参数不确定的不同分数阶的混沌系统的自适应同步

基于追踪器的思想讨论了参数不确定的分数阶混沌系统的自适应同步问题.应用两种不同的方法来实现同步.一种方法为构造合适的控制器从而得到和响应系统相同阶的误差系统,进而应用分数阶系统稳定的理论;另一种为构造一个新的响应系统,把分数阶系统转换为整数阶系统,进而利用Lyapunov稳定性理论.选取Chen系统和Qi系统进行数值模拟验证结论的有效性.并与已有的针对不同阶系统同步的Laplace变换方法进行比较.     

Effect of serum amyloid A on invasion,migration and MAPK signaling pathway in osteosarcoma cells

AIM: To investigate the effect of silencing of serum amyloid A (SAA) on the viability, apoptosis, migration and mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathway in osteosarcoma U2OS cells. METHODS: Small interfering RNA (siRNA) targeting SAA was transfected into U2OS cells to silence the expression of SAA gene. The U2OS cells were divided into blank control group, negative control group, and experimental group. The cells in negative control group and experimental group were transfected into negative control siRNA and SAA-siRNA, respectively. The cells in blank control group were without any treatment. The viability of the cells was measured by MTT assay and the apoptotic rate was analyzed by flow cytometry with Annexin V-FITC/PI double staining. The migration and invasion abilities of the cells were detected by Transwell chamber assay. The protein levels of SAA, phosphorylated p38 MAPK (p-p38 MAPK) and phosphorylated c-Jun N-terminal kinase (p-JNK) in the cells were determined by Western blot. RESULTS: The protein expression of SAA in SAA-siRNA group was significantly lower than that in blank control group (P<0.05). Compared with blank control group, the cell viability in SAA-siRNA group was significantly decreased (P<0.05), the apoptotic rate was significantly increased (P<0.05), and the invasion and migration abilities were significantly decreased (P<0.05). The protein levels of p-p38 MAPK and p-JNK in SAA-siRNA group were significantly lower than those in blank control group (P<0.05), and no significant difference of total JNK and p38 protein levels was observed. CONCLUSION: Silencing of SAA expression inhibits the viability of osteosarcoma cells, induces apoptosis and decreases the migration of osteosarcoma cells, which may be related to the activation of MAPK signaling pathway.     

小鼠早期胚发育的全程组织切片观察

[目的]对小鼠早期胚发育全程进行系统的石蜡切片观察,为小鼠胚胎工程研究提供详细资料.[方法]通过体内受精方法获得小鼠早期胚胎,利用大体解剖及石蜡切片技术,观察受精卵至扩张囊胚的早期胚发育全程,用数码显微镜系统拍照.[结果]利用石蜡切片-HE染色方法观察受精卵至扩张囊胚的形态结构,图像色彩对比度适当,可以准确生动地显示胚...     

利用叶绿素含量及荧光动力学参数评价青贮玉米耐旱关键指标研究

利用叶绿素荧光仪测定了26份青贮玉米自交系和105个组合的叶绿素含量及荧光动力学参数,对其生理性状关键耐旱指标进行主成分及相关分析,并进行配合力及遗传参数分析。青贮玉米Fv/Fm的影响因素大 小依次为：叶片Fv>叶片Fm>叶片Fo>叶片Area>叶片SPAD>苞叶Fv/Fm>苞叶SPAD。筛选出了5个关键指 标(叶片Fm、叶片Fv、叶片Area、叶片Fv/Fm、叶片SPAD)及一般配合力(GCA)较高的9份自交系和特殊配合力(SCA)较高的19个组合。在F₁吐丝期,叶片Fo、叶片Area主要受基因加性效应支配;叶片Fm、叶片Fv的加性与 非加性效应相当;叶片Fv/Fm、叶片SPAD主要受基因非加性效应支配。狭义遗传力(h²N,)大小依次为：叶片SPAD>叶片Area>叶片Fo>叶片Fv>叶片Fm>叶片Fv/Fm。通过对叶片Fv的早代正向直接选择、叶片Fo的早代 负向直接选择,以及对叶片Fv/Fm的杂种优势利用,可提高旱区青贮玉米单位面积生物产量。叶绿素含量及荧光 动力学参数可用于青贮玉米的耐旱性筛选。     

高产优质多抗玉米新品种登海3660的选育与配套栽培技术

玉米新品种登海3660是山东登海种业股份有限公司育成的紧凑大穗型高产玉米单交种。该品种在多年试验中表现产量高,稳产性好,果穗均匀,不秃尖,品质优良,抗病,活秆成熟。适宜在辽宁、吉林省中南部晚熟区、河北北部、山西北部、北京、天津及陕西延安地区春播种植。     

