Effects of external counterpulsation on renin-angiotensin system and hemodynamics in dogs with myocardial ischemia

AIM:To examine the effect of external counterpulsation(ECP) on renin-angiotensin system(RAS) and hemodynamics in dogs with myocardial ischemia and their relationship. METHODS:Acute myocardial ischemia was induced by occluding the left anterior descending of the dogs. The local renin activity, angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ) level, angiotension-converting enzyme(ACE) activity were tested by biochemical methods and hemodynamics was recorded by a 8-channel physiological recorder.RESULTS:Ischemia could actiivate renin,ACE and AngⅡ in cardiovasculature and ECP reduced them except for renin in ischemic myocardium. Ischemia also could activate RAS in lung and kidney, which play an important role on circulating RAS, and ECP reduced them. Furthermore, ECP could improve hemodynamics and there existed a close relationship between local AngⅡlevel and hemodynamics. CONCLUSION:ECP can reduce local RAS and improve hemodynamics in dogs with myocardial ischemia, which might be one of mechanisms underlying the protective effect of ECP on ischemic myocardium.     

灰树花不同配方栽培研究

对灰树花七种栽培配方进行了研究，其结果表明：木屑和棉籽壳作为栽培的主要原料，若等比例混合。生物学效率最高；麦麸与玉米粉搭配使用，可以提高灰树花的产量及生物学效率；平菇废料是栽培灰树花较好的原料，并具有很好的经济效益、社会效益和生态效益；并筛选出灰树花高产的三个配方。     

国产克洛素隆尿药排泄数据分析

应用Kromasil-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),WatersTM480型可调波长紫外检测器,0.01M磷酸钾(pH=7):乙腈(3:1)为流动相,检测波长265 nm,含量测定采用标准曲线法,建立了RP-HPLC法检测绵羊尿中克洛素隆含量的方法.方法有效性评价结果表明,尿药含量在0.01～5.0μg/ml及5.0～30.0μg/ml范围呈良好线形关系(r=0.9993、0.9995),方法平均回收率99.32%,日内、日间变异系数分别为3.91%、6.28%.尿药最低检测限0.005μg/ml.试验绵羊以7 mg/kg单剂量经静脉、肌肉及口服三种途径给药后,尿中药物浓度分析表明,克洛素隆经体内处理后主要经肾脏排泄,给药96 h内,静注经尿排泄原药为81.76%,肌注为64.03%,口服为48.50%.     

富铁酵母对家兔红细胞免疫功能的影响

为探讨富铁酵母对家兔红细胞免疫功能的影响,将32只家免随机分成富铁酵母高、低剂量组,FeSO4组及空白对照组,分别灌服富铁酵母(Fe元素8 mg/kg、4 mg/kg)、FeSO4(Fe元素4 mg/kg)及空白生理盐水;连续5 d后,检测红细胞C3g受体花环率和复合物(IC)花环率.结果:富铁酵母较FeSO4及空白组能显著提高红细胞C3h受体花环和红细胞复合物(IC)花环的百分率,但高、低剂量间无显著性差异.结论:富铁酵母能显著提高红细胞免疫功能.     

君子兰转化酶基因片段(CMCW1)的克隆和序列分析

 分析植物酸性转化酶基因的保守区序列，设计一对PCR引物，以君子兰基因组DNA为模板，采用PCR方法扩增出长约500 bp的DNA片段，克隆入pGEM-TEasy载体，测序结果表明获得君子兰酸性转化酶基因家族的一个成员CMCW1，该基因片段长518 bp，不含内含子，编码172个氨基酸。其序列已在GenBank中登记(登记号为AY151269)。在GenBank中进行同源性检索的结果表明，该成员编码的氨基酸与其它植物细胞壁酸性转化酶编码的氨基酸同源性较高。     

玉米螟赤眼蜂对亚洲玉米螟种群的控制作用

为了解决深圳特区甜玉米产区日趋严重的农药污染问题,笔者在深圳龙岗生态示范农场甜玉米地研究了玉米螟赤眼蜂Trichogramma ostriniae的应用技术,分析了玉米螟赤眼蜂释放量、释放次数对亚洲玉米螟Ostrinia furnacalis Guen6e控制作用的关系,提出了最件释放方法.     

