A general synthetic procedure leading to isotopomeric dihydro-2(3H)furanones (gamma-butyrolactones) containing two, four, or six deuterium atoms has been developed. The labeled dihydro-2(3H)furanones were synthesized in quantitative yield from the saturated diacid C4 (succinic) or unsaturated diacids C4 (fumaric, maleic, or acetylendicarboxylic) in the presence of Ru4H4(CO)8(PBu3)4 using a deuterium pressure of 180 bar at 180 degrees C. This methodology was applied to the total synthesis of a hexadeuterated matairesinol lignan: The 3,4-bis[[3-methoxy-4-(phenylmethoxy)phenyl]methyl]dihydro-2(3H)furanone-[7,7',8,8',9',9'-D6] (benzyl-protected matairesinol-D6) was fully characterized.  相似文献

 以小西葫芦黄花叶病毒(Zucchini yellow mosaic virus,ZYMV)的中国分离物(CH-87)接种发病的叶片中提取的总RNA为模板,经RT-PCR扩增获得ZYMV CP基因,将其克隆到pUCm-T质粒上进行序列分析。结果表明该CP基因由837个核苷酸组成,编码279个氨基酸。与已发表序列相比较,该CP基因与国际上已报道的4个基因型不同,应属于新的基因型,暂命名为基因型Ⅴ。  相似文献

The degradation in the liquid phase of rimsulfuron and its commercial 250 g kg−1 WG formulation (Titus®) was investigated. Photolysis reactions were carried out at 25 °C by a high-pressure mercury arc (Hg-UV) and a solar simulator (Suntest), while the hydrolysis rate was determined by keeping aqueous buffered samples in the dark. The effects of solvent and water pH on reaction kinetics were studied, and the results compared to literature data. Photoreactions of the commercial product in organic solvents were faster than pure rimsulfuron. Under simulated sunlight in water, the half-life for the photolysis reaction ranged from one to nine days at pH 5 and 9, respectively. The hydrolysis rate was as high as the photolysis rate, but decreased on increasing water pH. The main metabolite identified in neutral and alkaline conditions as well as in acetonitrile was N-[(3-ethylsulfonyl)-2-pyridinyl]-4,6-dimethoxy-2-pyridinamine, while N-(4,6-dimethoxy-2-pyrimidinyl)-N-[(3-(ethylsulfonyl)-2-pyridinyl)]urea and minor metabolites prevailed in acidic conditions. © 1999 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

This report describes an epizootic of chlorophacinone toxicosis in lambs with severe acute hemorrhages. Eleven lambs, approximately 1-2 months of age, suddenly developed epistaxis, respiratory distress, and facial and cervical swelling. Affected animals died within 1-2 hours from the onset of clinical signs. Two lambs were available for complete postmortem examination. Gross lesions included mucosal and organ pallor, icterus, melena, and lung edema, as well as thymic, cervical muscle, and intra-articular hemorrhage. Histologically hepatocellular centrolobular necrosis was observed. The anticoagulant chlorophacinone was detected in the livers at 0.58 ppm and 0.50 ppm (wet weight), respectively. The source of exposure to chlorophacinone was old bait material placed between the wall studs of the building housing the ewes and lambs. The lambs were able to reach the bait through a hole in the plywood interior wall of the building.  相似文献

 The present research was conducted to determine the relationship between the degradation of rimsulfuron and soil microbial biomass C in a laboratory-incubated clay loam soil (pH=8.1; organic matter=2.1%) under different conditions and at different initial dosages (field rate, 10 and 100 times the field rate). The half-life values varied between 0.4 and 103.4 days depending on temperature, soil moisture and initial dose. Evidence suggested that rimsulfuron could pose environmental risks in cold and dry climatic conditions. Significant decreases in microbial biomass C content in rimsulfuron-treated soil, compared to untreated soil, were observed initially, especially at higher temperatures and low moisture levels, but never exceeded 20.3% of that in control soil. The microbial biomass C content then returned to initial values at varying times depending on incubation conditions. The relationship between herbicide degradation and microbial biomass C content gave parabolic curves (P<0.005 in all cases) under all conditions tested. Generally, maximum biomass C decrease coincided with the decrease in the concentration of rimsulfuron to about 50% of the initial dose, except at 10  °C and 100×, when biomass began to recover as early as 65–70% of the initial dose. The final equations could be useful to deduce the decrease of soil microbial biomass in relation to herbicide concentration. From the degradation kinetics of the herbicide, the time required to reach this decrease can also be calculated. Received: 19 July 1999  相似文献
