采用原状土隔离池进行了盐分运移的定位试验。结果表明:含盐量0.11-0.28%的轻盐渍化或脱盐潮土处在不断脱盐过程中,平均年脱盐速率为0.0125%;小麦种植期,土壤处于返盐过程,盐分在上层积累;夏玉米种植期,土壤处于脱盐过程;盐分运动是一个盐离子的层次间传递过程,不同盐离子传递的强度不同,以氯根和纳离子变动最大,而硫酸根和钙离子变幅较小,碳酸根较稳定。  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to evaluate whether dityrosine and advanced oxidation protein products (AOPP) reflect the severity of cisplatin-induced nephrotoxicity. Immunoexpression of dityrosine in kidneys and plasma AOPP concentration were examined up to day 4 post-cisplatin injection in rats. Cisplatin injection induced tubular injury on days 2-4 after injection and increased serum creatinine and BUN on days 3 and 4. On days 2-4, dityrosine was immunostained in the cytoplasm of damaged tubular cells, and their immunostaining intensity increased time-dependently. Plasma AOPP levels were significantly increased on days 3 and 4. These results suggest that expressions of dityrosine and AOPP were associated with the severity of renal injury and may be useful markers for the development of cisplatin-induced nephrotoxicity.  相似文献

A 2-year-old, male Japanese native fowl (Gallus gallus domesticus) was presented with an inability to feed and torticollis. At a necropsy, there were cylindrical enlargements and yellow discoloration of multiple peripheral nerves, including nerves of the lumbosacral plexus, brachial plexus, and spinal ganglia. On histologic examination, these lesions consisted of diffuse proliferations of spindle cells with characteristic onion bulb-like structures around residual axons. The spindle cells were immunohistochemically positive for glucose transporter 1 (GLUT1) and negative for S-100 alpha/beta proteins. On the basis of microscopic, histologic, and immunohistochemical findings, the tumors were diagnosed as multiple perineuriomas.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Imatinib mesylate is a small molecule targeted at dysregulated protein-tyrosine kinase. Mutation of c-kit exon 11, which induces constitutive phosphorylation of KIT, is one of the mechanisms for the development or progression of mast cell tumor (MCT) in dogs. The purpose of this study was to examine the therapeutic potential of imatinib mesylate in canine MCT. HYPOTHESIS: Imatinib mesylate has activity against MCT in dogs, and response to treatment can be correlated to presence of mutation within exon 11 of c-kit. ANIMALS: Twenty-one dogs with MCT with gross tumor burden and median tumor size of 7.2 cm (range, 1.0-25.3 cm) before treatment. METHODS: Tumors were analyzed for mutation of c-kit exon 11. Imatinib mesylate was administered PO to the dogs at a dose of 10 mg/kg daily for 1-9 weeks. RESULTS: Ten of 21 dogs (48%) had some beneficial response to imatinib mesylate treatment within 14 days of treatment initiation. All 5 dogs with a demonstrable c-kit mutation in exon 11 responded to the drug (1 complete remission, 4 partial remission). CONCLUSIONS AND CLINICAL IMPORTANCE: Imatinib mesylate has clinical activity against MCT in dogs. Response could not be predicted based on presence of absence of a mutation in exon 11 of c-kit.  相似文献

This study revealed the spatial variation in abundance and body size of larval fishes in the Seto Inland Sea, Japan, in January 2014 and 2015. Fish larvae were collected by a 1.3-m-diameter ring net towed at the surface and at 10-m depth at 21 stations. The most dominant species was the sandlance Ammodytes japonicus, constituting 82% of total larval fish caught. The body size of A. japonicus was greater [ca. 9 mm total length (TL) in 2014] in eastern areas than in western areas (ca. 5 mm TL in 2014). This trend was also observed in rockfishes (Sebastiscus marmoratus and Sebastes inermis species complex), suggesting a common phenomenon in this region. Because the water temperature was lower in eastern areas, it is likely that the longitudinal differences in larval body size are attributable to earlier spawning in eastern areas caused by different temperature conditions.  相似文献

Twenty-nine isolates of Thanatephorus cucumeris (Rhizoctonia solani) AG-2-2 IV were collected from the roots, petioles, and leaves of diseased sugar beets in Hokkaido, Japan. We examined the genetic variation of the field isolates using somatic compatibility grouping of progeny (cultured isolates derived from induced basidiospores) based on analysis of hyphal anastomosis reactions (i.e., hyphal perfect fusion) and inter-simple sequence repeats (ISSRs). The number of somatic compatibility groups (SCGs) of single basidiospore isolates was strongly correlated with the host plant tissue from which the parental isolates were obtained. Parental isolates from roots and petioles tended to be genetically heterogeneous and generated plural SCGs, whereas isolates (except for two non-self-anastomosing isolates) from leaves tended to be homogeneous and generated a single SCG. Heterogeneous sibling basidiospore isolates yielded homogeneous progeny within a few generations. These findings were supported by the results of ISSR analysis, which showed that the homogeneous isolates generated progeny with the same genotype, whereas heterogeneous isolates generated progeny with different genotypes. However, like SCGs, ISSR genotypes of heterogeneous progeny tended to be homogeneous within two or three generations. Additionally, we examined clonal diversity during the basidiospore infection process over a 2-year period. A heterogeneous isolate generated a large number of progeny SCGs, thereby increasing clonal diversity. In contrast, progeny SCGs were almost all the same in a homogeneous isolate plot with a few exceptions. These results indicate that infection of T. cucumeris basidiospores play a role in the clonal diversity of AG-2-2 IV isolates, as indicated by progeny SCGs in the field.  相似文献
