湖南省匙指虾科新米虾属、拟米虾属和缺鞭米虾属的研究

为系统了解湖南省虾类的生物多样性，从1987年起，采集了湖南省各类水域题指虾类标本近10000号，并对其进行了系统研究。研究发现，湖南省共有匙指虾科虾类31种（亚种），隶属于米虾属、新米虾属、拟米虾属和缺鞭米虾属，其中有20种为湖南特有种，缺鞭米虾属为湖南特有属，报道了新米虾属、拟米虾属和缺鞭米虾属三属共10种的主要鉴别特征，地理分布与生活习性，并提供了种的检索表。     

Control mechanism of the circadian clock for timing of cell division in vivo

Cell division in many mammalian tissues is associated with specific times of day, but just how the circadian clock controls this timing has not been clear. Here, we show in the regenerating liver (of mice) that the circadian clock controls the expression of cell cycle-related genes that in turn modulate the expression of active Cyclin B1-Cdc2 kinase, a key regulator of mitosis. Among these genes, expression of wee1 was directly regulated by the molecular components of the circadian clockwork. In contrast, the circadian clockwork oscillated independently of the cell cycle in single cells. Thus, the intracellular circadian clockwork can control the cell-division cycle directly and unidirectionally in proliferating cells.     

从污泥中分离到一株降解苯乙酸的中度嗜盐菌(BYS-1)

从处理苯乙酸生产污水的活性污泥中分离到一株能以苯乙酸为惟一碳源生长的细菌BYS 1。该菌在 2 0h内对1g·L-1苯乙酸的降解率在 95 %以上 ,能在 0～ 3 4mol·L-1NaCl的Gibbons培养基中生长。经生理生化分析和 16SrDNA(GenBankAccessionNo AY0 6 6 2 2 17)序列同源性分析 ,将该菌初步鉴定为盐单胞菌属 (Halomonassp ) ,属于中度嗜盐菌。该菌降解苯乙酸的最适 pH、温度和NaCl浓度分别为 7 5 ,30℃和 1 0mol·L-1。     

绮丽小克银汉霉对南方根结线虫卵的寄生性

利用水琼脂平板法测定分离于南方根结线虫卵囊的绮丽小克银汉霉对南方根结线虫游离卵及卵囊中的卵寄生性.结果发现,绮丽小克银汉霉对平板上游离卵的寄生性低,寄生率为21.1%;完整卵囊接种菌后,菌丝可定殖于卵囊表面,但卵囊内的卵未见被寄生.本试验对绮丽小克银汉霉作为生防菌的应用可能性进行了探讨.     

Oxygen isotopic compositions of asteroidal materials returned from Itokawa by the Hayabusa mission

Meteorite studies suggest that each solar system object has a unique oxygen isotopic composition. Chondrites, the most primitive of meteorites, have been believed to be derived from asteroids, but oxygen isotopic compositions of asteroids themselves have not been established. We measured, using secondary ion mass spectrometry, oxygen isotopic compositions of rock particles from asteroid 25143 Itokawa returned by the Hayabusa spacecraft. Compositions of the particles are depleted in (16)O relative to terrestrial materials and indicate that Itokawa, an S-type asteroid, is one of the sources of the LL or L group of equilibrated ordinary chondrites. This is a direct oxygen-isotope link between chondrites and their parent asteroid.     

施氮量对棉花和棉蚜的影响

在田间和盆栽情况下,进行了施氮量对棉花和棉蚜(Aphis gossypii Glover)影响的研究。随着施氮量的增加,棉叶中可溶氮和蛋白质含量增加;棉花的产量相应提高;初生蚜到成蚜开始胎生的历期缩短,成蚜的个体增大,寿命延长,繁殖力增加;棉蚜的种群数量增加。通过对氮肥费用,化防费用及棉花产量3因素的综合分析,初步得出每亩施氮10kg,种植棉花的经济效益最佳。     

锡林郭勒荒漠草地种子植物区系研究

通过对锡林郭勒荒漠草地种子植物的组成特征、区系地理成分的分析,结果表明：该区有种子植物55科180属348种,被子植物占优势。科属组成分析表明,区系优势现象较明显,优势科、大属和较大属均以温带分布占优势;属种的地理成分分析表明,温带分布属、种占优势,热带分布的属、种所占比例很小,表明温带属性是该地区植物区系的基本属性,...     

Phenolics composition and antioxidant activity of sweet basil (Ocimum basilicum L.)

The antioxidant activity of a methanolic extract of Ocimum basilicum L. (sweet basil) was examined using different in vitro assay model systems. The crude extract was fractionated on a Sephadex LH-20 column, and six fractions were identified. The DPPH scavenging assay system and the oxidation of the soy phosphotidylcholin liposome model system were used to evaluate the antioxidant activity of each fraction. Fraction IV showed the strongest activity followed by fractions V and VI. Phenolic compounds responsible for the antioxidative activity of the fractions were characterized by atmospheric pressure chemical ionization liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. The major antioxidant compound in fraction IV was confirmed as rosmarinic acid by (1)H NMR and characteristic fragmentations in the mass spectrum. Moreover, the native of antioxidant activity of rosmarinic acid in the liposome system was examined. The results showed that one rosmarinic acid can capture 1.52 radicals, and furthermore, the existence of a synergistic effect between alpha-tocopherol and rosmarinic acid was revealed.

对大豆磷脂羟酰化的研究，所得产品具有良好的乳化性、润湿性和乳化稳定性．结果表明，过氧化氢加入量对产品的质量和主要性质有显著影响，温度对碘值和过氧化值分别有一定的和显著影响，低压蒸汽的量对过氧化值有一定的影响，氢氧化钠加入量对乳化稳定性有一定的影响，并得出磷脂羟酰化的最佳工艺条件．     

Subepithelial elastic fibers in the bovine gastric mucosa

The arrangement of subepithelial elastic fibers in the bovine gastric mucosa was studied by light and electron microscopy, with special reference to the elastic architecture of the cornified papillae. A common feature of their arrangement was that the fibers, derived from the elastic plexus in the deep layer of the lamina propria, extend perpendicularly toward the epithelium giving off the slender branches that end at the epithelial basement membrane. The connecting branches were observed electron microscopically in the form of oxytalan or slender elaunin fibers. The high frequency of fibers was found in the mucosa of the upper part of the ruminal atrium, the ruminal pillars, the reticular cristae and two kinds of cornified unguiculiform and omasal papillae. Each papilla consisted of the core of three-dimensional elastic network and numerous connecting-twigs arising from the superficial points of the network. The mucosae of the ruminal sacs, the floor of the reticular cells and the abomasum except the pyloric part were relatively poor in elastic fibers. These results suggest that the variation in fiber-arrangement may be relevant to the condition of mechanical stress inflicting on the gastric innersurface.