中国河南省小麦纹枯病菌对咯菌腈的敏感性

为明确河南省小麦纹枯病菌对咯菌腈的敏感性,采用菌丝生长速率法测定了咯菌腈对2013年从河南省15个地市分离的98株病菌的毒力。结果表明:咯菌腈对供试小麦纹枯病菌菌株的EC50值在0.009~0.079 μg/mL之间,平均EC50值为(0.025 ±0.012)μg/mL;98个菌株对咯菌腈的敏感性分布呈连续单峰曲线,未出现敏感性下降的亚群体,可将(0.025 ±0.012)μg/mL作为小麦纹枯病菌对咯菌腈的敏感性基线;方差分析(LSD法)及SPSS聚类结果均显示,同一地市内的菌株对咯菌腈的敏感性差异较大,EC50最大值和最小值之比在1.0~4.1之间,而不同地区菌株间对咯菌腈敏感性差异不明显,咯菌腈EC50平均值变化范围在0.015~0.060 μg/mL之间,后者是前者的4倍;小麦纹枯病菌对咯菌腈的敏感性与其对噻呋酰胺、苯醚甲环唑、井冈霉素、丙环唑及戊唑醇的敏感性之间无明显相关性。本研究结果可为河南省小麦纹枯病防控杀菌剂的合理使用提供理论依据。     

上海市猪圆环病毒2型全基因组的克隆与序列分析

参照国外发表的猪圆环病毒2型(Porcine circovirus type 2,PCV-2)全基因组序列,设计合成了1对特异性引物,从上海市临床病料中提取PCV-2基因组DNA,进行PCR全基因扩增。回收PCR产物,将其插入pMD18-T载体,并对筛选出的阳性质粒进行测序。应用DNAStar序列分析软件,对所测PCV-2序列与GenBank中登录的国内外PCV-2毒株进行同源性比较。结果显示,PCV-2上海株与国内外毒株的核苷酸同源性高达95.0%～100%。进化树分析结果显示,其中9株PCV-2病毒属于PCV-2b亚型,3株PCV-2病毒属于PCV-2a亚型,且9株PCV-2b亚型毒株部分核苷酸位点显示其属于强毒力毒株。研究表明,上海市PCV-2感染以PCV-2b亚型为主,且氨基酸位点表明其具有较高的毒力。     

3种驼绒藜属植物的染色体核型分析

对华北驼绒藜、驼绒藜和内蒙古驼绒藜染色体进行了研究.结果表明,3个种的染色体基数均为9,华北驼绒藜为二倍体,驼绒藜为四倍体,内蒙古驼绒藜为六倍体.这3种植物即使在同种植物内常因产地不同其核型也有差异.     

Suberoylanilide hydroxamic acid induces apoptosis of HepG2 cells by endoplasmic reticulum stress apoptotic pathway

AIM: To investigate the effect of suberoylanilide hydroxamic acid (SAHA) on the proliferation and apoptosis of human hepatocellular carcinoma HepG2 cells and to explore its possible mechanism. METHODS: HepG2 cells were treated with SAHA at different concentrations for 48 h. The proliferation of HepG2 cells was detected by real-time cellular analysis. The protein levels of acetylated histones H3K9 and H3K27, glucose-regulated protein 78 (GRP78), protein kinase R-like endoplasmic reticulum kinase (PERK) and p-PERK were determined by Western blot. The cell apoptosis was analyzed by flow cytometry. RESULTS: Compared with control group, treatment with SAHA at 0.1 μmol/L and 1 μmol/L for 48 h showed no significant inhibitory effect on the proliferation of HepG2 cells, while SAHA at 6 μmol/L and 12 μmol/L significantly inhibited the proliferation of HepG2 cells (P<0.05). The results of Western blot showed that the protein levels of acH3K9, acH3K27, GRP78 and p-PERK increased significantly after treated with SAHA at diffe-rent concentrations for 48 h, while the protein level of PERK was decreased significantly (P<0.05). The results of flow cytometry analysis showed that the apoptotic rates of the HepG2 cells increased with the increase in SAHA concentration. CONCLUSION: SAHA up-regulates the acetylation of H3K9 and H3K27 in the HepG2 cells and induces apoptosis of HepG2 cells by activating the endoplasmic reticulum stress-related apoptosis pathway.
