不同毒饵及性诱剂不同使用方法对桔小实蝇的诱杀效果试验

桔小实蝇Dacus dorsalis（Hendel）又称东方果实蝇、食心虫，在我区除为害多种水果外，还为害苦瓜、丝瓜等瓜类蔬菜，是近年我区果蔬作物的主要害虫之一。2004年，部分未套袋的番石榴、洋桃、桃、杨梅等水果及苦瓜、丝瓜等瓜类作物，果实受害率平均60％以上，重的达80％～90％。严重影响水果及瓜类的产量和品质。     

嫁接西瓜肥料试验初报

试验结果表明,在土壤有机质含量高达4.07%的单栋钢管大棚中,进行嫁接西瓜栽培时,与常规施肥量相比,在4个减肥处理中,以减量20%的处理增产优质效果最佳。     

荧光PCR快速诊断一起新城疫

2005年1月底．广东省某规模养殖场的鸡出现了张口喘气、呼吸困难，有呼噜声、咳嗽，排黄绿色粪便等症状．部分鸡还有神经症状。发病约450只．发病率为1．2％。三天后鸡只陆续出现死亡．两天内死亡50只左右。解剖病死鸡，可见：喉头、气管粘膜明显出血，小肠轻度炎症。回肠、直肠、泄殖腔粘膜出血。临床无法确诊。经实验室快速诊断．为新城疫感染。     

Study on relationship between expression of PKCα in glomeruli and development of nephropathy in diabetic rats

AIM:To observe the dynamic changes of expression of PKCα, TGF-β₁ and α-SMA in glomeruli of diabetic rats induced by the alloxon and to invesitigate their roles in the diabetic nephropathy(DN).METHODS:Rats were randomly divided into four groups: normal control group (group A), diabetic group of one week (group B), diabetic group of one month (group C), diabetic group of two months (group D). Immunohistochemistry and Western blotting were used to detect the expression of PKCα, TGF-β₁ and α-SMA in renal tissue of all groups. Blood glucose, triglycerides, cholesterol, creatinine and urine protein were analysed by chemical methods. The morphological changes of renal tissue were checked through microscopy.RESULTS:The expression of PKCα and TGF-β₁ in renal tissue of diabetic groups were increased comparing with those of nomal control group(P<0.05). The mesangial cells expressed α-SMA in two months group. Chronologically the expression of PKCα, TGF-β₁ and α-SMA were positively correlative with each other and the impairment of kidney was also observed.CONCLUSIONS: During the DN process the expression of PKCα increased. PKCα raised GFR and the permeability of glomerular filtration membrane which enhanced urinary albumin excretion. PKCα also increased expression of TGF-β and therefore to induce the expression of α-SMA. The appearance of α-SMA was a marker of the phenotypic transform of renal cells.     

转Bt基因棉在安庆市大面积种植后害虫发生特点调查

根据调查,转Bt基因棉大面积种植后,棉铃虫、红铃虫发生减轻;棉叶螨发生加重,为害时间延长;甜菜夜蛾、斜纹夜蛾发生面积扩大,为害程度加重。据此初步提出了当地转Bt基因棉害虫防治中应注意的问题和管理对策。     

不同碳源对虎奶菇菌核蛋白质营养价值的影响

测定了四种碳源对虎奶菇菌核蛋白质营养价值的影响。结果表明，以玉米淀粉为碳源，虎奶薅菌蛋白质的化学评分，必需氨基酸指数，生物价和营养指数分别为11．63、69．80、64．40和9．98，均居四种参试碳源的第一位；氨基酸评分和氨基酸比值系数分分别为14．55和12．45，均居四种参试碳源的第二位，这些结果证实，以玉米淀粉为碳源，虎奶菇菌核蛋白质营养价值高，值得推广应用。     

黄瓜无毛突变体的生理特性研究

 黄瓜无毛突变体与普通黄瓜相比, 幼苗的各种性状均没有明显变化; 成株矮化明显, 雌花数降低, 产量明显下降, 但雌花节率没有明显变化, 蒸腾速率、气孔导度较高, 其他光合作用指标没有明显变化。遗传研究表明, 无毛性状是由一对核基因控制的隐性性状。     

Effect of lansoprazole on gastric ulceration in rats

AIM:To investigate the effect of lansoprazole on gastric ulceration in rats. METHODS:Using the gastric ulcer model induced by hemorrhagic shock, restraint water-immersion stress and pylorus-ligature, the protective effect of lansoprazole (iv) on gastric ulceration was observed. RESULTS:Pretreatment with lansoprazole (7.5-60 mg/kg) significantly inhibited the formation of gastric ulcer in the three models in a dose-dependent manner. The autiulcer efficacy of lansoprazole was similar to that of omeprazole in the equal dose, but stronger than that of omeprazole for ulcer induced by water-immersion stress.CONCLUSION:The intravenously administered lansoprazole inhibited formation of experimental gastric ulcer in rats.     

香菇杂交新菌株1363号的选育研究

采用单孢杂交的方法培育出香菇新菌株 136 3号。它具有产量高 ,质量好 ,遗传性状稳定 ,抗逆性状强等优点。     

刺梨及其近缘种PCR实验体系的建立与优化

以刺梨及其近缘种月季为试材,进行了RAPD-PCR实验参数的确立和优化试验。结果表明,刺梨及月季25μL反应体系的最优组成为2.5μL10×反应缓冲液,2mmol/LMg2+,0.2mmol/LdNTP,1.6mg/L模板DNA,0.4μmol/L随机引物和1.2UTaqDNA多聚酶。经PCR扩增验证,此反应体系亦适宜于刺梨的部分近缘种,可有效用于RAPD分析;通过将退火温度提高至50℃或采用“Touchdown”扩增程序,并在50μL反应体系中适当增加特异引物对浓度(1.0μmol/L),模板DNA(4.0mg/L)和TaqDNA多聚酶(3.0U/管)的使用量,建立起适合于刺梨特异DNA片段检测及回收的特异PCR扩增实验体系,为刺梨的分子克隆奠定了技术基础。
