Research Development of the Conductive Polymer Materials -PAN

According to the present research situation of conductive polymer materials- polyaniline (PAN) ,we reviewed the structure and properties of PAN, the effecting factors and the best conditions of electrochemical synthesis and chemical synthesis of PAN , the doping mechanism of PAN, inorganic and organic acid doping,secondary doping, the method of increase soublity and processability of PAN and the broad application of PAN. The development derection and prospect of PAN are pointed out.     

OPTIMAL CONDITIONS OF DIFFRENTIAL MULTIOBJECTIVE PROGRAMMING IN BANACH SPACES

In this paper,by the use of Farkas lemma and its inve-rse proposition,the generalized Kuhu-Tuoker conditions for the existanceof strong minimum point in differential multiobjective programming inBanach spaces and the existance of sufficient condition of weak Paretominimum Foint are derived.     

海河低平原杨树││(小麦-玉米)土壤水分消耗研究及其可持续性评价

海河低平原存在着严重的水资源危机,对该区大面积推广的杨树││(小麦-玉米)复合种植模式进行土壤水分消耗规律的研究十分必要.定位实验研究表明:杨树││(小麦-玉米)复合种植模式耗水量高于常规冬小麦-夏玉米的种植模式7.9%(2年林龄)～24.5%(5年林龄);0～4 m土壤贮水总量每年平均下降51.1 mm,相当于总贮水量的4.1%;耕层杨树根系与小麦的土壤水分竞争加剧;深层土壤水分消耗加快,2～4 m土壤层次因无水分回补出现干燥化趋势;土壤水亏缺及光照等其它原因造成复合系统农作物减产趋于严重,其中林龄3年的杨农复合系统的小麦玉米产量减产平均达到35%.对经济、生态效益的综合分析表明该模式在低平原贫水区的持续性发展不容乐观.     

书法用笔在山水画中的美学地位

谙熟中国书画艺术的人知道,中国书法与山水画在用笔方面同源异流却又殊途同归。本文从书法与中国山水画所用之工具、“二王”笔法原则来说明书法用笔对山水画的影响,并以美术史中诸位理论家和画家所述“书画同源”的观点来证明书法用笔与山水画笔法之间的联系,从而阐明书法用笔在山水画中的美学地位。     

白云山水库调度管理系统

针对江西省吉安市白云山水库自建的局域网的特点，研制开发了水库调度管理系统软件。简要介绍在Power Builder平台上开发的水库调度管理系统软件中有关电力部分的主要功能和系统软件开发要点，重点介绍实现实时监控、报表制作等功能的关键技术，并介绍了四的技术关键。     

U形混凝土衬砌渠道断面的一种优化设计方法

明渠衬砌Ｕ形断面渠道设计中仍存在一定的缺陷。以总费用（或投资）最小为目标，建立了Ｕ形渠道断面优化设计模型，采用比例系数法，将优化设计数学模型简化，用ＰＣ—１５００计算机求解了衬砌Ｕ形断面渠道在工程费用较小时的断面设计参数。     

Mechanism of Fuzilizhong decoction alleviating inflammatory damage of rats with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease

AIM To observe the effect of Fuzilizhong decoction on the inflammatory damage of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD） rats and to explore its mechanism. METHODS SPF male SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups： control group, model group, high dose （20 mg·kg^-1·d^-1）, middle dose （10 mg·kg^-1·d^-1）, low dose （5 mg·kg^-1·d^-1） Fuzilizhong decoction group and Yishanfu （30 mg·kg^-1·d^-1）group, 8 rats in each group. A NAFLD rat modelwas established by intragastric administration of fat emulsion for 4 weeks. Then the drug was given for 4 weeks in each treatment group. HE staining was performed to observe the histopathological changes of the rat liver.The serum levels of interleukin-2（IL-2）, IL-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α） were measured by ELISA. The expression of toll like receptor 4（TLR4） and NF-κB p65 in liver tissues at mRNA and protein levels was determined by RT-qPCR and Western bolt,respectively. RESULTS Compared with control group, the inflammatory damage of liver tissue was more serious, the serum levels of IL-2, IL-6 and TNF-α, the mRNA expression TLR4 and NF-κB p65 in liver tissues were significantly increased in model group（P<0.05）. However, compared with model group, the liver pathological changes in each treatment group were significantly relieved, the serum levels of IL-2, IL-6 and TNF-α, the mRNA expression of TLR4 and NF-κB p65 in liver tissues were significantly reduced（P<0.05）.In addition, the changes of TLR4 and p-NF-κB p65 protein levels in liver tissue were consistent with the changes of TLR4 and NF-κB p65 mRNA. CONCLUSION Fuzilizhong decoction attenuates the inflammatory damages of NAFLD in rats by inhibiting TLR4/NF-κB p65 signaling pathway.     

春大豆抗大豆花叶病毒病鉴定初报

1990年和1991年对127个已定型的春大豆株系的抗大豆花叶病毒病的抗性及产量进行了测定.其中高抗材料有51个,中抗材料19个.在高抗材料中,有7个株系比对照增产10%以上,是很有希望的新品系,有15个材料病指在1.0以下,但产量表现不突出,可作为抗源材料,根据不同地区同一品种抗性差异较大这一结果,抗性自然鉴定圃宜设在大豆病毒病重病区.     

凡纳对虾小触角表面结构的显微观察

应用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察了凡纳对虾小触角的表面结构。结果发现：小触角上广泛着生着700根以上的羽状刚毛；外鞭片状隆起腹面平均约具280根无顶孔但有细分支的化感刚毛，这类有分支的化感刚毛在其它十足目种类上未见有报道，而且其刚毛数也较其它种类少；内侧附肢前端与柄节上直立的羽状刚毛毛簇顶相接触，推测该结构可能对相邻的复眼具某种作用。     

狂犬病套式PCR检测技术的研究

设计两对引物M1/M2、N1/N2建立起套式PCR,该方法能检测出含0.3LD50狂犬病病毒,比普通PCR的敏感性提高了10000倍,通过27份阳性病料的序列分析,所检测出的病毒全部是狂犬病病毒,具有很强的特异性。表明套式PCR技术具有快速、敏感、特异的特点,可广泛应用于实验室狂犬病的诊断及流行病学调查。
