The study was aimed to explore the antioxident function of sulforaphane (SFN) on the leydig cells of cadmium (Cd) exposured mice.Cd and SFN were added to the cell culture medium of TM3 cell, half inhibitory concentration (IC50) of Cd and SFN safe dose range were determined.The tested model was set up,and the relative survival rate of TM3 cells, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity and cell antioxidant levels were determined to study the antioxident function of SFN to cadmium exposured mice.The results showed that:①With the increase of Cd concentration,the relative survival rate of TM3 cells was decreased,and the IC50 of Cd was 51.4 μmol/L;Within a certain concentration range,SFN could increased the cells survive rate,but there was toxicity when the SFN concentration was more than the scope,and the greater the concentration,the greater the toxicity. At experimental condition,SFN safety concentration were 2.5,5 and 10 μmol/L.②Compared with the control group,the GSH content,the T-SOD and GSH-Px activities in Cd group were significantly or extremely significantly decreased (P < 0.05;P < 0.01),and the LDH activity,the MDA content were increased.Additionally,the LDH activity and MDA content of SFN groups were decreased,while others three indexes were increased. Compared with Cd group,the GSH content,the T-SOD and GSH-Px activities of Cd+SFN groups were significantly or extremely significantly increased (P < 0.05;P < 0.01),however,the LDH activity,MDA content were decreased. 行为训练做一种丰容手段,在圈养野生动物管理中正逐渐运用。其目的是通过正强化刺激,让动物学会指令配合动物管理,从而减少胁迫。然而目前并没有合适的生理指标来评价训练对动物的影响。本实验对象是杭州动物园饲养的2只黑叶猴,通过对其中1只“大杭”个体进行持续30 d的正强化行为训练,训练目标为肌肉注射。通过GC-MS代谢组手段测定粪便所有代谢产物。模型显示,行为训练后大杭粪便代谢组与训练前具有显著的区别(PLS-DA:R^2y=0.951,Q 2=0.502;(O)PLS-DA:R^2y=0.95,Q 2=0.454)。通过差异代谢物和代谢物富集分析发现,代谢物变化通路主要有氨基酸代谢(亮氨酸、异亮氨酸的生物合成及分解途径,甘氨酸、丝氨酸、苏氨酸代谢以及半胱氨酸、蛋氨酸代谢均下调),核酸和能量代谢(丙二酸、嘧啶、肌苷、乳糖代谢在行为训练动物上得到显著增强)。正强化训练可能通过强化动物的主动运动,提高新陈代谢水平来调节动物生理水平。 相似文献

During a 3-year period strains of Group-B streptococci from 1227 (94.6 %) of a total of 1297 cases of bovine mastitis were serologically typed. Twenty-seven different antigenic combinations were found. Ab. 70 % of the strains carried polysaccharide antigens among which Type III was predominant (57 %). The protein antigen X was widespread (62 %), and 5 % of the strains were non-type able.Type Ic predominated among “false positive” bulk milk isolates (52.2 %, 12/23), but was rarely isolated from quarter milk samples (3%).Variation in the antigenic structure of infecting strains occurred to some extent and involved at least 10.8 % (132/1227) and probably 25.2 % (132/523) of the strains. Within a herd the antigenic variation was limited, however. Hence a definition of a herd type was possible. During the period of investigation infections caused by Herd Type III decreased numerically while the number of herds infected by other types remained almost stable. 相似文献

采用水蒸汽气蒸馏提取了紫茎泽兰Eupatorium adenophorum新鲜叶片和松针褐斑病菌毒素胁迫下紫茎泽兰离体叶片内挥发性成分,将所获挥发油按体积分数0.1%、0.5%、1%分别加入PD培养液中,分别采用悬滴法和菌丝干质量测定法测定培养液对分离自罹病紫茎泽兰叶片的2种致病菌孢子的萌发和菌丝生长的影响。试验结果表明,毒素胁迫紫茎泽兰植株叶片的挥发性成分均能促进拟盘多毛孢Pestalotiopsissp.和链格孢菌Alternaria alternat的孢子萌发,能抑制拟盘多毛孢菌丝生长而明显促进链格孢菌的菌丝生长,指出松针褐斑病菌毒素胁迫作用有利于提高紫茎泽兰病原菌对紫茎泽兰的生防效果,可望采用毒素—病原菌协同防除紫茎泽兰。 相似文献
