stent.METHODS:Fifty one coronary heart disease patients (all of them had taken percutaneous tranluminal coronary angioplasty and stent) were distributed into two groups by matching them with ratio of 1∶2,17 patients in EECP group and 34 patients in control group.Both of two groups were given conventional medicine,in addition,EECP group was undertaken three courses of treatment of EECP.ADMA was detected by HPLC-fluorescence method,and ET-1 was detected by radio-immunity method.RESULTS:In EECP group ，compared with prior treatment,ADMA and ET-1 levels was obviously reduced (P<0.05).In control group,compared with prior treatment,ADMA had no significant difference (P>0.05) and ET-1 was higher (P<0.01).Compared between two groups,extent of decrease in ADMA and ET-1 levels in EECP group were more obvious than control group (P<0.01).Improvement of angina and decrease of frequency of angina was more obvious in EECP group than control group.Besides,decrease of ADMA level was positive correlation with them (r=0.85，0.70,respectively P<0.01).CONCLUSION:EECP reduces serum ADMA and ET-1 levels by increasing shear stress to vessel endothelium in coronary heart disease patients who had taken percutaneous tranluminal coronary angioplasty.It hints that EECP can improve endothelial function and provides experimental evidence for the combined treatment of coronary heart disease.