Regulation of MMP-2 and TIMP-3 expression by uPA signal transduction system in human bone giant cell tumor

AIM: To study effects of urokinase-type plasminogen activator (uPA) signal transduction on expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) and tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase-3 (TIMP-3) in giant cell tumor of bone (GCT). METHODS: Expression of uPAR, MMP-2 and TIMP-3 in GCT tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry. Phosphorylation level of mitogen-activated protein kinase (p44) in uPA/uPAR signal pathway in cultured GCT cells was detected by immunoprecipitation. The expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-3 in cultured cells after treatment with uPA-ATF or anti-uPAR antibody was also detected by Western blotting. RESULTS: 1) Urokinase-type plasminogen activator receptor (uPAR) was positive on the cell membrane and in cytoplasm of some mononuclear stromal cells (MSCs) and multinucleated giant cells (MGCs); 2) MMP-2 was positive in the cytoplasm and on the cell membrane of almost all of MSCs and some of MGCs. The polar distribution of MMP-2 in the cytoplasm of MGCs was especially obvious; 3) The expression of TIMP-3 of some MSCs and MGCs in GCT was much lower than MMP-2. The positive signal also showed a prominent polarity; 4) After treatment with uPA-ATF, the phosphorylation level of p44 in GCT cultured cells was much higher than the control. Addition of anti-uPAR antibody in the cells remarkably down-regulated the phosphorylation level of p44 as compared with the control group, suggesting that uPA-ATF participates cell signal transduction and this reaction can be inhibited by anti-uPAR antibody; 5) uPA-ATF cell signal pathway up-regulated expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-3, while anti-uPAR antibody down-regulated the expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-3. CONCLUSION: These results demonstrate for the first time that uPA-ATF directly regulates the expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-3 by signal transduction pathway, and the over-expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-3 may play an important role in local osteolysis of GCT.     

几种绿色饲料添加剂在肉鸡生产上的应用效果

选1日龄AA肉鸡390只,分成13组,分别添加不同种类和不同种类组合的绿色饲料添加剂。试验结果表明,益生素能显著(p<0.05)提高肉鸡的生产性能,改善肉品质。     

日粮维生素E水平对后备种母鸡生长发育的影响

研究日粮维生素E对后备种母鸡体形、肌肉和生殖器官生长发育的影响。发现日粮维生素E水平对20周龄后备种母鸡的体重、体重均匀度、胸骨长度、胫长度、屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率、翅重率、腹脂率、冠高度和卵巢重量没有显著影响(P>0 05 ), 但高剂量维生素E日粮显著增加输卵管的长度和重量(P<0 05)。结果表明日粮高维生素E水平(180mg/kg) 可加速20周龄后备种母鸡输卵管的生长发育。     

混合比例和添加剂对菊苣与青贮玉米混合青贮品质的影响

探讨不同混合比例和添加剂对菊苣和青贮玉米混合青贮饲料品质的影响,为调制高质量的混合青贮饲料提供理论依据。以菊苣和青贮玉米为原料,按质量比0∶1、1∶3、1∶1、3∶1和1∶0 (分别用0C1M、1C3M、1C1M、3C1M、1C0M表示)进行混合青贮,并分别设置3个添加剂处理,即零添加、5 g·t^-1乳酸菌+5 g·t^-1纤维素酶(LX)和10 g·t^-1乳酸菌+5 g·t^-1纤维素酶(2LX),青贮60 d后测定混合青贮饲料的营养成分和发酵品质。结果显示,菊苣与青贮玉米混合比例为0∶1和1∶1时青贮饲料的感官评价优于其余3种混合比例的,而且添加剂处理感官评定优于零添加处理的。菊苣和青贮玉米混合青贮可以形成养分互补,有助于均衡青贮饲料整体营养,在青贮原料中添加添加剂则可以提高青贮饲料发酵品质。混合青贮饲料的营养价值随菊苣比例增加而显著提高,但是发酵品质在菊苣混合青贮比例高于1∶1时显著降低。综合判定菊苣和青贮玉米1∶1混合时其青贮饲料品质最佳,其中又以1C1M/2LX处理最好,纤维组分(NDF和ADF)和氨态氮/总氮含量较低而粗蛋白和乳酸含量较高。
