不同有机肥种类对沙田柚几个性状的影响

本试验通过施用不同的有机肥方法,探讨了菜麸、桐麸、花生麸、堆沤蔗泥、鲜杂草等有机肥对沙田柚几个性状的影响,为沙田柚绿色食品的生产提供理论依据.     

柑橘属2n花粉自然发生与沙田柚2n花粉诱导研究

果树2n配子育种较其他植物起步晚,尤其是利用2n花粉进行育种的研究在柑橘上还无先例。试验中初步观察了柑橘属部分品种的2n花粉自然发生情况,证实了柑橘属内未减数花粉的存在。同时通过秋水仙碱不同浓度与作用时间处理促进了柑橘2n花粉的发生,将长寿沙田柚2n花粉发生比例由当年的自然发生率0.87%提高到9.76%。初步观察了2n花粉离体萌发状况,其萌发率与花粉管伸长速度较为正常,但萌发启动比单倍性花粉慢。     

Microwave spectrum and structure of sulfur difluoride

Sulfur difluioride has been identified and characterized from its microwave spectrum. The analysis of rotational transitions for both sulfur difluoride-32 and sulfur difluoride-34 shows that this molecular species has C(2v) symmetry with a bond length of 1.589 angstroms, a bond angle of 98 degrees 16', and a dipole moment of 1.05 Debye.     

Climatic implications of an 8000-year hydrogen isotope time series from bristlecone pine trees

Tree rings from three dendrochronologically dated bristlecone pines were analyzed for stable hydrogen isotopic composition. These trees give a continuous time series from 8000 years ago to the present that indicates the presence of a postglacial climate optimum 6800 years ago and a continuous cooling since then. The qualitative agreement between this record and records from other sources, such as ice cores, pollen, and treeline fluctuations, indicates that these climate changes were global. This record can serve as a reference for other climate indicators throughout the past 8000 years.     

汽车运材钢筋混凝土板式轨道的试验研究

为了解决运材岔线存在的问题,提出了汽车运材钢筋混凝土板式轨道(简称板式轨道),其主要组成部分是板块。在板块的设计上应用了平截面板的弯曲理论,在考虑使用寿命和安全度的基础上,按构件破坏的不同阶段分别采用了容许应力法和极限状态法进行了设计,并对二者进行了比较,确定了适于不同车型的板块。通过生产试验,比较了板式轨道与一般的运材线的单位造价,提出了设计施工要求等技术问题,它不仅在技术上可行而且经济上是合理的。     

淹水胁迫下银杏主要生化指标的变化

以3年生的银杏幼树为实验材料．经过淹水处理后．测定不同时间银杏叶片内主要生化指标——丙二醛（MDA）、游离脯氨酸（PRO）、可溶性糖以及超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）含量的变化．结果表明：淹水后的前9天．银杏叶片丙二醛含量无明显变化．第10天．其MDA含量显著增加．达到18．7μmol／g．比对照MDA含量（7．2μmol／g）增加1倍多；淹水后第8天．银杏叶片游离脯氨酸（PRO）含量显著增高．达到101．4μg／g．为对照的2倍多；随着淹水时间的延长．银杏叶片可溶性糖的含量逐渐增加，第9天达到32．9mg／g，随后维持在较高水平上；在淹水后前几天．SOD的活性增加较快．第5天．SOD活性达到最高值854．6U／g．第6天开始下降，到第11天时．其活性为78．8U／g．远远低于对照组．     

油奈选优研究

在注意油选种树丰产因素的基础上．进行选优工作．３ａ来通过初选、复选和决选，采用加权评分法与模糊综合评判，选出了果大质优的优良单株９１００１，可供繁殖推广．     

Regulation of protein secretion through controlled aggregation in the endoplasmic reticulum

A system for direct pharmacologic control of protein secretion was developed to allow rapid and pulsatile delivery of therapeutic proteins. A protein was engineered so that it accumulated as aggregates in the endoplasmic reticulum. Secretion was then stimulated by a synthetic small-molecule drug that induces protein disaggregation. Rapid and transient secretion of growth hormone and insulin was achieved in vitro and in vivo. A regulated pulse of insulin secretion resulted in a transient correction of serum glucose concentrations in a mouse model of hyperglycemia. This approach may make gene therapy a viable method for delivery of polypeptides that require rapid and regulated delivery.     

杂谷脑河流域河谷区植被及其生物多样性

对岷江上游杂谷脑河流域干旱河谷区典型地段植被及其生物多样性进行了研究。结果表明：岷江上游杂谷脑河流域干旱河谷区植物种类较少，且具有荒漠化半荒漠化性质，阴坡植被明显比阳坡丰富；该区植被及其生物多样性指数在阴坡和阳坡均表现出随海拔升高而增大的趋势；该区域植被恢复宜从阴坡着手。
